The lots are not well marked, the only access to TV is through a hotspot, we paid $16 for bait that was rotten, too few receptacles for dog waste. The staff was nice and the pier was very nice.

Lovely welcome. Good pitches and lovely little pier and beach. Great pool area. Not far to the coast and all amenities. My only negative was that the washing machines were covered in dog hairs. But enjoyed our stay very much.

It was nice, A little tight to “S” your big rigs around, note if you have enough space to pull you vehicles all the way away from road to go out do so, big rig around clipped our truck trying to get their rig out and we were 3 feet from road. It’s a little dated but good stopping point.

Beautiful spot, scenic environment, borders a bay for boating and fishing. Close to NAS Pensacola. There’s a local auto shop next door and a delicious pizza shop next door as well.

Our site was very nice, clean, and mostly quiet. My husband caught a HUGE Black Drum from the docks! Like having a pizza restaurant within walking distance

Best campground EVER!!! Extremely wonderful staff. The Campground is immaculate. It's just beautiful. can't wait to stay again next year. It's now my new favorite.

I loved the variety of ways one could “stay” at your resort; rv, cabin, tent, boat…The rv spaces have ample space between them - we loved the “D” sourced had an proximity to walk to the pier! Can’t say enough about your resort!

Beautiful campground. Out of the way but beaches are worry the drive. I just spent the night but wished for another.

The sites were great. The park was very clean. I didn’t use the pool but I saw them cleaning it every morning. The laundry was very clean and there were plenty of machines. The dock was great for fishing! Only 45 minutes to the Pensacola beaches(which has 2 dog beaches). Would highly recommend staying at this RV park.

Great location, near just about everything. Was concerned that the park would be in a bit of disrepair after hurricane Isaias came through only one week earlier than our stay. Park was clean and top notch, very happy with our stay! All employees polite, professional and helpful! We will be returning soon!

Manager and staff were awsome. Site are in need of more gravel and re-leveling. loved the fishing pier.

We stayed here a week after the hurricane as we couldn’t get in our site at Niceville. The park was clean and the staff nice & accommodating. As with most KoA’s the sites were narrow but were long enough.

Stay was nice. Amenities available were ok. Needs attention in the dog park. Water pressure was weak on my site. Other than that it was great

We were in a crunch trying to find something to stay and work in Pensacola after Hurricane Isaias. You guys found us a spot with less than 4 hours notice and honestly it was the best spot in the campground. The amenities were perfect and we loved your campground! We can’t thank you enough for your hospitality!

Stayed a night a year ago in a cheap site. Bought a higher priced site this time. It was no better. Even taking the hurricane several days before, it probably gets little site clean up. There was the ashes from a previous camp fire half in the driveway. What was left of the fire ring was in a heap nearby. The sites with grass looked well kept. Last seasons leaves should be cleaned up as needed.

A Hurricane forced wind rain just had come through 2 day prior therefore some accommodation weren’t available which we were told before hand so no surprises had the option to cancel we did not. Beautiful location, beach docks area serene. The owners were AMAZINGLY kind, honest good people. Will go again when in that area. Must visit!

Beautiful campround with a good bit of shaded areas. The views out across the bay were a nice plus. The grounds and lots were clean and well maintained. Very little noise. Within 20 to 30 minutes of several good restaurants and the beaches. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

The staff was friendly and access to the water was really nice. The internet was terrible and was on and off most times while we used it. Our site was nice as we upgraded to have a firepit and table. The grounds could have used much clean up to make the place more attractive. Overall, we had a good stay.

This was our second visit to this KOA. It is so convenient to everything we want to do in the area. We love the campground too. We take our pups and it’s big and easy to walk them each day! We did not use the pool but it looked really nice too!! We did not have any issues during our stay.

The person checking us in was great; she moved us to a site she thought would be better. This is a Holiday level? Sorry, this is Journey level. Neighbors were very close, small restroom/shower facilities, maybe close to Perdido Bay, and you might get more if you bring a boat? But no beach! A staff member even chewed me out for walking our cat in a vacant spot? H20? Really? Not going to recommend.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
