We had a premium pull through site with patio and was not level. We have a 21 foot TT and needed over 9 level pads on the rear stabilizers. Showers were not cleaned very well. Holiday weekend so understandable with the park full. Great activities Friday through Sunday. Location was halfway between Gulf Shotes and Pencecola.

Being a Holiday I would expected much more. 1) Office can close as early as 3:30. Poor cust sat. 2) Pool allows up to 84 people from the neighborhoods. Smoking, drinking and very crowded. What are we paying for a public pool? Also in need of major repair. 3) Laundry room is disgusting. Leaking devices. 4) Bathrooms. Only 1 of 3 showers worked well. If you are traveling I10, keep going to Milton.

Store was open odd hours,you never knew when it was gonna open or close ,power to our campsite went out twice during our stay only affecting about 5 spots

Beautiful site. We had a swing, chairs, barbecue and fire pit. We stayed a week and were very happy with the location. In between Pensacola and Perdido Key. Very Clean and security was great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a perfect place to stay.

We were not able to access the wifi in our camper at the site. Out of range so unable to enjoy our speakers in the camper. Also the water pressure was almost non-existent. Our last stay was much better than this one.

The campground was clean & the staff were friendly. It is about a 15 min drive for beach access which is not bad at all. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is due to the gnats being so severe. We could not really enjoy the outside as much as we prefer. We had 4 tiki torches burning, a citronella candle burning, & a fan blowing but it did not really help. Also, the sites are really tight.

Was given a spot that wasn’t ready. Brand new spot that didn’t have everything hooked up yet. Had to move, but was given a decent spot afterwards.

We had a patio site that had plenty of space. Some of the non-patio sites were very close to each other. Staff was very friendly. A lot of organized activities. Pool was very nice. Also spent a day at the bay on the KOA beach

Overall pretty nice site, definitely tight between sites, the bathrooms by the office were disgusting, hot no air, gnats were terrible, Chubby’s pizza place was amazing, office personnel were great and friendly, we would camp there again, need to limit what kids can do in the pool almost got hit several times with a football.

Nice campground. Lots to do there. Not far from beaches. Lots of trees in campground. Went during the 4th of July weekend and they had stuff going on for the campers all weekend. This campground also has some really nice cabins to rent.

Campground itself is nice but bathhouses needs attention and not near enough bathhouses for the amount of people the campground can accommodate. Check-in was rocky. Text alerts were aggressive. Quite a drive from beaches/restaurants .

This was out 12th year at KOA fort he 4th of July week. We love everything about KOA, especially the people. We have made friends who quickly became family. We have already reserved our camp spot for next year.

Sites were too close to others. Had to squeeze by bushes on both sides of my rv, one had thorns in it. Sewer drain was higher than most rv connections.

Our site was pull thru, koa patio deluxe. The site had bushes like a private fence. Loved bushes for private fence. We had a brick paver patio with swing & picnic table. Was able to park 2 trucks at site. Trash was not far away. We like to take our trash off due to animals may get in it. The pool & hot tub were clean. Pier for fishing was great. Paved road for riding bikes. Great camp site.

Family oriented. Lots of things to do. We were in the shady section A2. Loved the oak trees but the sites are tight and very uneven. The bugs were bad too but that’s nature and not much you can do. Chubs pizza on site was nice as the last night we didn’t feel like cooking and put away the black stone. I would return but look at a more premium site with more room and more even.

We had a very great experience. The staff is very friendly and keeps everyone informed of what is going on around the park. The facilities are well maintained. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Site clean, they took care of the ant problem quickly. Quiet camp. Bathrooms not clean. Very nice staff and prompt help and understanding. Sites are cramped and difficult to navigate. Electrical not all working at all sites. Black water hookup not well positioned to slope to.

Gnats, Gnats, Gnats!!! Everywhere! We stayed for the fourth of July and couldn't enjoy the outside or fireworks due to all of the bugs.

There were only 2 Bath houses on the side we were on All the other KOA ‘s had 3 showers and 3 restroom’s together. We left campground at 8:30. Sign on door return at 9:05. Called humorous times recording saying can’t leave message on phone. Finally toward 3 got a message when I called to leave a message. So this is the reason for my low rating.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The campground was so pleasant, well maintained, clean, safe and comfortable. But it was the staff that made my visit so special. Everyone I met was friendly and very helpful. I don’t know the name of the young lady in the office but she along with the maintenance guys ( AJ and CJ?) were absolutely awesome.

Lovely site, easy access overlooking the bay. Very peaceful. Nice to have Chubbys restaurant on site! Our dog enjoyed swimming in the bay & the sunrise was stunning, made even better by seeing a dolphin swim by & the fish jumping. Great location to access the Gulf Shores & we enjoyed a hike in Tarkiln reserve.

Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our 3rd stay at this Koa and will very likely visit again. The only thing I did not like were the ants and knots. I guess they really liked us.!!!!!

Other than the bug problem, we enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest putting a bench in the bathroom so older guests would have a place to sit and put their clothes on after their shower. The campground is convenient to Pensacola and Perdido Key.

It’s one of the nicest & cleanest KOA campgrounds we have stayed in. We appreciate how clean the bathrooms are kept - there is one recommendation- that you supply commode covers. You may think it’s an added expense but people are going to use way more tissue. The staff are very nice & helpful- we always stay here when going to beach.

Absolutely loved this KOA. The night time adults only swim time, the walks down to the water, the cabins looked so sweet water front, my BFF would love them,the shade trees and shrubs, the dog area was big enough to get our giant a little tired and location was great too. Not too far to explore some of the most beautiful white sand beaches. Office staff ��. Thanks so much. Definitely recommend

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
