Camp grounds was run down. A coat of paint would go a long way on some structures through the grounds, or at least a good cleaning. The park store was terrible. Candy bars dated from last summer and the store looked as though it was ransacked. Many items scattered all over the shelves with no organization. Laundry room was a disaster, smelled bad, went to a local laundry mat. Stay at mom&pop place

We stayed in the ocean view sites, Absolutely beautiful, this is our most favorite campground, very clean and staff are so nice, highly recommend if you’re in the area, pizza was also delicious!!!

Nice campground and the staff were great. Everything was great except the water pressure was pretty low, only 20 PSI at one point.

My site was very small and crowded compared to other sites. The main facility was not wheelchair friendly and the handicapped bathroom was on the far side of camp from my site. They didn't offer continental breakfast.

We love this KOA. Everyone is so nice, helpful and professional. We also like that it's quiet but yet close to many attractions. We also love going to the Bay, swinging and watching the wildlife.

The pool smelled fine but had algae growing on the walls. The hot tub was simply gross. These need to be attended to every day by when used by so many people. No bathrooms near the pool. Only across the driveway beyond the store. Too far.. One needs to be accessible to the building that is by the pool.

overall, the park is good - pool is nice, staff is friendly, lots of spots with shade, etc. The bathrooms need some updating and trash around the dumpsters is an eyesore every time you leave the park (a fence around this would be an easy fix)

Pool area was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would rate this stay as a 4.5 if it were an option.

Made res.a month ago for site G13 when we got there we were put in F18 terrible site next to a noisy auto shop said it was the only site available! (False) after talking to other campers who don’t like their sites they move them that’s how you lose your site! Seems like it’s run by young adults who are inexperienced with camping! We had an incident in D-1 that resulted in my wife tripping and falling over a tree root, and sustaining eye, hand, and ankle injuries. Staff heard the incident and came, but the problem was not corrected until my wife told management two days later. Shortly afterwards the root protrusion was removed and the area covered with dirt. Otherwise park is clean, has nice amenities, and we’ll be back.

Rustic camping including uneven, narrow and oddly shaped sites. The woman’s bathroom shower walls had spots of mold and 3 of the 4 sinks did not work. We will not stay here again and I would not recommend this rv park.

I arrived after dark and had a horrible time trying to find my spot. None of the sites had any visible markings, and none of the roads had any sort of markers to tell you when spots were accesible from that lane. After roughly 30 minutes I finally found my tent spot, there was no tent pad and barely any grass. The site was nowhere close to level anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing was other campers that kept walking through our campsite. Maybe you can ask the staff to remind people they're not supposed to walk through other people's campsites.

We came down for a week to see the area and go to Howard Beach and Tarpon Springs. Our only complaint was not staying longer. We loved the camp grounds, so peaceful and all the tropical plants made us feel like we were secluded. Perfect place to escape. Hope we can come back in the future.

Park is nice not a lot to do around the area if you do not have a car. Great place if you have a boat or like to fish.

The wifi was a Mobile hotspot devices said were insecure every 10 sec got an hour glass 2 reservations were not combined they did not read comments was placed for 1 night in a site I could not level RV then placed at another site for the rest of my stay My friends had the same problem the overnight person fixed both sites we were placed on opposite sides of the park not even close

Employees are personable. Very friendly, worth repeating. Amenities aren’t up-to-snuff… in process of squaring away. Would most likely recommend for leisure. Again, staff surpassed my expectations (from a customer service professional).

The office staff was always super nice and very helpful. If there was an issue they fixed it right away. Campground was very clean and the other campers was respectful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay

At 6pm a worker came & said we were in the wrong space.They wanted us to either move (after a long day of driving and being all set up) or pay for the more given space.Someone had pd for this space so we were allowed to stay until the day they were supposed to arrive.Upon moving to the new space, someone was in it.The park changed the space but failed to tell us. Very disappointed in handling.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
