My stay was nice as always like it has been in the past. Just wish people would be more diligent about picking up after their dogs! Other than that staff is very helpful and courteous. Already looking forward to next January!

We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. The hosts were friendly. The park was clean. We had no issues getting in or out of our site and directions were clear. There is a cute little pizza joint on the property for those who want to walk for a quick bite to eat.

I just arrived at Gulfport, but my month in Pensacola was fantastic! You have the greatest staff anyone could ask for! Every last one was cheerful, accommodating, and sincere! Everything was clean and orderly. If every resort was like this one we'd have a better world! In 30 days I did not have one complaint and......I'M PICKY!

Staff here were so friendly and helpful - there was a pizza place right on site and we were able to fish from a dock owned by the campground - in the Gulf. The views from the water were spectacular.

A very accommodating staff, bent over backwards for all our needs, they do a lot of campground activities, 2nd year staying here, has a very homey appeal! lots of shady spots, Also close to a lot of activities, within 30 miles of everything!

As others have said there are portions of the campground that appear dated, but that did not detract from my stay. The staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Water views were lovely. The dog park was vey nice, somewhat disheartening that some dog owners choose to not pick up after their dog (especially when bags and shovel are provided). I recommend more trash cans throughout the park.

The people at the site right next to ours, despite us being on sites "with electricity," decided not to connect and instead used their very noisy and disruptive generator. This situation lasted from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following morning. We informed the campground of the situation, which kept us awake, and nothing was done. They didn't even reply to our email!

We loved the pull through site, the bay was amazing. We will bring fishing rods next time, I am a Florida senior with a lifetime permit!

great place to stay, we extended an extra night. really nice staff, super helpful, and beautiful clean grounds with big trees, and nice water access. definitely looking forward to coming back for more of an extended stay.

Great, friendly staff who are very helpful. The site that we were on was all grass and had a deep rut from a large rig having been parked there, which made it difficult for us to level our travel trailer. There were also several large fire ant nests, which the staff came and treated for us on request. The restrooms and showers are functional but could use some TLC. Same with the laundry room.

The location was amazing! Staff and amenities were excellent! We swam in the pool, went to the park, and fished at the dock. We will be back! The only negatives: (1) a tree limb rubbed on our camper roof the last night and scratched the paint. (2) The exit was poorly marked, we have a 44ft trailer and left the same way we came in. However, there was a tree stump that caused damage to 1 of the legs

I reserved the most expensive site and was the only one parked at one of the three ‘s’ sites. I arrived after hours. Unfortunately I was assigned a spot that had a broken dump station lid (a rock) and the pipe was fractured in such a way that the threading wouldn’t catch. I had to stand with my foot on my sewer hose while dumping in order to ensure it stayed on. Very disappointed. Not retu

Difficult to get into spaces for big rigs. Bathrooms are okay, but showers not draining. The docks and outdoor space was nice.

The campground is located in a great spot Sites are OK, Not what I would consider Holiday quality. Fire rings are makeshift and really not conducive to having a pleasing fire. Our site had a huge patio with a dip right in the middle that formed a big puddle(Site 28). We showed up at 4PM on Jan 1 and had NO documentation. Much room for improvement

We would have given a 5 star but there is no real internet(only a Hotspot) or cable television. Even with the mix up with our rewards and the whole reservation, we still think this place is good.

The campground is starting to show its age and could use some updates. Signs within the campground are not very good, and the only time I saw a KOA employee was when we checked in. Site was nice. We have been here several times as we really enjoyed it, but may be time to check out some other campgrounds in the area

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. Store had plenty of items that may be needed during stay. Beautiful view of the coast. Definitely would stay again. The only thing I would caution is some pull through sites may be tight with a longer travel trailer because it is wooded. I enjoyed the tree shade cover though.

The spot was spacious with a good-sized patio. The staff were friendly. On Christmas Eve, I had to let my dog out at 1am, and one guest had music blasting. We were far enough away and with our AC on, so we weren't bothered by it, but I can't imagine the guest next to them. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The first KOA we’ve stayed at that we never saw a KOA employee. We felt they could have cared less that we were there. When we arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon the office was closed. Site was clean and fairly level. For an overnight stay it was quite a bit out of the way.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
