You should check the cable at the site we were on. All we got was snow the entire visit. Nothing wrong with our wiring. Worked fine at our previous site and works fine where we are now.

Staff very helpful and nice. Laundry small but it worked. Pool & hot tub looked nice but we didn’t use it in our short stay. Nice fenced dog area. I liked the outside of it because it was mowed but not manicured which is what my dogs prefer for doing their business.

Nice stay early in the year. Loved seeing the marina, cabins & celebration facilities. Staff are working hard to make this place so much fun!!

This is a great place to fish and there are many slips available for boats. There are not bike trails leading off the property, but Perdido Key is just a short drive away, offering a free public access beach. The laundry room affected our rating. There were 2 of 5 washing machines that were inoperative, requiring a wait to access that machines that worked. Also there was no fire ring at our site

We had a great time the week we spent here. So much to do and see in the area and the staff were great. We were not able to see everything in the area so we plan to come back in the future.

Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Site was extremely unlevel at the front and caused issues getting the tongue of trailer loose from the truck. Also charged an additional $20.14 without explanation.

This KOA is wonderful! The staff is phenomenal! The park is pet friendly and the spots have plenty of room. The ladies restroom faucets are my only complaint!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Felt we had a primo spot in SS3. Lots of nice room to let our dogs off leash for a bit, friendly people, decent weather, generally very quiet. Campground was well kept.

Very Nice KOA one of the best we have stayed at. Attentive staff, well maintained, and activities. We were there for work for six nights in not the nicest weather conditions, as it was cool, but would love to come back when its warmer and enjoy the bay and more of what the area has to offer.

We loved your campground. The location was superb. We loved the hot tub. Only suggestions we have are maybe offer trash pick up and definitely upfrade the laundry room. It needs some serious TLC.

Great stop and so close to home. Host was friendly, helpful, and cheerful! Campgrounds were clean, appropriately lit and spacious. Bathroom was spotless.

Electric connection needs replacement, very loose Reminds me of an old fashioned trailer park, packed in. Hot tub and pool very nice. Quiet park.

We have stayed at 20 KOA's. This was not up to the standards we have become accustomed to. The site was not level, had a wire on the ground running across it and was not clean. The restroom and shower were old looking. The staff were very friendly and understanding. This looked like an older KOA that needs some gentle care.

Great staff. Road turns are a little tight for longer motor homes because it's an older park. Our site was a bit unlevel. They are in the process of adding new sites that look good.

The scenery was breathtaking, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The roads were very narrow, and I struggled to get my 5th wheel safely out. The water pressure was below standard, but the site was beautiful.

Friendly staff. Staff very helpful, our 2 daughters had to work during our stay, staff opened up the clubhouse for them to get the best signal. Campground is clean. Enjoyed the activity (live music) we were able to attend.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $45/night Stayed 1 night Site #J8 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Site: Nicely maintained for a place that seems a bit older. Staff/Maintenance: We had to have maintenance come when we checked in b/c we had no pedastal power. Came within minutes and replaced breaker. Sites: We had a grass site with a wood platform patio. Noise: Quiet and very peaceful. Sites: A bit tight but some have privacy bushes which is nice. Food: Decent pizza literally a 4 minute walk from our site. Gas: Circle K with Diesel 5 minutes down the road. Convenient: Right off of the main road (not much traffic)

I loved this KOA! The staff goes above and beyond. Quite little campground with super friendly people. We tent camped and had a private little spot. Beautiful views! Showers were clean.
