People that work there area a 5. Majority of long termers' lack of respect for the property and others staying there make it a 3. Bomped it to a 4 because the park itself has some cool character.

The camp site appeared clean. We only stayed overnight so it’s hard to rate the entire facility, however we were not able to a hold of any staff after repeated attempts at trying. No one ever replied back and we never got to check in since we left before operating hours. Therefore our rewards credit was not applied. We most likely will not be coming back to this site. Nothing special about it.

The Park itself was very nice, however it could use some sprucing up. There are feral cats running around and we were told By a couple we couldn't use the dog park because they reserved that time everyday.

The campground is very nice, but we had a water outage over night. Everything else was great and the outage something unusual. So all in all we would come back again .

Great, as usual but there was no water on Friday morning. I have the feeling that much of Lillian didn't have water either, so it wasn't a KOA problem.

The resort needs some updating and their WiFi stinks. The pool and play ground are fun and inviting. The site was not real level but worked ok. The pizza joint on site was very nice. It was not convenient to any local attractions.

The leaves on the ground should be cleared from actual campsite. This would help with all the ants and bugs that ultimately get inside camper. While given a code for the bathrooms they were not kept locked. One stool was not flat on the floor so it rocked. Heavily advertises the bay but access is limited to the most fit. Have to walk down an asphalt path at pretty steep angle to get to dock.

Pool area was clean, bathroom facilities were clean, nice shaded areas. There were not scheduled activities and the common room area was locked, so we couldn’t get to pool tables, etc. Nicc large and shaded dog run area; only complaint is lazy people not picking up after their pet, even though the facility provided rake & shovel. Cornhole, or other outdoor activities would have been good too

3 different places had 3 different RV check in times. KOA site had 1 pm under information for the campground, the email prior to arrival said a different time and the web page had another. The staff was friendly, internet very poor The campground was quiet.

We arrived after hours in the dark were able to find our paperwork on the bulletin board and find out lot easily. The campground seemed quiet and well maintained.

The site was more spacious than I anticipated with a nice little wood patio. We enjoyed playing and swimming at the little beach, but no dolphin sightings when we were there in mid-April. Nice pool, fun playground, small hot tub, friendly and helpful staff, overall a great experience! We would stay again! Side note, we did the Fun Boats dolphin cruise, it was family friendly and full of dolphins

We have stayed here multiple time now, we love the walk down to the pier in the mornings watching both the sunrise and dolphins swimming in the bay.

Nice, quiet park. A little tight with a big rig, but managed. Wi-Fi was terrible but they say they are working on it. Site was level and everything worked as it should. We will be back for a longer stay.

Great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Staff were super gracious. They knew we were only staying one night and they gave us an easy pull through campsite to make our departure that much easier. Thank you!

Site was full of ruts and obstacles. Bathroom and shower are old. Park is way overpriced

Huge campground with large activity buildings and lots of small Kabins. Nice large pool and small hot tub both well maintained. Saw dolphins at dusk swimming out to the deeper water to feed from the marina. Nice marina for those towing boats.

Overall, the campground was very nice. We were in a patio site and there was enough space between campers. Layout was a little bit odd for some of the sites, but it seemed to work. The water views were beautiful and swings at sites and by the water were great. The pool was well kept. A pizza place next door was convenient and tasty. The only negative was clean but very old bathhouses.

The view of the Gulf was lovely. Our site was narrow, but long enough. Staff friendly and professtional. We had issues with our wi-fi, and EJ was very helpful and resolved our issues. We would stay there again but request a different site.

Comfortable laid back KOA. Staff was very accommodating. Bathrooms were clean. Nice setting with a dock on Perdido Bay.

Clean and quiet! Friendly staff, great communication Nice dog park. Nice pool area. Had a pull in back out site w/ bay view, deck, picnic table and a fire ring. Stayed in 25ft. RV Enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The facility was nice, but the bathrooms and showers felt like they could use a little more love. We caught many beautiful sunsets here it's proximity to Pensacola, FL and Orange Beach, AL made it a great stop. Don't forget to hit up Lambert's Cafe.

Lillian greeted us upon arrival, so nice & accommodating ! There was a problem with how we reserved our site but Lillian worked with KOA and got the membership issue resolved. She contacted me once it was taken care of to be sure I knew all was well. Great service. On the day we were leaving I noticed messages from Lillian to ALL guests, regarding incoming bad weather. Great service !!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
