The cabin was really small. And the water was awful it would get cold then warm then cold. Please fix the showers and water situation! And we had to take a cold shower.

Very disappointed with this KOA. Spots way to close-everyday I step out of my camper onto neighbors sewer, staff reprimands every day by leaving notes on picnic tables and blames new ownership, charged more after I got here than what I was quoted, staff not very knowledgeable on booking system and need to get handle on ferral cat problem.

The location was perfect for a quiet retreat by water. There are a couple of things that I wish would have been more clear. 1. It was impossible to speak to anyone directly. Their phones were down. I emailed & sent an Instagram message with no helpful replies. 2. Our cabin described that it had no linens but when we got there, linens were available. However, there were no towels.

The staff are awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. Everything is super clean. We enjoyed the week in our cabin so much that we already booked for next year!

Park was well maintained. It was also quiet at night. Enjoyed the local pizza place in front of the park (Chubbys).

We stopped in the KOA to check for availability for 1 night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They booked us in the cabin right on the waterfront. The view of the pier and gulf bay was beautiful. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a great, relaxing time staying in a cottage at Lillian, Alabama KOA. There were a few minor hiccups as is to be expected, but the issue was quickly addressed. We will return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The cabins are being redone and we look forward to returning again in the future.

I left a night early. I will not be recommending this KoA to anyone. When we returned to our room for the night there were roaches crawling all over. My son and I didn't even want to sleep for our last night so we left. I have pictures of how dirty it was under the refrigerator. The outside was lovely but the roaches in the cabin was disgusting. All I wanted was a clean room, bed and shower.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $45/night Stayed 1 night Site #J8 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Site: Nicely maintained for a place that seems a bit older. Staff/Maintenance: We had to have maintenance come when we checked in b/c we had no pedastal power. Came within minutes and replaced breaker. Sites: We had a grass site with a wood platform patio. Noise: Quiet and very peaceful. Sites: A bit tight but some have privacy bushes which is nice. Food: Decent pizza literally a 4 minute walk from our site. Gas: Circle K with Diesel 5 minutes down the road. Convenient: Right off of the main road (not much traffic)

I loved this KOA! The staff goes above and beyond. Quite little campground with super friendly people. We tent camped and had a private little spot. Beautiful views! Showers were clean.
