We love this koa and the couples cabin on the bay. We are making this our yearly stay and it was nice to see the additional chairs n table in the room! The new Adirondack chairs on the porch are awesome. This place is fabulous and we love it! C u again next year!

People were nice. Atmosphere was nice. The deluxe cottage I stayed in was old but nicely remodeled. For the cost, the stove and refrigerator need to be replaced. It also had a bad odor. I’ve stayed in 4 KOA cabins. This is the most I’ve paid for one and the least nice. If it didn’t cost so much, I wouldn’t have had higher expectations. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everyone's always wonderful and welcoming. They are continually upgrading and changing. We always enjoy it here. I wish the prices weren't going up so much. But I understand with all the new things going on. I just hope I can continue to afford it.

Location was amazing. I complained about the bees and wasp nests was told they would take care of the wasp nest but they were there my entire stay. My cabin smelled like cigarette smoke yet there are signs to say no smoking. There was an air freshener on the ac unit I guess to mask the smell? I decided I wanted to explore area longer and when asked to extend I had hoped to get the instagram offer.

The staff and campground are so nice cabin kkj will be our summer getaway from now on we love staying there and will return in a few weeks for another getaway � we have traveled the USA and stayed in many koa campgrounds this is our favorite because you are all so nice thank you very much Joe and Amy Mosley

Everything was very nice I would add that their be a grassy play area for dogs instead of the Sandy dead leafy area. The staff in the office were kind and helpful! Our dog was always on a leash except in the cabin or dog park. I appreciate the text reminding all pet owners that dogs should be on a leash as several were not.

We rented a sleeping cabin. This is not our first stay, and pray it won’t be our last. The staff is so nice and helpful. Our cabin was clean and perfect. The views of Perdido Bay are amazing and so relaxing! The bathrooms and showers were clean. We can’t say enough good about this KOA. It even has a restaurant adjoining that delivers great food right to your sight. Highly recommend!

We were only there from late night to early morning but it was easy to get into our cabins and we enjoyed the sunrise on the water and watching the dolphins play.

Although the walk to the bathhouse was down a steep hill, it was manageable. The cabin was decorated in a nautical theme and adorable! Didn't expect it to have bedding, so that was a pleasant surprise. Loved the fact that there were several benches near the beach to sit and watch the water. Got to view an awesome sunrise! Hosts were very acccomodating.

The office was friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The sunrise over the bay in the morning was spectacular. Only stayed 2 nights and wish it could have been longer.

I love the Gulf Coast and this KOA is a great place to enjoy it. We've stayed at KOA's all over in the motorhome, but this trip was moving to FL so the pick-up was packed up and a cabin was the perfect place to rest for the night without having to worry about all our stuff in a motel parking lot. Can't wait to come back and stay for awhile in the RV!!

The cabin was lacking in some basic needs. 1. The shower in the tub was difficult to get under and the water pressure was weak. 2. My wife was abruptly awaken from her nap by someone on the roof. This was verified by her calling my daughter who was at another sight. The couch was not big enough. There were pots and pans but very few the utensils were sparse. The weather and the area was beautiful

Campground is nice but the bathrooms are not so clean. They should be cleanen twice a day. The Light at the Dock is much to Light, it could be a little bit darker. You're sitting at the campfire under a spotlight.

This was my 3rd KOA in the last 2 years. Lots of repairs are needed. Projects were completed cheaply. Shower heads hardly worked. Pool was crumbling. Overall needs a lot of TLC and cleaning. Very disappointing.

Lovely KOA. Everything was really nice and for the most part, comfortable. We stayed in the Wagon across from the camp store which was close to restrooms; however, everytime someone pulled in late, their headlights woke us up. There is another wagon behind the camp store between cabins which we would have preferred to have. Overall, the wagon was a neat experience and it was darling.

My family and my fur babies enjoy the stay ,we will definitely be back .We stay on the kabin in front of the beach and the view was amazing.The Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Shelly who help us with an issue .We will be recommending this Koa �ϋ�

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $45/night Stayed 1 night Site #J8 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Site: Nicely maintained for a place that seems a bit older. Staff/Maintenance: We had to have maintenance come when we checked in b/c we had no pedastal power. Came within minutes and replaced breaker. Sites: We had a grass site with a wood platform patio. Noise: Quiet and very peaceful. Sites: A bit tight but some have privacy bushes which is nice. Food: Decent pizza literally a 4 minute walk from our site. Gas: Circle K with Diesel 5 minutes down the road. Convenient: Right off of the main road (not much traffic)

I loved this KOA! The staff goes above and beyond. Quite little campground with super friendly people. We tent camped and had a private little spot. Beautiful views! Showers were clean.
