This was a halfway point for my son and I. We were driving from Stuart, Florida to Houston, Texas and Gulf Shores. KOA was our halfway point I called ahead because I had booked a cabin without linens on Christmas eve and we unfortunately did not have any so they provided the linens for us to make our stay more comfortable. This is my second time booking at thiis KOA and we will return thank you

The camper staff were great Camp ground was clean Only thing we mentioned to them were the mounds of fire ants. They knew about them. We stayed in KottageDK3 Microwave display didn't work (couldn't read numbers) Dead bolt lock was difficult to lock Front outside light didn't work.

Cabin was very expensive. Previous guests left dirty towels under the bathroom sink. Would not recommend.

Best campground ever. Beautiful, clean and so friendly. Santa even made a stop to see the kids. Definitely made lifetime memories here. Can't wait to come back

The campground was nice and clean. We stayed in one of the cabins down on the water. We were late checking in and was greated by the night security guard. He was very nice and helpful. Would recommend and will be back.

I was not happy with my stay in cabin k11. The grounds were very nice but the mattresses in the cabin were very very old when we lifted them up they were full of mold at the bottom thank goodness I only stayed one night passing through I did email KOA of America and let them know how dissatisfied I was with staying there I stayed at three different koa's on this trip yours was terrible

We stayed in cabin dk6. It could use a little refresh. Needs painted inside and out. Towels and sheets on beds left a lot to be desired. For the price - expected it to be better kept.

Absolutely beautiful location. Great amenities.. the cabin was unfit. It had been leaking into the room, water was all over and the corner by the door. The bedframe was so rickety that I had to sleep on the bunk. There was no heater in the room. It wasn’t prepared for guest and needed work,. This was the worst KOA cabin I’ve ever been in and I expect a refund.

The cabin F on the water was very clean, easy access to the water and fishing. Nice fire pit. Sleeps there comfortably.

We arrived late so it was dark. As we went to the cabin, a group of younger adults drove up on golf carts with music blaring. Their dog, "Tigger", used the bathroom right in front of the stairs to the cabin and the owners did not clean it up. They laughed and went fishing down the pier, about 8:30pm. The view in the morning was wonderful and peaceful. We left when the office opened.

We had a wonderful stay. Ran into little things like most of the lights in the chandelier didnt, work big holes in the trim and poison ivy growing specifically on our cabin. The lights were replaced and the poison ivy we just avoided. The little patch of woods to the north was great for.my kids to play in. The other tenants were super nice.

The KOA staff were very helpful, friendly. They made our trip very welcome. My husband is asking me, when can we go back? We enjoyed meeting OP the dog. This is a beautiful place to visit. Very clean and nice accommodations. Thank you for the awesome visit. We can't wait to go back.�♥��

The front desk was awesome and the place has tons of potential. Unfortunately the cigarette butts on the bathroom floor for 3 days in one bathroom and vomit in the trash and no toilet paper in another for multiple days. Showers that were unavailable were aggravating. We also found it uncouth to have an employee around in the evening that is always obliviously intoxicated.

Very sweet people- nice, quiet location! It’s enjoyable every time we stay. I do think they could use some renovations/TLC though. I would recommend to a friend or family member for a nice stay!

We were in a 1 BR cabin which served us well. Being able to bring our dog was a big plus. Everything was easily accessible, quiet, and clean throughout the campgrounds. The pool was very well kept and clean. There needs to be a battery replaced in the front room clock (we forgot to inform); the front railing could use a power spraying; otherwise all was great! Definitely will return.

Our stay was perfect! We loved the wagon cabin,pool, & nature! We were upset that the clubhouse was not open our whole stay when it is listed as an amenity to the overall experience and price, after being told it is available after 10:30 am. We also hope that campers are reminded about the quiet hours. As the neighbors next to us and the tent campsite behind us were not as compliant to the rule.

Pool lighting was inadequate for swimming at night. Children unsupervised in pool. Office hours need extended to accommodate for guest challenges like change machine not working in the laundry. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great just needs some work.

Too many items were rusty or broken. The kamping Kanin had a broken lights. The picnic table outside was completely destroyed and the the showers would not drain and had rusty parts

Security was on vacation/people took advantage even when office tryed. Neighbors smoked skunk weed so bad we couldn't spend any time on our porch. Dock smelled like rotten fish with flies everywhere and all their belongings all over dock. People coming and going without passes at pier/barking dogs at 2 AM. Pictures of pool/hot tub on website are deceptive. Cabin had soft floor & Ants!

My kids and I have had the best experience here. The staff is welcoming, kind, attentive, and prompt to help when needed. Security and scenery are on point. Kabins are clean and comfortable.

The pool and bay area qas very nice. But the cabin was not. Cabin DK3 has a few soft spots in the hall and kitchen area that are VERY unstable. Also, when we arrived we didnt have everything we needed for the cabin and the office was already closed. We had to contact the after house person and tell them what we needed. We still weren provided with kitchen soap or a new kitchen towel to wash dishes

The camp was great, including layout near the waterfront. However, the bathroom doors near the camping cabins did not lock or even latch, which increased the chance of someone walking in on you. The upper bathrooms were perfect but required a walk or drive up a steep hill.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
