It was very nice. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The only thing that could use some improvement are the ac units in our cabin. They often froze up and we would have to turn them off for an hour or so and turn them back on for them to start working properly again.

Beautiful Kampgroung. Loved it!! The bottom shower/toilets were pretty nasty. We went up to the top to use those facilities. I think it was mainly because there were so many people there with one family that day.

Covered wagon was very comfortable and a highlight of our trip. The kids loved swimming in the pool. Location was low key and quiet, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the Gulf beaches.

It was very pleasant. We had to leave before 8AM and were concerned there wasn’t a drop box for the cabin key so we placed in the night box.

We love the Gulf Shores area and the KOA cabin was perfect for us and our dog! The other campers were so friendly. It was very clean and convenient to get around and for the things we wanted to see. We would recommend this KOA to anyone wanting to relax and have a great time!

We loved the campground in general and the location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We stayed in cabin F by the water which was a perfect location however the cabin itself and bathroom facilities really needed some TLC. There was a soft spot in the cabin floor and the exterior needing a good cleaning.The fridge smelled horrible and the bathroom/showers were not family friendly at all.

I don't really want to recommend our kabin to anyone else because we don't want anyone else to know! LOL We always have the absolute best stay with yall, love that there are fridges in the cabins now. We go about 2-3 times a year and enjoy every second on the bay.

The campground was nice and the staff were great, we were going to tent camp but given the weather we decided to choose the covered wagon. The only issues we had were, the air conditioning unit stopped heating; the workers let us use a small space heater and it did what it could do for us given it's size, but then the electrical circuits stopped working.

We live in Montana and soon we will deal with temps close too -40. When we have a chance to get away to someone warm we run for the summer. This KOA was so peaceful and quiet. Being right off the bay was a perfect start to the day and a perfect way to end day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay.

One of the nicest KOA’s I have been to. The only thing I would change is the toilets seats in the bath house by the bay. They are very uncomfortable. I am still sore as of a couple days later. Very pretty property and great customer service!

Came to see my daughter and family, they live 3 minutes away. I stayed in a full cabin but I have a 32 foot RV I may bring in the future with my dog but I wanted to check it out first. I could not have been more pleased and I loved the cabin, much easier than pulling the trailer!

We had a wonderful stay, cabin we stayed in was very clean, all the comforts of home. The young ladies in the office/store were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of concerns they immediately took care of them. The only suggestion would be to get better cushions for the futon, very uncomfortable to sit on or something different in there. We would absolutely stay there again.

The staff here is wonderful. Kept us well informed of bad weather conditions due to a hurricane coming in near LA. I’ve stayed here many times and can’t say enough good things about this place. A serious hidden gem. Special shoutout to AJ and CJ. They know what they did to help us.

The first evening we arrived I was In the bathroom and there was a 3" cockroach crawling up the wall. Perhaps an exterminator could take care of the roach problem. Other than the roach problem we enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Nacht auf diesen Campingplatz! Da auf der Zeltwiese eine Party Gruppe war und wir einfach einen ruhigen Abend haben wollen hat uns der Campingplatz gleich beim einchecken ein kostenloses Update auf einen ruhigen Platz angeboten. Danke für das große Herz, den tollen Platz und die ruhige Nacht. Die Toiletten und duschen sind ebenfalls, wie der ganze Platz, sauber und super gepflegt.

We love it here! We stayed in the cottages (with ac, bath, kitchen bedroom and living space.)and the camping cabin no bath but near by bath house, they have ac, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pots! The sunrises are spectacular! We love watching the dolphins go by, we bring our kayaks for the bay. Looks like they are doing many updates .

We camped in mid July we rented 2 cabins a trailer spot which was next to 1 cabin. Camper spots are really tight and very little shade. we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner every night in the big cabin, Clean camp, sparkling pool, immaculate bathrooms and showers were just updated. Staff at KOA friendly and helpful everyday, they do have a small general store but dont rely on that hit the publix on the way in. Yes bugs are abundant and noseeums are out after dark especially closer to the water what would you expect? Our family first time together great trip will do it again take trip to Pensacola for Naval museum. It's free
