The dog park string of lights for nighttime were not working. I notified the office but nothing was done.

Campground needs maintenance and clear site outlines. Campground is dated and not really maintained. Best part is Marina with fishing pier! Enjoyed our stay but spent to much time at check-in to find buried sewer connection.

Property was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and polite. There were several low hanging trees that should be trimmed back. We had to back out of our pull through space and use the entrance to get out because of the trees.

WiFi was almost nonexistent. Need better internet service. Staff however went above and beyond to help us with a locked RV door with dog and keys still inside.

The games room was a mess we would have used the kitchen area but whom ever had used it that day for a birthday party left a mess. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

We noticed we had flat tire on our trailer as we were leaving this KOA, so we pulled back around to front desk, and the woman who was on duty, was extremely helpful in changing our next KOA stay and rebooking us back to stay another night here, as we wanted to get the tire fixed and put back on trailer. She even let us use a better site for changing the tire. She was so kind and helpful !!!

We love this campground; it was clean and very peaceful there. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. They have a great marina/dock area, and we can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay. Ran into little things like most of the lights in the chandelier didnt, work big holes in the trim and poison ivy growing specifically on our cabin. The lights were replaced and the poison ivy we just avoided. The little patch of woods to the north was great for.my kids to play in. The other tenants were super nice.

Nice campground with spacious pull thru sites. Enjoyed coffee on the porch swing and campfire in the evening. Tuesday and Wednesday from about 10:30-noon Blue Angels can be seen practicing over the bay. Dawn and Dusk sit by the bay and watch the dolphins. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location up a hill from the water. Swings offering great views are strategicly placed. We enjoyed our time there!

We stayed in one of the sites with patio. Everything was fine except for the furniture. It was coming apart and there was no way we would have used it. It needs to be replaced along with the sites by us.

This park is right on the water, has a pier you can walk out to, and a small beach. The laundry room was gross. It looked like a washer leaked & towels were left on the floor for days. They advertise a restaurant on site, but it's no longer in business. The office/store is randomly closed. You have to drive a significant distance for groceries or restaurants.

We stay at KOAs all the time. This is a never again KOA for us. Camp store closed at 2 pm when we arrived. We reserved a patio site. We were parked on grass and dirt. Didn’t even have a picnic table or chairs. To top it off 2 hours after our departure received a call basically accusing us of stealing a brick out of fire pit. Definitely it up to KOA standards in our opinion.

Very nice campground. September is the best time to go. Great weather, quiet campground with great pier to watch for dolphins on Perdido Bay.

The major bathroom/shower was not clean, very outdated and repulsive to use. All the facilities were extremely outdated and needed replaced. We saw no paved spaces or roads I expected much more than we got. We left one day early just to find another camp with more modern and clean facilities.

Stayed 9/18 till 9/23/25. The staff were very good and enjoyable. I stayed 5 nights, and she guided me into the pull site. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot.

Small campground, clean and very friendly. Lynette, thank you for your hospitality. Also "Opie" and owner. You made sure we were shown our site when we checked in as the office was closed when we arrived. Nice laundry room and easy to operate equipment. Detergent and sofftener on site for purchase. Mamma MIa, great food and the uber eats guy was very nice.

We had a great stay here! This is our second stay at this KOA. We love to fish, so we love the fishing pier access. The employees are nice and helpful here. Make sure you bring spray for ants, as they are plentiful here. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump from Florida to do all your shopping.

Very nice and quiet campground on the water But needs a lot of up grades. The laundry was really bad washers leaked all over the floor. We told them about it they came and threw a towel on the floor and left. Washer didn’t spin the soap and water out only half the dryers worked. The men showers need up grading the ceiling is starting to fall apart.

As we walked up, a couple informed us most of the laundry machines didn’t work, Then we were given a site next to a broken down single wide mobile home. Our site was infested with ANTS, they even came into our travel trailer. The place was half empty! It definitely isn’t a HOLIDAY KOA and NO! I would stay here

It was quiet� Manager moved our dog fence , which was fine, but failed to notify us that she did so. We thought someone was messing with our stuff. Also, there was a guy continually riding around on a golf cart with a dog(orange) . We didn’t know if he was employed or just a camper. It was weird. The campground was many many miles from a beach or sights to be seen or visited.

This is a very quiet spot with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed lots of shade from mature trees where our RV was located. We enjoyed exercising in the pool and showered off afterward. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sites are not very well maintained. Extremely uneven and lots of ruts. Lots of low limbs on the trees when exiting the campground that need trimming. Avoid section A

The KOA staff were very helpful, friendly. They made our trip very welcome. My husband is asking me, when can we go back? We enjoyed meeting OP the dog. This is a beautiful place to visit. Very clean and nice accommodations. Thank you for the awesome visit. We can't wait to go back.�♥��

After two other camper witnessed their lawnmower slinging stuff, breaking my windshield , these people are doing all they can not to pay for the damage that their lawnmower did. Sadly it’s looking like I’ll have to advance to a law suit and as much as I love KOA my lawyer said I need to sue KOA as well if they insist on playing games, now it’s so bad that I can’t drive my truck

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
