The house was too tiny and had NO PLACE to store our clothes nor our foodstuffs. There was no where comfortable to sit as footon was ancient and extremely low to the ground. No place to eat food except on our laps as TV is on the table. WiFi is nonexistent and even the hotspot we put on the phone barely worked. Young boys at the pool screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs was unpleasant

The location is ideal located between gulf shores and pensacola. But maintenance of the park is haphazard. The laundry facility is pretty disgusting. The bathrooms in the separate building could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. There's a nice fishing pier, but the beach is just a narrow strip. Sites are somewhat inconsistent in size, but we loved our end site--large, porch swing, fire pit

Loved it!! Cabin was great! Beach was great! Pier and water beautiful! Pool cold but wonderful! Hot tub was wonderful! Staff was kind, helpful and fun. Was close to alot of free things to do.Was a wonderful two weeks loved this KOA!!!!

Great site and location of the park. All facilities were clean and well stocked. Lots of hot water. All the hookups were good.

During our stay our circumstances required us to extend two times. Your staff was very professional and helpful. We Wii most definitely stay at Gulf Shores again. Thank you again.

Enjoyed our stay. The people running the facility are very friendly and accommodating. The laundry facility could be cleaner and the pool is showing wear. They are working on the hot tub, so I believe the maintenance is coming on pool. We will visit again.

The staff is awesome. We had an inverter problem, so our fridge wouldn't stay on unless we ran the generator. We had a neighbor complain our very first day. So after a couple nights of complaints, they moved us to a much better site. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year!!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Tight roads and sites. Pool not heated. On the bay, we saw dolphins! The 4wheeler traffic needs to be better controlled as we couldn’t walk our dogs with the speeding on the roads. UPS came thru so fast his tires squealed. Trees need to be trimmed , they kept scraping our new trailers roof and catching on awning(which wasn’t out) the site was not level at

Our site was not very level. The sewer hook up for the campsite right next to us was right by our table & patio. The pool was very nice. Restroom & showers were ok. The campground was a little rundown.

We only stayed one night. It was just a weekend get away. The cabin was very clean as well as the campground. The employee in the store was polite and helpful.

We stayed in the basic cabin with our front porch facing the bay. We had beautiful and peaceful sunrises. We had great pizza at Gulf Coast Pizza. It's highly recommended.

Campground, management and people overall were great. We did, however, have an Individual across the street from us that insisted on revving his outboard motor everyday, to clean it out, every evening he got back from boating. It always see.ed to be at dinner time. We finally had to go over and talk to him. Wish all the rules of camping etiquette were followed, and enforced. Would definitely

Friendly respectfull staff, all the office ladies answer questions and helpful knowledge of the area. AJ, CJ, and Rex keep the campground and sites very clean

Great location and service. One recommendation is to have a better exhaust fan and air dryer in the bathroom… floors stayed wet and therefore soiled.

overall the stay was ok. the staffing was short and washroom / shower facilities should have been maintained more often. they needed a deep cleaning and more than just once a day. The laundromat was very dirty and some machines did not work the neighbors 50 amp plug arced when he plugged in and he had to use the 30 amp connection. no garbage pick up and the firewood was costly and mouldy.

Staff was great. Lady at the desk very friendly helpful knowledgeable! Tech guy to get our cable going excellent!! But - I paid for a premium site that was anything but premium. NOT LEVEL. SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED PREMIUM. Very disappointed!!

Towards the end of the stay, a member of the office team agreed to extend my stay one more night with check out on Saturday, Feb 14. The problem was that even though I left that day, they charged me for an extra night beyond that. I've tried to email them repeatedly, but the messages seem to not reach you. Please would you kindly refund the night of Feb 14 - 15 because I did not book that night

We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. The hosts were friendly. The park was clean. We had no issues getting in or out of our site and directions were clear. There is a cute little pizza joint on the property for those who want to walk for a quick bite to eat.

I just arrived at Gulfport, but my month in Pensacola was fantastic! You have the greatest staff anyone could ask for! Every last one was cheerful, accommodating, and sincere! Everything was clean and orderly. If every resort was like this one we'd have a better world! In 30 days I did not have one complaint and......I'M PICKY!

Staff here were so friendly and helpful - there was a pizza place right on site and we were able to fish from a dock owned by the campground - in the Gulf. The views from the water were spectacular.

A very accommodating staff, bent over backwards for all our needs, they do a lot of campground activities, 2nd year staying here, has a very homey appeal! lots of shady spots, Also close to a lot of activities, within 30 miles of everything!

I stayed one night to see if I would want to long term stay there later. It was very clean, nice location, quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
