One of the nicest KOA’s I have been to. The only thing I would change is the toilets seats in the bath house by the bay. They are very uncomfortable. I am still sore as of a couple days later. Very pretty property and great customer service!

Wasn't told there was no cable tv. Something about a part being ordered. Next door campers were a large group smoking weed and playing vulger rap music. On the other side a camper had 6 dogs.

We were getting away from hurricane Milton in Florida and stayed here. Nice camp ground and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. They aloud us to go day by day on our site till we could head back to Florida. Highly recommend this camp ground. Staff was so nice and friendly.

Would be a higher rating if the laundry facility was clean most machines didn’t work and the ones that did weren’t clean. Come on, if you are going to have laundry on site at least have it clean and in good working order.

My sister and I chose this KOA as refuge from Hurricane Milton because it was the closest pet-friendly vacancy that wasn’t also experiencing drawbacks from Helene 1.5 weeks prior. We were amazed at the hospitality they offered to the influx of hundreds other evacuees. I truly appreciate their willingness to make a stressful time in our lives a little more bearable. Thank you, Lost Bay KOA!!

Good place to stay for short term. Friendly staff, clean facilities and excellent location. The sites and campgrounds could use sprucing up. Bushes and trees need trimmed and gravel sites could use new gravel. That's the only negative I can say about this KOA. Would stay there again.

Very small land. Land infested with HUGE ant nests, we get bitten by ants. Our legs are full of bites. The staff (very welcoming) say that the land is the same everywhere. Water pressure is low.

We stayed here for a week long vacation. The bathrooms shower house is very clean and the staff was very helpful regarding recommendations on different things. The access to the bay was wonderful and you don’t have to have a fishing license to fish off their bay! 100% recommend them and also the sunrise!

Came to see my daughter and family, they live 3 minutes away. I stayed in a full cabin but I have a 32 foot RV I may bring in the future with my dog but I wanted to check it out first. I could not have been more pleased and I loved the cabin, much easier than pulling the trailer!

Great location! Friendly helpful staff! The stray cat situation? They chewed 2 holes in our grill cover. The smells of dog or cat feces and then the flies this caused was noticeable to the point of not being able to sit outside and enjoy your beautiful view! Wildlife/flies and bugs are a part of camping I get that but this in my opinion was extreme. For this reason alone we would not stay again.

A2 Spot was not as described, No “bay view” No grass , just dirt and dead leaves. Pull in direction left septic hookup almost inaccessible. Rented SUPS which weren’t inflated fully. Food for feral cats was left at “premium” A1 spot so they were in our spot about every time we came back. Staff was nice and pool was pretty nice.

Pretty campground right on the bay with a great eatery attached; a friendly and helpful staff. However, with a multitude of spaces available, we were placed right next to a family with barking dogs which they left outside unattended while they used the pool.

We had a wonderful stay, cabin we stayed in was very clean, all the comforts of home. The young ladies in the office/store were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of concerns they immediately took care of them. The only suggestion would be to get better cushions for the futon, very uncomfortable to sit on or something different in there. We would absolutely stay there again.

The camper sites were grown up with grass and weeds. The pool was not the cleanest and the hot tub was broke with greenish slimy cold water. The change machine for laundry was broke our whole stay. In the women’s shower house only one shower had warm water. The whole place was very unkept. Would not recommend this place. It looks nothing like the pictures or details online.

The staff here is wonderful. Kept us well informed of bad weather conditions due to a hurricane coming in near LA. I’ve stayed here many times and can’t say enough good things about this place. A serious hidden gem. Special shoutout to AJ and CJ. They know what they did to help us.

The hot tub was out of commission again. This is about our 3rd stay where the hot tub has not working. Signs all over the pool area of “No Smoking” but smelled smoke all weekend.

We had a easy time pulling in and setting up, the while camp ground is comfy and we'll maintained. And the manager was so helpful knowing what to do locally!
