Every one of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The camp area was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time and were so relaxed. Want to stay there again.

While the park is showing its age, it is pretty well maintained. The cable TV at our site was fuzzy but the friendliness of the employees was very good. Talking with other guests we were surprised by the high prices for our 6 day stay. I'll be spending a month in Texas for the same fee as 6 days. I have thousands of Rewards points but no opportunity to use them when reserving in on line.

The campground was nice and clean. We stayed in one of the cabins down on the water. We were late checking in and was greated by the night security guard. He was very nice and helpful. Would recommend and will be back.

I was not happy with my stay in cabin k11. The grounds were very nice but the mattresses in the cabin were very very old when we lifted them up they were full of mold at the bottom thank goodness I only stayed one night passing through I did email KOA of America and let them know how dissatisfied I was with staying there I stayed at three different koa's on this trip yours was terrible

Positives-Quiet, nice pool area, pier/marina area, clean restroom and shower area, and nice staff. Negative-Maintenance of grounds and sites, our site did not have a fire ring or room for a picnic table.

We stayed in cabin dk6. It could use a little refresh. Needs painted inside and out. Towels and sheets on beds left a lot to be desired. For the price - expected it to be better kept.

Beautiful place. It was our last stop on a 2 month trip in where we KOAed it across the country. I would put this one in the top 10 compared to others we’ve stayed. No highway or train noise and a gorgeous waterfront Would definitely recommend

Nice sites, well cared for grounds, beautiful dock! The laundry room needed some attention (cleaning). We would return there, as the location was great for exploring the region.

Absolutely beautiful location. Great amenities.. the cabin was unfit. It had been leaking into the room, water was all over and the corner by the door. The bedframe was so rickety that I had to sleep on the bunk. There was no heater in the room. It wasn’t prepared for guest and needed work,. This was the worst KOA cabin I’ve ever been in and I expect a refund.

An incredible stay. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Camping was perfect. We saw dolphins in the bay. I highly recommend this location.

Nice older park. Tight fit but doable for some larger rigs pulling trailers. Good location close proximity to nearby beaches and restaurants. Pool is not heated and weather was not warm enough for pool to be usable. Friendly employees.

Deb and Jim have really done an awesome job in making a nice campground into an awesome campground. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great facilities, amenities, and sites. Appreciate a very helpful and welcoming staff!

Repeat customer and will return again as travel plans require. My only observation(s) is a need to further improve WIFI and Internet access and speed, having clear times for camp store hours versus “It’s five O’Clock somewhere”.

The cabin F on the water was very clean, easy access to the water and fishing. Nice fire pit. Sleeps there comfortably.

The staff was very helpful. I messed up my reservation, but they were able to fix it. They went above and beyond to help. On the other hand, we were looking forward to using the hot tub, but a big group kind of took over the hot tub all night, and there wasn’t room for us. Not KOA’s fault. Just frustrating.

Second time we stayed. While pretty under the trees, our site was not level as much as our first stay near a covered wagon.

We arrived late so it was dark. As we went to the cabin, a group of younger adults drove up on golf carts with music blaring. Their dog, "Tigger", used the bathroom right in front of the stairs to the cabin and the owners did not clean it up. They laughed and went fishing down the pier, about 8:30pm. The view in the morning was wonderful and peaceful. We left when the office opened.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
