The campground is located in a great spot Sites are OK, Not what I would consider Holiday quality. Fire rings are makeshift and really not conducive to having a pleasing fire. Our site had a huge patio with a dip right in the middle that formed a big puddle(Site 28). We showed up at 4PM on Jan 1 and had NO documentation. Much room for improvement

We would have given a 5 star but there is no real internet(only a Hotspot) or cable television. Even with the mix up with our rewards and the whole reservation, we still think this place is good.

The campground is starting to show its age and could use some updates. Signs within the campground are not very good, and the only time I saw a KOA employee was when we checked in. Site was nice. We have been here several times as we really enjoyed it, but may be time to check out some other campgrounds in the area

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. Store had plenty of items that may be needed during stay. Beautiful view of the coast. Definitely would stay again. The only thing I would caution is some pull through sites may be tight with a longer travel trailer because it is wooded. I enjoyed the tree shade cover though.

This was a halfway point for my son and I. We were driving from Stuart, Florida to Houston, Texas and Gulf Shores. KOA was our halfway point I called ahead because I had booked a cabin without linens on Christmas eve and we unfortunately did not have any so they provided the linens for us to make our stay more comfortable. This is my second time booking at thiis KOA and we will return thank you

The camper staff were great Camp ground was clean Only thing we mentioned to them were the mounds of fire ants. They knew about them. We stayed in KottageDK3 Microwave display didn't work (couldn't read numbers) Dead bolt lock was difficult to lock Front outside light didn't work.

The spot was spacious with a good-sized patio. The staff were friendly. On Christmas Eve, I had to let my dog out at 1am, and one guest had music blasting. We were far enough away and with our AC on, so we weren't bothered by it, but I can't imagine the guest next to them. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The first KOA we’ve stayed at that we never saw a KOA employee. We felt they could have cared less that we were there. When we arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon the office was closed. Site was clean and fairly level. For an overnight stay it was quite a bit out of the way.

Excellent place with lots to do, well maintained with multiple nice sites. Some of the turns are a bit tight for a big rig towing a car. You will not be disappointed in staying here!

We stayed two nights to rest after a long drive. Friendly staff and an interesting well stocked camp store. Nice walk down to the bay and fishing and boat dock.

It was a nice day the only problems that my husband and I had was the washer and dryers most of them. They were out of order and your large washer leaked and didn’t spin out clothes very well and the bay should’ve been better taken well care of for the people who stayed there could’ve went down and sat by there or even go in the water. Cable kept going out and internet was horrible!

Pool needs to be heated and a pool cover used on chilly nights. I have now spent 65 days at this campground and no one ever uses the pool because of the cold water. The TV in the community center should have local cable TV just like the big campers use in the park. The washrooms and laundry areas were spotless.

Wonderful. Well kempt and inviting, cosy campground. Social activities if you would like to-. Waterfront cabins. Fire rings and picnic tables. Beautiful views. <3

Our first visit to this park. Nice Old Florida/Alabama, setting. Could improve the WiFi as it did not meet the standard of other KOA’s. I would also suggest more signage for directions into and out of the park. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cabin was very expensive. Previous guests left dirty towels under the bathroom sink. Would not recommend.

Was just an overnight but was great. I thought we had requested a pull through which we were as far as our truck was concerned but no way for our trailer. But we had a nice quiet evening and the campground host/security was very friendly and informative about the region. We’re coming back through in another week or so.

Best campground ever. Beautiful, clean and so friendly. Santa even made a stop to see the kids. Definitely made lifetime memories here. Can't wait to come back

Lilia CJ and David were nice and accommodating. Garbage was overflowing in the ladies room all weekend. Which means the bathroom and toilets were never cleaned my entire stay. There was no ice all weekend. I had to leave camp to go to a store twice to get ice and other items that the KOA store did not have.The tent pad was so small that three of us couldn’t fit and I had to rent another spot.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
