Phoned in to make rereservation and advised we would be there in an hour. once arrived we were advised there was an an early check in fee. We not advised of this and the office staff was rude and their offer to cancel the entire reservation was not a suitable compromise. Customer service seems lacking

Some roads and sites lack maintenance; rutted, unlevel and needs gravel.

Dirtiest laundry & restroom I have ever seen in a campground. And I am not a clean freak. They both need to be thoroughly scrubbed or pressure washed. Walls & floors. The washer & dryer tubs were clean so I did use them. The whole campground needs some updating. The staff was working on that while we were there, which was good to see.

Camp grounds was run down. A coat of paint would go a long way on some structures through the grounds, or at least a good cleaning. The park store was terrible. Candy bars dated from last summer and the store looked as though it was ransacked. Many items scattered all over the shelves with no organization. Laundry room was a disaster, smelled bad, went to a local laundry mat. Stay at mom&pop place

We stayed in the ocean view sites, Absolutely beautiful, this is our most favorite campground, very clean and staff are so nice, highly recommend if you’re in the area, pizza was also delicious!!!

Nice campground and the staff were great. Everything was great except the water pressure was pretty low, only 20 PSI at one point.

My site was very small and crowded compared to other sites. The main facility was not wheelchair friendly and the handicapped bathroom was on the far side of camp from my site. They didn't offer continental breakfast.

We love this KOA. Everyone is so nice, helpful and professional. We also like that it's quiet but yet close to many attractions. We also love going to the Bay, swinging and watching the wildlife.

Upon arrival we were informed that the site we requested and had confirmed was unavailable. Instead of a Patio Deluxe Site, we were on a main road, 30’ from the pool, basketball hoop, dumpster, and work shop; NO Privacy, NO quiet. We were told that the price was the same $1400. This was supposed to be a break from my cancer treatment. It SUCKED! We will not return! Staff was NOT accommodating!

The pool smelled fine but had algae growing on the walls. The hot tub was simply gross. These need to be attended to every day by when used by so many people. No bathrooms near the pool. Only across the driveway beyond the store. Too far.. One needs to be accessible to the building that is by the pool.

The cabin was expensive at 250/night, even though it was weekdays. No one bothered to clean while I was there, no paper towels, beds were uncomfortable and loud. It advertised it could sleep 6 but there's no way 2 could sleep on a futon. I spent my entire savings on this lodge in hopes it would be nice at that price, but it wasn't any better than a camper. Hotels are much cheaper.

overall, the park is good - pool is nice, staff is friendly, lots of spots with shade, etc. The bathrooms need some updating and trash around the dumpsters is an eyesore every time you leave the park (a fence around this would be an easy fix)

Pool area was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would rate this stay as a 4.5 if it were an option.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have rented clean cabins four years in a row and find the location on Perdido Bay to be one of the reasons I will continue to enjoy the KOA West Pensacola Campground in the future.

Made res.a month ago for site G13 when we got there we were put in F18 terrible site next to a noisy auto shop said it was the only site available! (False) after talking to other campers who don’t like their sites they move them that’s how you lose your site! Seems like it’s run by young adults who are inexperienced with camping! We had an incident in D-1 that resulted in my wife tripping and falling over a tree root, and sustaining eye, hand, and ankle injuries. Staff heard the incident and came, but the problem was not corrected until my wife told management two days later. Shortly afterwards the root protrusion was removed and the area covered with dirt. Otherwise park is clean, has nice amenities, and we’ll be back.

Rustic camping including uneven, narrow and oddly shaped sites. The woman’s bathroom shower walls had spots of mold and 3 of the 4 sinks did not work. We will not stay here again and I would not recommend this rv park.

I arrived after dark and had a horrible time trying to find my spot. None of the sites had any visible markings, and none of the roads had any sort of markers to tell you when spots were accesible from that lane. After roughly 30 minutes I finally found my tent spot, there was no tent pad and barely any grass. The site was nowhere close to level anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing was other campers that kept walking through our campsite. Maybe you can ask the staff to remind people they're not supposed to walk through other people's campsites.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
