We stayed in a cabin that was significantly overpriced given the condition. The fire alarm were removed, the fans were broken, the heater was broken and insanely loud, the hot tub was out of commission.

The campground was well kept and the view of the ocean was great! The only problem we had was we got there after the office closed. Our campsite assigned to us was occupied. I had trouble figuring out what number to call to get help. A man camping there found a lady that worked there and she assigned us to another campsite. I am not sure why that happened.

Site was nice. Had a patio with picnic table and chairs. Bath and showers needed much attention. Entrance door was very dirty hardly wanted to touch it. This place just needs someone to care for it. Could be a nice place with a little work.

Not big rig friendly. Couldn’t open one of our sliders nor could we open our awning all the way. Definitely cannot recommend to others.

These comments are for the cabins only as the campground was good and the owners were great! The outside of the cabin looked run down and in need of paint; the TV sat on a rickety table with steel chairs; couch looked dilapidated and uncomfortable; curtains were shredded; floor had a dip in it; bathroom was very tiny. We were offered another cabin which was better but the couch had burrs on it.

This campground has a lot of potential, but low clearance trees and narrow roads with tight turns make it a very difficult campground for big rigs.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is beautiful and the sites are wonderful. Our site was shady under a tree and had a great little wooden deck with a picnic table and small bbq pit. Was so peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it. Oh wanted to add that it was very clean and cared for.

Entspricht nicht dem gewohnten KOA Standard. Ist sehr ungepflegt, Plätze sind nicht gerade, Sanitäranlagen alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Für KOA richtig schlecht

We loved the bay view, the location of the kamping kabins, the bathrooms were clean, and the pool area is nice. We were disappointed the cabin had carpenter bees. We couldn't sit outside and enjoy the day without bees buzzing around us. They did refund us for a night due to the inconvenience. Also, the queen bed matress and box spring cover need replaced. We would still stay in a cabin again.

Well let's begin with. Hot tub was closed, the pool was closed for a day. Cigarette butts all over the place, especially near the bathrooms and the laundry area. The bathrooms were disgusting and the laundry room wasn't much better and the equipment in there was basically all marked with out of order. The pizza restaurant right next to the KOA was very good

For the price we paid for a pull thru, the site was not a pull thru, when you would be going down steep road the wrong way! Additionally, the electric would not work until an employee manipulated the breaker and the site was unlevel. We definitely will not return to this KOA, it does not represent other KOA’s. The facility needs maintenance throughout the park.

Fish cleaning station is not operational, no working water on the pier. Red fire ants were heavy at our site. Park staff were friendly at checkin.

The house was too tiny and had NO PLACE to store our clothes nor our foodstuffs. There was no where comfortable to sit as footon was ancient and extremely low to the ground. No place to eat food except on our laps as TV is on the table. WiFi is nonexistent and even the hotspot we put on the phone barely worked. Young boys at the pool screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs was unpleasant

The location is ideal located between gulf shores and pensacola. But maintenance of the park is haphazard. The laundry facility is pretty disgusting. The bathrooms in the separate building could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. There's a nice fishing pier, but the beach is just a narrow strip. Sites are somewhat inconsistent in size, but we loved our end site--large, porch swing, fire pit

Loved it!! Cabin was great! Beach was great! Pier and water beautiful! Pool cold but wonderful! Hot tub was wonderful! Staff was kind, helpful and fun. Was close to alot of free things to do.Was a wonderful two weeks loved this KOA!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. The people running the facility are very friendly and accommodating. The laundry facility could be cleaner and the pool is showing wear. They are working on the hot tub, so I believe the maintenance is coming on pool. We will visit again.

The staff is awesome. We had an inverter problem, so our fridge wouldn't stay on unless we ran the generator. We had a neighbor complain our very first day. So after a couple nights of complaints, they moved us to a much better site. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year!!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Tight roads and sites. Pool not heated. On the bay, we saw dolphins! The 4wheeler traffic needs to be better controlled as we couldn’t walk our dogs with the speeding on the roads. UPS came thru so fast his tires squealed. Trees need to be trimmed , they kept scraping our new trailers roof and catching on awning(which wasn’t out) the site was not level at

Our site was not very level. The sewer hook up for the campsite right next to us was right by our table & patio. The pool was very nice. Restroom & showers were ok. The campground was a little rundown.

We only stayed one night. It was just a weekend get away. The cabin was very clean as well as the campground. The employee in the store was polite and helpful.

We stayed in the basic cabin with our front porch facing the bay. We had beautiful and peaceful sunrises. We had great pizza at Gulf Coast Pizza. It's highly recommended.

Campground, management and people overall were great. We did, however, have an Individual across the street from us that insisted on revving his outboard motor everyday, to clean it out, every evening he got back from boating. It always see.ed to be at dinner time. We finally had to go over and talk to him. Wish all the rules of camping etiquette were followed, and enforced. Would definitely

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
