Primitive cabin mold, health risk, termites, dirty, old AC blowing warm air, office closed or note on door be back soon, nobody answers phone, nasty dirty cabin, holes all over cabin, ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT MEET KOA STANDARDS!!! Bathroom and shower disgusting. No hot showers, left and lost out of hundreds of dollars. No one to speak to because office closed during office hours. Pursuing litigation!

We stayed in a deluxe cottage. It was so cute & clean! Its so beautiful and peaceful there. Only one glitch, we paid a lot for firewood from the camp store that would not burn at all. We used like 10 firestarters trying to keep it lit. We ended up buying wood from a grocery store the next day for way less that burned well

This has been my favorite KOA I’ve stayed at so far and I’ve stayed at 5-6 different KOAs coming from Colorado to Florida. I highly recommend! I got a cabin right off the water and it was breath taking!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Site was shady and quiet, with a good view of the bay. The only negative was when we tried to take the exit road (at 10am) it was blocked halfway across by a large tree limb that had fallen overnight. Barely got thru. Even though it was a Saturday, this needs management attention. We will be back for sure though.

Nice clean KOA! Pretty bay views! Friendly staff, there was an error with our online booking but staff made it right and even gave us an upgrade! My only complaint is the shower house hot water only worked for one shower, if 2 people were showering one person's would go cold! So, time your shower for an off time when no one else using it. I'd still stay here again, everything else was great!

We love staying at KOAs! This KOA was great friendly service and great amenities, love the porch swings at each site such a homely atmosphere we can’t wait for our next visit!!

Very disappointed. Bathrooms needed attention. Cold shower. Sites still had last years leaves. Compressor did not work. No one in the store when I went to shop so left. Not up to koa standards.

The bathhouse was nice but it would be cleaner if there was a stone or paved path to it. With the rain you had to walk through the grass and it tracked into the bathhouse.

Good location on the water, cabin was better than a tent because the roof didn’t leak, but those are the only positives. Everything else is run down and needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. The bath house was terrible, and I hope I don’t get sick from stepping in the raw sewage. Might only recommend if someone had a camper.. worst campground I’ve been to.

Very relaxing had a corner site with shade. This place was very pet friendly. As we have come to expect the bathroom and showers were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again on next visit.

Loved almost everything but had an issue with hot water in the shower tried several times (days) to take but the water would not get warm..

The KOA is lovely and a nice place to stay. We loved the beautiful trees and the shade provided. The only thing negative is the restrooms and showers, they are dingy, out dated, and dirty. It took the shower a good 5-10 minutes for the water to get hot, the showers are small with no mats, they were moldy (both in the showers and on the shower curtain).

Interesting place with helpful staff. The lots can be a bit too close together. Bathrooms could use a bit more tidying more frequently. Good camp store with lots of kitsch to buy. Beautiful area with lots to do and pleasant scenery. Note to big RVs: This is a fairly wooded area with low-hanging branches, but staff marks them well and is willing to help you park. Cool looking cabins on site.

People are very welcome. Cabin I stayed in is run down. Bathhouse has broken tile all over and very, very little water pressure.

Great place! Shaded, right at the water. Nice pier great swimming area. My dogs loved it. Cabins available if you dont have rv and just want to get away. Showers nice, did not use pool but looked inviting. I dont know her name bit the gal in the office was so friendly and helpful. The 2 gentlemen taking care of the maintenance were awesome and had alot of information for us!

We had a WONDERFUL STAY!! This was our first camping vacation and it was awesome!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and our camp site was beautiful! The gift shop, pool, rest rooms/showers were all well maintained and had everything we needed+wanted! We also were so grateful you had a laundry room and it had books,movies and a TV!! We stayed at an "economy" site. The site needs more gravel - there was a lot of mud because of the rain and extra gravel would have been nice. Also, the cable is awful! The tv picture was so staticky we couldn't tell what was showing. We finally disconnected the cable and used our rv's antenna to get a perfect picture and sound. For the amount of money we paid, the park could've been better.

We didn’t spend anytime at the campground as we have friends that live nearby but the site was great, had a nice patio area but it rained all weekend so we couldn’t use it. The staff was very nice and the store was nice with lots of things if you needed anything.

The campground was very nice and the view of the Gulf was perfect! What i loved was the privacy we had because of the shrubs they had on each side of the site. It made it feel very private.

No issues just lacking amenities and overall dated property. Needed propane and it was broken. Walkway to dock badly needs a handrail. Staff was friendly at check in but one staff member ignored me without even saying I’ll help you in a bit. Obvious attitude or at least it felt like it. I would not recommend this campground at this price. Should be 25 a night for what it is.

We had a nice campsite that was shaded but had a sweet view of the bay. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked. The laundry room was small but everything worked great. Location was convenient depending on what things you liked to do.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! We rented 2 cabins, a wagon, and two rv sites and had everyone there together! The staff here takes such pride in their work, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We will 100% be back!!

The location is amazing. We ate meals by the bay. We kept our windows open and the sound of the waves splashing was incredibly relaxing. Having said that, the facilities are dated. Some of the bathrooms have significant deferred maintenance.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
