First off when I made my reservation I picked a specific cabin, when we got there we didn’t get it because we didn’t pay the $20 pick a site fee. I even called two months before to confirm the reservation; no one told me our cabin was changed. We stayed in kk1 couples cabin which was nice and clean. This KOA is in a great location. It’s smaller than some KOAs but the amenities and staff were great. Nice pool and marina. Nice fenced in dog run area too!!

Camping cabin G was extremely hot it needed a bigger ac unit temps stayed above 80 and the mattresses were awful you could feel the bed frame through it. The location was great and we had an amazing time but wouldn’t stay in a camping cabin again.

Needs more tree trimming. It's an issue exiting when trees are either over your coach or in the way of maneuvering.

Friendly, helpful, clean koa. Delivered what was requested. Prices to rent golf carts a little steep. Enjoyed camping there.

Everyone was so kind and sympathetic when I discovered I had thrown away the keys to my camper. �� I had a wonderful stay at their safe and clean campground and ended up staying a little longer while I waited for my spare keys to arrive.

Space was tight , hard getting in and out . Site not level side to side . Sewage drain was slightly up hillside making it difficult to empty tanks . I have stayed here before with better sites and rated it a 5 .

Had pre booked kke to stay right at the waterfront. Watched dolphins swim, campers crabbing! The pool was great....the only thing is, get your firewood early because the office closes what seemed to be a bit too early. Otherwise, a nice, handy location.

The staff were friendly. The facility has a lot of deferred maintenance. Sites were overgrown. Dirt bikes. Loose dogs. Pets in the pool area after the office closed. Foul language from sites as we walked. This place is not to typical KOA standards. We have stayed at KOAs all over the country, this one fell short. It is not family oriented. It felt like a party place.

I have always had good experiences at Gulf Shores/ Pensacola West KOA and will continue to stay here each time I am in the area. The entire campground is clean and all of the employees are kind and helpful. Jennifer was able to help me multiple times during our stay for "stay" related issues I was having as well as recommendations for non "stay" related activities.

Very loud partying group of people, couldn’t get near the pool, too many people. While walking my dog towards the dog park I accidentally stepped on a fire ant mound and was attacked. I had an allergic reaction and had to go home a day early. I understand there are fire ants in the south, I grew up in Texas. However there should not be mounds in areas where people walk.

We were very pleased with the grounds and staff, The only thing that I would like to see is air conditioning in the showers/ restrooms behind the kozy kabins close to the bay, very clean grounds communication was great..

This was our 12th year staying at Lillian KOA, we love our home away from home! We look forward look forward to our camping week every year. We have made life long friends while camping. The management of this KOA goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

The pool needs to be updated and the black mold on the inside before the water line is concerning. Also the office staff should be present til. 8pm not 5pm. It also appeared that nobody was there from management to keep the campers in line or available if you have a concern. Site was ok but we had aunts all over the patio papers that got into everything. Location is great to beaches.

I was very sad when we arrived at our patio site to find that the grass had been cut and was left everywhere. I have a curly dog and my husband had to use our leaf blower to clean our site. Not the quality I expected from a KOA

This park is in serious need of some TLC. The roads are narrow and trees hang low. The landscaping is overgrown and needs to be cleaned up. The sites are not even close to level and the buildings are in need of updating.

Enjoy our stay and the staff was helpful. Water pressure in the shower could be better. One of the showers handle didn’t work very easy and it took longer to shower then it should have

My experience with this KOA was great. The facilities, the campground, the play area all great. I gave it a nine out of 10 on recommending to other people just because of the bugs and that’s something that KOA cannot help.

This KOA location was convenient to the areas we wanted to visit. (Fort Pickens and Johnson’s Beach). We stayed in a kamper kabin & it was very nice and clean. The bathroom by the office was more updated and very clean. The pool looked really nice & got lots of use. Full each time we passed by. 2 major suggestions: repave the hill & tear down & replace the bathhouse closest to the water.

Great facilities. Very nice pool. Local discount was a surprise and will definitely be taking advantage of it in the future. The only problem I have with the grounds is their beach needs to be redone and cleaned. Unable to lay out and enjoy by the water.

We enjoyed our stay. Our campsite was great. A few recommendations: your laundry room needs washing machines & dryers that aren’t broken down. It also needs a change machine that isn’t broken. You also would benefit your campers with some covered seating & picnic tables by the pier. The staff is friendly & helpful. I loved the excellent communication when something unexpected happens.

Wagon with bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. The pool was great and the live music was a nice surprise. Great stay . Friendly staff as well

The facilities are very run down, the yard was not kept up, the playground was unusable due to wasps and general poor conditions of the equipment, we originally paid for a deluxe site that was VERY small so we asked to be moved. The newer site was cheaper and actually nicer than the deluxe. We’ve stayed at lots of KOAs and this is unfortunately the lowest I have ever rated one.

Office was closed when we arrived at 1:00 pm on Fathets Day so there was no one to guide us to our site. Roads are narrow and difficult to negotiate for large rigs due to large low-hanging trees. Office/store closed at 5:00 pm daily and ice machine was broken during our entire stay. Staff were pleasant and facility was clean

Stayed there in a travel trailer for attending the Pensacola Navy Base Air Show. This KOA located in the Lillian AL woods country. The KOA situated off the Perdido Bay and a short drive to the Gulf Shores scenic beach drive along the Gulf of Mexico. When drive from this Alabama KOA across the Perdido Bay bridge you enter Florida and closer to the Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches. There are cabins to rent as well as tent and RV campsites full hook ups. Many sites appeared to be unleveled without concrete pads. Many shade trees and overall it's a quaint park. The bathhouse was very clean and accommodating with hot showers.
