I was very disappointed with this KOA. It was very unkept. I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. I stayed in one of the cabins. The microwave didn't work. I was able to get the tv to connect during the day but could not at night or the next morning. I used the laundry room. It had garbage and towels on the floor. Behind the store/office, there was a lot of garbage on the ground.

kinda had a problem with small children openly peeing alongside the pool (not in, but standing near it) small children in the hot tub and someone had a small dog in the pool.

Had an enjoyable visit! This was our 1st trip in our little tear drop camper. Enjoyed meeting Lillia! She made our reservations and very helpful and super kind! We will return but not on a holiday weekend….too packed for us.

The worst koa I’ve stayed at ever the places needs a good overhaul it’s run down and neglected

there was no hot water or very limited amount on certain days in the showers. no toilet paper in men bath. Pool was not as clean as we thought it should be. Each day we asked for ice there never was any.

Conestoga with A/C, bathroom, and drip 12c. coffee maker AND Perdido Bay views was a real fun alternative to I-10 hotel, for similar price and a great rest. Plenty of overflow parking for Uhaul and toy hauler or boat trailers. Quiet, clean campground. Loved waking up to birdsong.

Bathrooms not clean in a timely manner. The beaches are 12 miles away so you have to ride your vehicle to get there. People cannot swim in Perdido Bay because the fishing dock is right there and the water is murky.

Great location. One of the most peaceful spots to catch a sunrise. Bath houses need some update/attention, but the laundry, pool, and hook ups were fine.

Pulled in at 630pm and got a site that was unacceptable. No picnic table both neighbors less than three foot away, the sewer hose from one was outside my door. Called and the mailbox was full. Started to leave and my wife got in touch with someone. She said sorry and gave us the phone number of her boss. I finally got her to give us another site for more money. Arrived after hours to find cabin key locked inside of our cabin. Had to call the after hours person & wait for them to unlock it. Bathrooms were never restocked on soap or toilet paper the 4 days we were there. The office seemed to close whenever they felt like it. Never saw a KOA worker outside, checking on things, cleaning, etc. Campground didn't feel like a KOA. Lacking in customer service.

Spent two nights there. Pool needs a good treatment & scrub to remove built up algee around the tiles, cracks, and rocks. Hot tub was nice! Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It rained a lot when we were there so we did not get to do much.

Our cabin had bed bugs,the emergency number wasn't visible after hours when we realized. We payed to guarantee our stay in KKE, but had to be moved to another cabin. No refund offered. We were given bags for our belongings and quarters for the laundry room which was closed to campers but they did let us use it anyway bc of the bed bugs. The wifi worked for a total of 1 day during our stay.

Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Shoutout to CJ, who even gave me a ride to the airport! Washers and dryers are new and worked well. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous location! My friend and I camped for 3 days, and the amenities were wonderful. Hot showers and good water pressure. We decided to move to a cabin when a Tropical Storm came through, and the staff were so helpful. The cabin was super nice too. I will definitely be coming back here. It was truly a great KOA experience.

Cabins were clean and cooled when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Campground was quiet, easily navigated, and full of areas for family activities. The pool and hot tub were clean and safe. The pier was great for fishing and very pleasant for watching sunrise/sunset. Great stay all around!

Got here planning to camp in a tent but due to weather, we wound up in a cabin 3 days in. The staff were so very helpful and understanding. The property is beautifully maintained.

Beautiful setting. Cabin has a perfect layout with a separate bedroom, full bath and kitchen. Camp office hours are limited, closing at 5 pm. Cabin locked upon arrival-- no key left for us. Unable to get anyone on emergency number. Thankfully housekeeper was able to help us. Poor wifi so unable to get TV to work. However, would stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay, however, our one complaint would be the small widow unit is not sufficient for keeping the cabin cool. It still gets unbearably hot during the day to the point of us leaving just to take advantage of the AC in the car. Other than than, we had a wonderful time and caught a few fish.

We upgraded to a cabin with a bathroom and shower. It had great air conditioning, a full kitchen, a couch that could be made into a bed, and a lovely queen size bed that was very comfortable. The bed was already made we both linens and pillows, plus a nice comforter. The restroom had wash clothes and two towels. This cabin by far was our favorite one.

The showers weren’t warm, the clubhouse was disgusting, had no working A/C, all the furniture was worn to bits and torn up, dirty dishes and sink all in clubhouse. The employees are aware of the condition and don’t care. An employee kept shining a light in my relatives face, after being asked to stop. Pretty decent place, clean well kept. it’s the south so there are bugs and ants if that’s not your thing don’t go there. They have a nice little fishing pier I didn’t use it but I walked down there and checked it out and the pool was nice

This campground needs updates. It could be fantastic with some work on the buildings and amenities. I had a hard time getting out of the campground due to the overhanging trees. It’s a great location

Cabin was ok fairly clean but need handrails in bathroom for elderly. Need taller toilets. TV wouldn't stay on internet and wifi didn't work most of time but enjoyed area. Had golf carts we used to get around. Nice pool and game room for kids

Great base for trips to Pensacola area and trip Mobile. Cabin was comfortable and had all we needed for a week’s stay. We came at early part of the season, only complaint was out of order laundry facilities. ( new machines were coming, just not while were there.)

We had a wonderful time staying at your campsite. It was peaceful and quiet. The amenities were above and beyond. The crew were great to be around as well. Will definitely come back given the opportunity. Keep up the great work.

Internet and TV connection , was non working 90% of our time there � Coffee maker non working but was replaced when we notified the staff . Staff was very friendly! Cabins are very old but are working well and the window units for a/c worked very well and kept us cool �

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
