Nice, but dated, campground. Bathrooms need to be updated. Also, there were 2 pool parties while we were there that were loud with lots of alcohol. Not our type of atmosphere. Kitchen in clubhouse was filthy. Still, a nice campground.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly here. but The fully furnished mini house/ cabin we stayed in was very dingy and musty smelling, we looked at multiple cabins and they all had the same issues. We wanted to stay for two nights but only stayed for one because of the condition.

Office is only open until 5. There was a lot of drinking, loud people, and loud music at the pool our first night there causing our dog a lot of stress. Lots of no-see-ums morning and evening. Beautiful view of Perdido Bay.

Had a great time at the campground and the site provided all the needed utilities. It was convenient to a few activities we had scheduled. The grandchildren enjoyed the big pool.

I really enjoyed this KOA. Great getaway spot for fishing, boating, or just enjoying serenity of the water sitting at the pier. Nice playground for kids, good pool area. Partially screen shade doggie area. Close to Aviation Museum, a must see. Also awesome staff. The entrance and exit are on an incline, its not too bad. Tasty pizza spot in front of campgrounds. We will be back.

It has a lot of potential. It needs more upkeep around the back area by the water. Had a problem with the breaker box and we lost power. My husband went to the office the owner/manager immediately asked, "what did you do wrong?" not good customer service. One of the staff members said to her "we've had problems with that box customer shouldn't been there" Front grounds/pool area is nicely kept,

Lovely resort, enjoyed very much. ADA showers do need some work, grab bars in actual shower.

It was so nice and comfortable. We read online to bring liens and towels but those were both actually there already. Had such a good stay!

No hot water in the bath house. The amount of mosquitoes and flies at this campground is horrible. We tried to cook outside and had 30+ flies everywhere. Would not recommend this campground

The staff were all very nice and accommodating . I loved the campground itself. I think I was expecting more from the beach aspect. But that’s certainly not the campgrounds fault that that part of the bay is not very pretty .. I had something different pictured in my mind.. the campground itself was nice. The pool was an added plus and the facilities were nice and clean.

Campground is clean. Didn't visit the pool, but it was always busy. Looked clean. My issue, 1)Deluxe Site was gravel, a patio, firepit, swing, table, and chairs.Our site was so un-level. We finally just set up and dealt with it. 2)roadway sign says "Holiday" KOA, missed the entrance, it's not easy turning a 36 ft 5th wheel/ truck around. I'll give an A plus for acomodating us on a Short notice.

KOA staff was wonderful. We have stayed a few times and have no complaints. We found there are boat slips now, so next time we come we will be know to reserve one.

The cabin was ridiculously hot. Yes, it’s middle of summer and completely understand not running an ac while no one is occupying however the unit never pushed out cold ac. The filter was cleaner but the vents and the interior was caked with dust. We moved to a more expensive cabin the next day. Spoke to front desk was told they’d put a fan in after our stay. Didn’t accommodate or reimburse.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The first night we arrived we saw dolphins out in the Bay, which made for a magical start to our stay. We appreciated how dog friendly the property was. The pool was clean and refreshing. The bathrooms on the upper level were clean. The only downside were the lower level bathrooms at the waterfront which were often out of order.

Park was very clean and staff were very helpful and treated us respectfully. Our sight was nice, bush’s trimmed and grass was freshly mowed.

Showers/bathrooms are on the older side from those we've experienced however they work. Pool is beautiful, it's a quiet park which is nice despite so many activities for families. We just stayed the night while passing through to Arizona. I'd like to stay in one of their covered wagons!

We enjoyed our stay! It’s an older place, but very clean and very nice people. Saw dolphins one morning while eating breakfast on the dock!

We've stayed at a lot of KOA's. While the waterfront is beautiful, the super site we stayed in was not up to KOA standards (cracked patio, swing old and covered in debris, low patio furniture). The laundry room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and bathrooms dirty. People walking thru our site. As regular KOA members, we were not impressed.

Loved the covered wagon. Very hospitable staff. Weather was great. Would’ve liked some more activity options like putt putt, but overall great stay and we hope to be back!

This was my first stay at a KOA. Property was well set up, staff very nice and helpful. It would be great if there had been a dog pool or water pad for dogs.

Verry good. The personal is verry helpful and attent. the campground is verry good and clean and the bar and food are perfect.One off the best RV. parks and whe travel now 8 times threu all the USA. in 20 years. For this reason a big 10!!! Jacob Boon from The Netherlands.

View is beautiful, locations is great! In my opinion, upgrades are needed on restrooms to meet other KOA standards. In addition, more poop bag dispensers are needed throughout the park.

Overall the stay was good. We will definitely be back. However, cleanliness in common areas was a concern. The club house kitchen facilities and gaming area was unkempt. Bathrooms were decent but showers needed a good scrubbing. Final negative, the spots needed to be raked well. That would have helped with the flies and gnats. Positives; pool, views, staff, definitely outweigh any negatives.

So many issues with this cabin don’t even know where to begin. In a nut shell the place is a dump. So much neglected minor maintenance issues. Peeling paint, blinds missing on windows the smell is terrible. For $212 per night it was robbery. The mattress was horribly wore out my wife and I kept rolling to the middle it was so broke down. I will say I’ve never really had a good experience at KO

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
