We had a wonderful stay, cabin we stayed in was very clean, all the comforts of home. The young ladies in the office/store were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of concerns they immediately took care of them. The only suggestion would be to get better cushions for the futon, very uncomfortable to sit on or something different in there. We would absolutely stay there again.

The camper sites were grown up with grass and weeds. The pool was not the cleanest and the hot tub was broke with greenish slimy cold water. The change machine for laundry was broke our whole stay. In the women’s shower house only one shower had warm water. The whole place was very unkept. Would not recommend this place. It looks nothing like the pictures or details online.

The staff here is wonderful. Kept us well informed of bad weather conditions due to a hurricane coming in near LA. I’ve stayed here many times and can’t say enough good things about this place. A serious hidden gem. Special shoutout to AJ and CJ. They know what they did to help us.

The hot tub was out of commission again. This is about our 3rd stay where the hot tub has not working. Signs all over the pool area of “No Smoking” but smelled smoke all weekend.

The first evening we arrived I was In the bathroom and there was a 3" cockroach crawling up the wall. Perhaps an exterminator could take care of the roach problem. Other than the roach problem we enjoyed our stay.

I was very disapointed when i went to use the hot tub, needs major repairs, the concrete was exposed and was not hot and water dirty. The art room was terrible very dingy, trash,dirty dishes,furniture stained,filthy. The last person at our spot didnt clean up after there dog! The exit was difficult to drive.

Got it late, left early. Seemed fine, except my wife didn’t have hot water in the shower. Had to come over to the men’s bathroom to shower. No big deal.

Everything was great. Place was super clean, quiet and relaxing. My only suggestion would be a rug in the cabins. I had to constantly sweep the floor from tracking in dirt. We will definitely be back to stay again soon!!

Easy to get into it and sites are pull through and very nice. Have plenty of shade. It’s right in the bay with a beautiful pier to walk out on to see the water. People are very friendly and always asking if you need anything. I highly recommend staying

We loved this campground. The site we had was large and looking down at the bay. Managers on site very nice and helpful. We would come back again and again.

It would be nice to have a small ceiling fan in KKJ. The small AC unit is not sufficient in the heat of summer. It doesn’t keep whole cabin cool. Also we missed having the swing on the front porch. We did enjoy the swing near the bay! We saw many dolphins and jumping fish :)

My only draw back for this Koa was the roach bugs in the cabin. I understand it is close to the water, but the dead ones weren't even swept up before we arrived. We will be back, awesome place.. Just being honest.

The staff was very nice and the pool was amazing. Perfect temp during the day and at night. We rented a cottage and the view was beautiful and the AC worked great. The bed was uncomfortable and loud and I did run into some items that weren’t in the kitchen but told the staff. Also our coffee pot was a little tricky so we just got coffee at the office every morning. Over all we had a great time

I have stayed in KOA cabins all over the USA. I love KOA. The cabin we rented at Golf Shores/ Pensacola West had an extremely bad odor that permeated in our clothes. �so we left early

Campground was fairly nice, pool needs updated, staff was not friendly. Staff members family/friends were smoking in the pool area, in the cabanas you can rent. No smoking signs posted all around the pool area. The cabins were nice. Don’t think we will be back to stay.

The park is clean, comfortable and quiet, congregations were good, amenities are very good. Great place to relax for a few days.

Great Koa. VERY helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping with our electrical problem. Got problem fixed within .minutes. very nice young men.

Everything was fine with our campsite. The grounds could be alittle better taking care of regarding high grass, hedges and the doorlock to the restroom by the J section needs to be repaired immediately. Made for an embarrassing incident. I know this may sound negative, but we still had a great time. Just alittle TLC and the campground would be excellent. Staff were great!!

Our stay was great, bathrooms were clean and in a convenient location, pool area was clean, and sites were nice. The only inconvenience was the office/shop; we tried each day to stop in during the open hours only to find the doors locked and the lights off. Outside of our initial check in, there were also no staff members anywhere to be found during our stay.

Cute little campground but was disappointed in some of the groundskeeping. The grass was very look and did not appear very well maintained. We also experienced issues with fireants. Loved being on the water though.

The store isn't open long enough. No bikes for kids. No activity for kids. It could be an amazing place with a little more cleaning. Our porch has black stuff all over. Poor repairs in the cabin.

Not a KOA worth campground at all. Cold showers, aswell in the evening as in the morning. Wasing machines un useable because money changer dit not work and no one was around the campsite anymore. Did not feel comfertable at all nor welcome. Next morning a commercial feeling in the office, more for selling and machine like than that we were paying customers. This is totaly not a KOA worth camping.

Stayed there in a travel trailer for attending the Pensacola Navy Base Air Show. This KOA located in the Lillian AL woods country. The KOA situated off the Perdido Bay and a short drive to the Gulf Shores scenic beach drive along the Gulf of Mexico. When drive from this Alabama KOA across the Perdido Bay bridge you enter Florida and closer to the Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches. There are cabins to rent as well as tent and RV campsites full hook ups. Many sites appeared to be unleveled without concrete pads. Many shade trees and overall it's a quaint park. The bathhouse was very clean and accommodating with hot showers.
