Does not meet KOA standards. It is infested with ants. We had ants making a heavy trail up our stabilizer legs. We couldn't use the picnic table due to ant infestation even after we washed it off with water. The patio pavers were covered with rocks and leaves. The swing rubbing the sides. There were ants on the pool deck. Maybe a year since leaf cleanup. Corp needs to visit prop.

We absolutely loved the place. The lady we dealt with was so kind and informative. She helped us check in early after our 8 hour drive and was even willing to move us a few days in to our stay. We didn't but it was nice to know that she was willing to help. There really aren't any bad spots in the campground. They have multiple different styles sites depending on what you need and prefer. Loved it

Laundry room sucks. Fix the washers and dryers. Most of both of them were out of order!! Ludicrous!!

Staff was great. spots are not large enough for large rv’s not what listed. Hard to get into and no spotter to help. Needs lots of tlc.

Overall it was pretty cool. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the campground but what little we did we enjoyed. My only complaint is that quiet hours weren’t followed in the whispering woods. Other than that it was great.

This was our 7th Memorial day week visit (in a row). We love the park, but the price went up $200 from last year. I'll be retiring from the military next year so next year is in question as I'll have to get acclimated to retired pay. With the rate going up like it has, next year will likely be elsewhere less expensive or not at all. The park itself has a lot to like and very little to dislike.

Campground was unkept and needed lots of maintenance and mowing. Wires running everywhere creating trip hazards in sites and roads. The store was never open at reasonable hours to get assistance. Half the washers and dryers were broke so couldn't do laundry on the grounds. If we could have found other arrangements and gotten a full refund we would have switched campgrounds. Very un satisfied.

Everything was so clean. Everyone was super friendly. They have the best dog park too!!! The pool and hot tub were spectacular. I can't wait to come back and stay longer.

The office staff were very nice. The site was ok, but the swing had a weight limit of 250 lbs which didn’t allow for 2 people to sit on it. I think all KOA should provide the same amenities such as garbage pickup , leading a camper to their site, etc,

Great location would definitely recommend and would return! Did not see staff unless they were escorting someone to sight! Quite a few feral cats around and the sights were not well kept, grill was very close to overgrown shrubs! The KOA still has beautiful scenery and is private! Checking in was very pleasant and friendly suggestions on things to consider that were pet friendly! Overall great!

No refunds is really terrible. Especially in RV's when unpredictable things can happen. Hard to recommend a place with zero refunds.

People that work there area a 5. Majority of long termers' lack of respect for the property and others staying there make it a 3. Bomped it to a 4 because the park itself has some cool character.

The camp site appeared clean. We only stayed overnight so it’s hard to rate the entire facility, however we were not able to a hold of any staff after repeated attempts at trying. No one ever replied back and we never got to check in since we left before operating hours. Therefore our rewards credit was not applied. We most likely will not be coming back to this site. Nothing special about it.

It was very nice. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The only thing that could use some improvement are the ac units in our cabin. They often froze up and we would have to turn them off for an hour or so and turn them back on for them to start working properly again.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
