Great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Staff were super gracious. They knew we were only staying one night and they gave us an easy pull through campsite to make our departure that much easier. Thank you!

Site was full of ruts and obstacles. Bathroom and shower are old. Park is way overpriced

Beautiful Kampgroung. Loved it!! The bottom shower/toilets were pretty nasty. We went up to the top to use those facilities. I think it was mainly because there were so many people there with one family that day.

Huge campground with large activity buildings and lots of small Kabins. Nice large pool and small hot tub both well maintained. Saw dolphins at dusk swimming out to the deeper water to feed from the marina. Nice marina for those towing boats.

Could not find welcome packet in overnight box when we came in after hours. But absolutely love staying here and will do it again!!! :-)

Overall, the campground was very nice. We were in a patio site and there was enough space between campers. Layout was a little bit odd for some of the sites, but it seemed to work. The water views were beautiful and swings at sites and by the water were great. The pool was well kept. A pizza place next door was convenient and tasty. The only negative was clean but very old bathhouses.

The view of the Gulf was lovely. Our site was narrow, but long enough. Staff friendly and professtional. We had issues with our wi-fi, and EJ was very helpful and resolved our issues. We would stay there again but request a different site.

Clean and quiet! Friendly staff, great communication Nice dog park. Nice pool area. Had a pull in back out site w/ bay view, deck, picnic table and a fire ring. Stayed in 25ft. RV Enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The facility was nice, but the bathrooms and showers felt like they could use a little more love. We caught many beautiful sunsets here it's proximity to Pensacola, FL and Orange Beach, AL made it a great stop. Don't forget to hit up Lambert's Cafe.

Lillian greeted us upon arrival, so nice & accommodating ! There was a problem with how we reserved our site but Lillian worked with KOA and got the membership issue resolved. She contacted me once it was taken care of to be sure I knew all was well. Great service. On the day we were leaving I noticed messages from Lillian to ALL guests, regarding incoming bad weather. Great service !!

We loved that this was 45 minutes to the beach, and it was on a beautiful bay. We pitched a tent and it was very affordable for the location. The sites are very close together but that's typical for maximum profit. We didn't like that the picnic table was so small and rickety. And no paper towels in the bathroom. We wish we would have checked out the pool and hot tub! We plan on returning!

Beautiful park with beautiful people running things. They were so friendly and helpful with everything. Fun to fish off the dock. Our dog loved playing in the water.

Camp hosts were helpful and friendly. The campgrounds are pretty with lots of trees and shrubs plus access to the water. Nice quiet location. There were several broken machines in the laundry room, the bathrooms were clean but small. The motion detection faucets were difficult to trigger and only stayed on seconds. Rate 3 if you need the bathroom facilities, 4 if not. Our teardrop has no bath.

It was a stop on our way home, it served its purpose....I wouldn't go out of our way to stay there again.....could use a bit of an update...bathroom very dark needs better lighting

Had tent site, small but it worked. BV1. Wished pool would have been heated for March dates. Lower bathroom not so wet. Thanks. Had a fun time.

Covered wagon was very comfortable and a highlight of our trip. The kids loved swimming in the pool. Location was low key and quiet, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the Gulf beaches.

Our stay at the West Pensacola KOA was peaceful and enjoyed. The staff were nice and the campground is well maintained. The oak trees are beautiful! But, as oak trees are notorious for, they are rough on the grass and ground under them. So, my only request/complaint would be that the campgrond would put down more gravel and maintenance attention to the areas under these trees.

Feral Cats were allowed to roam freely throughout campground. All buildings are poorly maintained. They are filthy. Laundry room has towels under several washing machines the room is dirty with a few out of order machines. Random homeless people wander around park after office is closed. I sent pictures to KOA headquarter. Planned on a month stay but left after a week. Should not be a KOA.

Beautiful location along bay and dock. Great staff and large, well supplied camp store although it closed st 5:00 pm. I was able to have Walmart deliver groceries which was very convenient.

It was a good stay overall. Not great but good. I was disappointed that the guys bathroom was not cleaned on Sunday. Not sure why but it wasn’t. My wife said the ladies was cleaned but the guys definitely wasn’t.

Wonderful campground! We didn’t stay at the campground much because we had so many places to go. The campground was very well kept and we will return when we can actually stay and enjoy the campground.

It was very pleasant. We had to leave before 8AM and were concerned there wasn’t a drop box for the cabin key so we placed in the night box.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
