Nice camp grounds. But have seen better ran KOAs. Pool needs remodeling bad. No one is ever in the front office. Places to eat are 20min away. Camp rules are not enforced as we seen many violations from campers and even staff.

Quiet park, WiFi ok, cable TV fuzzy. Shower was clean but could use some light. We were surprised we had to sweep off the patio when we got there

The camp grounds were well maintained and kept clean, freshly mowed and weeds removed. Staff was very personable and knowledgeable about the park and the amenities, very helpful. We were offered many different activities to join in and be a part of.

I had a Patio Site that I paid a higher price for and couldn't use most of the furniture because it was broken. My stand up grill that's with the site was also broken and unusable, I think maybe I should have been charged for a regular site since the amenities weren't all usable.

Our site was one of the pull ins that look over the bay. Beautiful view from the coach. The pool was the only facility that we used. It was clean and well kept with plenty of lounge chairs as well as tables with umbrellas. The corners are tight getting to the sites for big rigs with a towed vehicle. We had to unhook so we could make all the turns. The exit is the tight but doable.

Too many items were rusty or broken. The kamping Kanin had a broken lights. The picnic table outside was completely destroyed and the the showers would not drain and had rusty parts

We had a premium pull through site with patio and was not level. We have a 21 foot TT and needed over 9 level pads on the rear stabilizers. Showers were not cleaned very well. Holiday weekend so understandable with the park full. Great activities Friday through Sunday. Location was halfway between Gulf Shotes and Pencecola.

Security was on vacation/people took advantage even when office tryed. Neighbors smoked skunk weed so bad we couldn't spend any time on our porch. Dock smelled like rotten fish with flies everywhere and all their belongings all over dock. People coming and going without passes at pier/barking dogs at 2 AM. Pictures of pool/hot tub on website are deceptive. Cabin had soft floor & Ants!

My kids and I have had the best experience here. The staff is welcoming, kind, attentive, and prompt to help when needed. Security and scenery are on point. Kabins are clean and comfortable.

Being a Holiday I would expected much more. 1) Office can close as early as 3:30. Poor cust sat. 2) Pool allows up to 84 people from the neighborhoods. Smoking, drinking and very crowded. What are we paying for a public pool? Also in need of major repair. 3) Laundry room is disgusting. Leaking devices. 4) Bathrooms. Only 1 of 3 showers worked well. If you are traveling I10, keep going to Milton.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We camped in tents at site PT1 and had a perfect view of the bay and a nice little nook for our tents.

The pool and bay area qas very nice. But the cabin was not. Cabin DK3 has a few soft spots in the hall and kitchen area that are VERY unstable. Also, when we arrived we didnt have everything we needed for the cabin and the office was already closed. We had to contact the after house person and tell them what we needed. We still weren provided with kitchen soap or a new kitchen towel to wash dishes

The camp was great, including layout near the waterfront. However, the bathroom doors near the camping cabins did not lock or even latch, which increased the chance of someone walking in on you. The upper bathrooms were perfect but required a walk or drive up a steep hill.

Beautiful site. We had a swing, chairs, barbecue and fire pit. We stayed a week and were very happy with the location. In between Pensacola and Perdido Key. Very Clean and security was great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a perfect place to stay.

We were not able to access the wifi in our camper at the site. Out of range so unable to enjoy our speakers in the camper. Also the water pressure was almost non-existent. Our last stay was much better than this one.

We have been coming here for the last 10 years and we love it. The only reason I put 4 stars this time was because they are offering $5 "day passes" to the community. An entire day was spent with a group of loud, rude, obnoxious "day pass" drunks throwing each other off the fishing pier and tossing food scraps into the swimming area of the bay. Aside from that, it was wonderful as always.

The grounds were great. The wharf and boat slips were top notch. The common restroom for the cabins did not have a working lock. I had a someone walk in on me as I was using the toilet.

Lots of amenities. Clubhouse with fridge/freezer space was wonderful to have access. Lots of variety of housing options.

Love the campground. Will be back but housekeeping could do better.Are front door was was very dirty first thing we see.The floor was very dirty. The futon should have been thrown in the trash. We had 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Would of left a tip but didn't. .Just clean better

The campground was clean & the staff were friendly. It is about a 15 min drive for beach access which is not bad at all. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is due to the gnats being so severe. We could not really enjoy the outside as much as we prefer. We had 4 tiki torches burning, a citronella candle burning, & a fan blowing but it did not really help. Also, the sites are really tight.

We had a patio site that had plenty of space. Some of the non-patio sites were very close to each other. Staff was very friendly. A lot of organized activities. Pool was very nice. Also spent a day at the bay on the KOA beach

Overall pretty nice site, definitely tight between sites, the bathrooms by the office were disgusting, hot no air, gnats were terrible, Chubby’s pizza place was amazing, office personnel were great and friendly, we would camp there again, need to limit what kids can do in the pool almost got hit several times with a football.

Nice campground. Lots to do there. Not far from beaches. Lots of trees in campground. Went during the 4th of July weekend and they had stuff going on for the campers all weekend. This campground also has some really nice cabins to rent.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
