Overall stay was ok. The campground is in a state of change with many unfinished idea's. Campsites are very tight and tent sites have very little grass. Campground is in good location for going to the Gulf Shores and other tourist attractions.

Had a good time camping at the KOA. Looks like they are doing some upgrades around the place. Had different activity to do a few days during our stay and the pool was nice. Campground was quite during the night also.

We stayed seven nights in cabin G. From the website when we booked the cabin we thought we were getting one of the two cabins on the shore. At no time was the coffee or trash bags replaced. We had to park in water/mud and the grounds were poorly unkept. The staff except for one house keeper weren’t very friendly. We may come back and I hope you raise your standards, KOA usually has higher on

So many flys and ants at our camp site it was ridiculous.... ... we felt crowded the rv's sites was to close ...office closed to early ... hot tub looked dirty ..

The pool was nice as well and the grounds were clean. We stayed in Kabin KKF which was rustic but pleasant. The big concern was that the exterior of our cabin alone was flooded by sprinklers or something so when you would park it was in a big puddle with no way to get around it so our shoes were always wet & tracked in a lot of mud (no it hadn’t rained). Pizza place was closed on Mondays.

Th amenities provided were great! The bath house was clean and cool. The sites were spaced well and well marked. We will be coming back.

The cabin was a single wide trailer, was very nice, the beds were comfy, except 4 the bunk bed and futon in the living room were very stiff. The bugs were a bit of a pain, but the people were very nice in the office, and very helpful. We had allot of fun there. There's allot 2 so there! But if u go in the summer, don't 4 get ur bug spray! I'm so happy I didn't 4 get that!I will stay here again 4 s

Staff was great. Nice pool Front bath house always clean. Beautiful pier and Bay Area steps away from accommodations. If rains the entire grounds are extremely saturated bring rain boots.. Bring a few lanterns if plans to sit outside your area or walk to bath houses.

One of the all-around best KOAs we have ever stayed in. There fully-grown trees with Spanish moss, a very well-stocked camp store (w/ humidor!!!), and individual sites with fenced in areas for your dogs to be off-leash made this a great campground. Definitely would stay here again and high recommend to others.

The grounds were well kept and sites were spaced out. Nice dog park, clean bathrooms and neat playground! The weather was terrible but the staff kept us informed and had activities ready for the kids at the community center. Great place I would certainly return!

Weekday and weekend staff were very accommodating and friendly. Store well stocked.. Children activities were offered. The pool stayed clean. Property smaller then others. Little to no lighting throughout property. Bring rain boots and extra tarps for the ground. rv,tent ,back bathhouse need gravel/cement. I would have rate a 5 if more cement/gravel/light was available. Pier was great.

After reserving a site for a 60 foot rig with 3 slides we were put in the smallest site in the row F8 I believe. There was no room to put out awning and no room between our rig and the shrubs for a table. No camping area and no way to get our dogs out of the motorhome without letting them out in the neighbors site. Office staff wasn’t concerned when we expressed our disappointment and left early

We just needed a cool place to stay for 1 night. I asked before booking if linens were supplied. They in fact, were supplied. No towels or washcloths were provided. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and I didn't think to ask that, but at almost $300 for 1 night I would expect there to be a towel and washcloth available. The campground itself looked like a really cool vibe!

We loved our stay!! Always friendly and helpful just like you’d expect!! Heat was awful (it’s summer) bugs are bad (prepare). Overall a GREAT stay. Really enjoyed it!

Run down, sites too close. Smelled sewer all week. Cable went out because of storms daily and the wifi sucked a great deal. Bathhouses need updating and the road to the pier needs paving as well as all the sites need paved pads for the price we paid. Rented golfcart and couldn’t take it down to the pier. It sure wasn’t up to the standards of a “holiday” campground. Will not be back or reco

The Koa was very nice and well maintained. It's a bit cramped, but luckily we had one of the roomier sites. The gentleman with really long hair was super friendly, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. We definitely need more people like him.

Very friendly staff and great pizza place. However, we felt the deluxe cabin needed many repairs or updates. Also, the parking and road to the cabin need some repairs. Overall, I believe the grounds just need improvement.

F16 had no appeal. No grass. No landing, porch or deck. Rocks and sand. The cable was out and the Wi-Fi would never connect. We asked three times about it and finally told that it was not working due to weather conditions. We mentioned it again upon check out and the person told us it had been fixed. Wifi never worked. We selected our spot for next year but would never recommend section F.

There is a lot of dirt. I wish for tent campers there was either more grass or a platform to put the actual tent on. Also picnic tables are very small. Pool is very nice, the office staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was super easy and store had many items you might need during stay. Bath houses were well equipped. Also good laundry facilities.

While there was a mix up due to computer glitches, as we were told and we didn't get both our sites we paid to site locked in, in Craig was beyond awesome and made sure our stay was wonderful. Such a beautiful site/campground. Staff was wonderful of those I met in person and everything was super clean. This place is truly a hidden jem and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Very nice quite and relaxing loved being by the water and I felt safe with it just being me and my daughter for the night. Showers was clean and restrooms was supplied.

Campsite was clean! Staff was knowledgeable and Rex went out of his way to help us newbies (1st trip in a camper EVER) get settled after a later than expected arrival due to storms. There wasn't one thing that was negative about our stay. We've already started making plans to come back and stay again soon!

We loved our stay here. We found our spot to be perfect. It was a corner so it was big. Also loved the pine straw all around that keeps dirt and sand out of the camper. The showers were clean and right by our spot. Nice pool and hot tub. The walk down to fish was cute. Loved this little campground

The entire park is clean the staff is super friendly and The amenities are great. I had a little problem with the boat dock and my boat. Lynette went over and beyond anything I was expecting to rectify the problem. She very concerned about getting the problem with the dock repaired. She also ask for my unit on how to repair the dock. House down a very great place to vacation and I will be returning..

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $45/night Stayed 1 night Site #J8 Stayed mid-Jan 2022. Site: Nicely maintained for a place that seems a bit older. Staff/Maintenance: We had to have maintenance come when we checked in b/c we had no pedastal power. Came within minutes and replaced breaker. Sites: We had a grass site with a wood platform patio. Noise: Quiet and very peaceful. Sites: A bit tight but some have privacy bushes which is nice. Food: Decent pizza literally a 4 minute walk from our site. Gas: Circle K with Diesel 5 minutes down the road. Convenient: Right off of the main road (not much traffic)
