I like the convenience of bathrooms near the tent area. And the bathrooms are kept very clean. The owners were very sweet about letting us tenters hang out at an outside covered cabin area during rain. Very pleasant stay

This was our initial KOA experience; tent campers. Campground visually/"obviously" well-cared-for. Husband/wife owners/proprietors friendly and genuinely interested in accommodating their guests. No complaints; no niggling whines!(:-)); a most-excellent experience over 4 nights. Would have no hesitation camping there (Greybull, WY) again.

Wonderful clean and inviting! Staff was wonderful. So glad we connected, our trip was almost ruined by a damaged radiator, and Kim and her husband put us in a great site, we liked it so much we changed plans to stay the week and enjoyed it's small town charm, riverwalk and convenience to Bighorn Canyon, & Cody. Thank you !!

First I couldn’t make reservations without signing up for your “rewards” program. That jacked up the price by 30.00 which is not what I wanted to do. I would love to have that refunded to me. Second, the directions were horrible and we ended up in a town 35 miles away. Third, the spaces were very tight an we were surrounded by concrete so really nowhere for our dog to relieve herself. F

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You do not have to purchase the KOA Rewards card in order to make an internet reservation. Please contact KOA Camper Services at 800-562-0000 for assistance. I'm sorry you had trouble finding the campground and the dogpark.

It is a nice cozy campground. Some trees and lots of grass for tent campers. Very nice showers, a pool, and free coffee. The parking was very tight, however.

Great, friendly management. The whole operation is class A, everything from the sites to the the facilities. Probably the best maintained park I’ve stayed at. Perfect location to visit both the Bighorn Canyon and Mountains. 4 bars Verizon, and ok Wi-Fi to stream. Will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. We stayed six days in a motorhome and toad.

Back-in Deluxe Site was great! It was very private and had great amenities. The concrete pad was like new with a bench swing, table & chairs, firepit and both charcoal and gas grills. The pool was well maintained and so refreshing after a hot day sightseeing. We really enjoyed staying here as a base camp for exploring the area.

Nice owners of the park near the city. Has a pool, that we didn't use but was nice. Laundry was onsite and reasonably priced. had access to a city walking path that went along the river.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, cleanest and best manicured grounds I’ve stayed at. Some evenings the nearby rail yard can be quite noisy.

This is the nicest park at which we stayed. The cement pads are a nice touch, leaving plenty of room for tables, chairs, and grills. We walked into town and had a great breakfast at Bob's. A++

Staying at Greybull KOA is like my home away from home. We go often to visit family and friends so management knows us and they treat us like friends. No question that the KOA is where we stay. Clean park, cute little store. As with any park, your stay is as relaxing and as fun as you make it.

Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful pads to park on, grass for tents, and very clean restrooms.
Aug 03, 2022
Our level site had a nice patio area, table with four rugged chairs, BBQ, great water pressure and flavor, easy sewer and cable tv hookups, and easy access to trash disposal and the pool. Wifi was weak but useable for minor uses, but that’s become commonplace in our travels. The Staff were all great, and the quiet setting was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The Greybull KOA was the perfect home base during my Wyoming Jeep adventure. I stayed in one of the cabins and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring trails and backroads. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which is always appreciated after spending hours behind the wheel. One of my favorite things about this KOA was the location. Situated along the Big Horn River, it offered peaceful views and a quiet atmosphere while still being close to Greybull's restaurants, fuel stations, and attractions. The campground itself was well maintained, with plenty of green space, mature trees, and a welcoming feel. The cabin's private outdoor area was a great place to unwind in the evening, whether enjoying dinner outside, sitting around the fire pit, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure. The campground also offers amenities for RV travelers and campers, making it a great option no matter how you travel. If you're exploring the Bighorn Basin, visiting nearby attractions like Red Gulch Dinosaur Tracksite, or heading into the Bighorn Mountains, the Greybull KOA is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Jeep Momma Tip: Looking for a central location to explore northern Wyoming? Greybull makes a great base camp with easy access to scenic drives, historic sites, dinosaur tracks, and some incredible Jeep adventures.
