    I loved the privacy of each RV area; however, the bathrooms could be cleaner. Especially the showers.

    This was the worst KOA that I have ever stayed at. The roads were dirt and dusty. The sites were very narrow & small & heavily treed that branches rubbed our RV. The restrooms/showers were dirty. There were 2 vicious dogs roaming the park in the evening. Dilapidated RV's with junk & trash on their sites (especially lot #70). There were some larger RV's parked out in a dirt field.

    We had reserved 3 spots well over a month before our arrival and when we got there they had given 1 of them away and there wasn't another close by... was not impressed.

    CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

    Unfortunately, you only reserved one spot. When you arrived the spot nearest to your one site was occupied. We worked with you to find your large group plenty of sites nearby to each other. We do apologize for the confusion.

    When it was windy it was very dusty. Also the wifi didn't work where we were parked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Dogs running loose and threatened my wife,permanent sites with trash every where.Overpriced on bathrooms questionable. I must say that the people who run the KOA are nice, but I would not go back to their campground.

    I think that the price that is charged for a camp site is very, very expensive ! We could have stayed at a motel for 60 dollars !

    Pros: Good location, helpful staff, nice bathrooms, free firewood. Cons: Cost (would have never booked if I wasn't getting a free night), people from adjoining property using campground as a short cut; dirtbikes, ATVs and trucks.

    It was a very short stay,but there seemed to be a lot of things to do for families and a longer stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites are a little narrow, but managable.

    The friendliness of the staff was great. We had a problem with our motor home the day we were to leave. The manager went out of his way to help us any way he could.The sites were easy to access and the care for the trees, flowers and shrubs was nice to see. Their gazebo breakfast was nice also. Enjoyed the binders with the pictures of how the park started and the progression to present time.

    Space had trash, trees need the deadwood cut out of them & trimmed to not scratch rigs-people in office very nice-grounds need care! Breyer places to walk dogs!!!!

    Wow, expensive! Good thing there was a nice pool and nice clean showers (hence 3 starts otherwise it would be 1)! Stayed at the tent city cause it's all we could afford, felt like we were sharing a room with our 'neighbors' who loved their music at 1 am and their morning cigarette. First and last time at a KOA. Won't be doing this again!

    The staff were good but the sites were cramped and hard to get in and out of. The trees need to be pruned as we were concerned about branches on our roof. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 because the WIFI was non existent unless you were in the office Would not Stay there again. The price they charged was not worth it.

    A little more gravel in the new section would be better, just stayed in the mud. Could not get out and walk anywhere.

    Big rig section is new and not complete so it was a muddy parking lot. Wifi not great. Way too expensive, especially for what we got. Staff is good. Good location and access.

    It is always a pleasure to stay at the Great Falls KOA. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to move to a different cabin. Great stay!!

    Great campground. Washrooms were very clean. Free fire wood is nice. Sites were well looked after and the tent sites were covered in nice green grass.

    Over all a very well kept campground. Available food and drink items and breakfasts for bikers. Sites with roofs and hooks to hang all our gear and keep it dry. Just noisy at 2:30 am when the transients came in to have showers...glad my wife did not have to use the washroom and go down there alone. also did not feel we should have been charged full price on sept. 9th when things were shut down.

    Very disappointed that services were being reduced saying that the end of season was approaching. No breakfasts etc. with no reduction in the nightly rates. Our cabin had no exterior light nor was the yard light working leaving the area very dark. When mentioned, no effort was made to rectify the issues.

    We had a Great time like always but let me tell you we had a couple of bumps in the road this year, we had rented 3 cabins # 160 was great # 142 we had to move as they left the sprinkler on to long and the water was coming though the back wall,and on the last day we all lost power so there was heaters or lights for any of the cabins. So I feel we should get a free night stay next year.

    Only if they had a small camper and could stay in the older area. RV's were put in a pasture full of weeds and parked on mud and gravel. Very deceptive ad in KOA book. All bathrooms and showers were in older part of park a long way from RV spots. The bathrooms were nice,

    Plenty of shade, which was nice. If the weather was nice the pool area would have been welcoming, but for us it rained. Hot tub was a great feature. Campground bathrooms were very nice and updated. Staff helpful and welcoming. Disappointed that there were no cable connections available. This was the most expensive KOA we stayed at this summer. Pretty pricey for an overnight stop spot.

    This was our thrird year visiting this campground. We booked the 1 room cabin. It was VERY dirty inside. The screens were duct taped and at 9:00pm our power went out. I phoned the office 4 times (pouring rain outside) and the third time she said I could call the owner after hours if power was not restored!They left knowing we had no lights or heat. Is that even legal?It still was not on in th

    Staff very friendly and efficient. We were led right to our site and told to come in and register after we set up. This was a really nice touch.

    Wonderful clean campground. Loved the customer service. The manager was outside to great us when we pulled up to show us to our site. We loved the petting zoo and the pool area. So beautiful. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to stay at this RV park. Thank you to everyone that works there

    The employees that greeted us were very friendly and courteous. The Campground was clean and the bathrooms were very clean. Enjoyed u our stay would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends

    We booked a deluxe site and didn't have that site when we arrived. The pool was extremely cold and technical it's only a kiddie pool, but other than that it's a great campground. This KOA has friendly staff. We would stay again.
