We stayed on our way out to the mid west and we got in around 7 after a long day, the attitude from the host bordered on rude and I felt as though my questions were annoying them. I played it off as it being late and they wanted to close up. On our return trip the same host met us and we arrived at 2pm and they had the same attitude. We felt like we were intruding on their time.

The bathrooms were hot and musty smelling. There was a lot of dust from people driving down the adjacent road at high speeds. Sites were big and overall grounds were kept up.

This is a good one-night stay. The sites are very tight, with little room to settle in for a longer stay. There are a few larger sites for an additional cost. The restrooms are very dated and dirty.

I haven’t stayed at a KOA in many years, but remembered having a good experience in the past. I was not disappointed, finding the same great service as in years past. I look forward to staying with KOA in the future.

Our stay was pleasant. Quite a few bugs, but not KOAs fault. Women’s shower #2 never got hot water. Sink wasn’t draining well. Convenient access. Nice spots.

After staying at a different KOA in Casper, I became aware that Grand Island never offered me a veteran discount. The site we were in had very little grass or stone and was wet. You couldn’t walk around to do rv hookups without getting muddy. The showers were very clean.

Not KOA standards! Staff was very nice, but park sucks! 1st site had power issues, 2nd site too narrow, 3rd had hook ups on same side as table/fire pit, had to pull in wrong direction and run cords/hoses under rig. Lots of full time residents whose lots were trashy and rigs were falling apart. Pot holes everywhere. How is this a KOA park? Shouldn’t be!

The site was level, shady and wide enough. The shower and bathroom were very clean and functional. The pool was refreshing and clean. The grounds were well kept. But most of the staff was very friendly and welcoming!!!

KOA needs to do a better job at making sure the people who are in charge are doing their job!!! We had no 50 amp power and we moved to another site and the lady in charge said she never had a problem. The people in the other sites said they had a problem with the 50 amp power! Rigs were crowded in together. Neighbors were very noisy and there were unsupervised children. Also there was a pervasive urine smell throughout the camp.

A kind greeting at arrival. We got to order pizza from the office and they delivered it to our campsite! Nice clean facility with really nice staff. Thanks for taking good care of us.

The staff was great. The campsite was crazy narrow. Way too narrow for other than a 1 night stay while traveling. The entrance road is in very bad condition. The dumpsters were overflowing when we arrived. The grass was long and messy looking but was cut by the time we left. The bounce pad was good until the mosquitoes came out each evening. Overall, I would recommend this for an overnight stay.

This is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at! (I stay at KOA's all the time) My first hint should have been dodging the many potholes when entering. Park was 1/2 empty when I arrived yet they placed me in a super tight spot between to long term campers. The surface was dirt, weeds and mud. All the sites around me were unkept and trashy. The park just looked broken down. I felt unsafe

The bathrooms were not clean. There are so many deep pot holes on the driveway and road in the campground that they are hard to go around. They need to spray for mosquitos. We paid for the campsite with a patio and could not even enjoy it because the mosquitos were so bad. The minute you walked outside you were eating up. The mosquitos were not bad in other outdoor areas in grand island.

We have stayed here many times in the past and loved this campground. This time the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and the bathrooms were disgusting! We most likely not be staying here again!

The area had recently had heavy rain and that might have been part of the problem but the park was infested with mosquitoes. They were everywhere and covered you in seconds. The lady running the place was trying to mow the tall grass but needed help. The water pressure fluctuates so much it was hard to have consistent pressure. There were majority of folks there were full time living there

Probably the last time I stay at this KOA. On May 28th I reserved a pull through with full hookups for one night for June 25th. I arrived to a back-in site with no sewer hook up. The young lady could not accommodate my request and the manager was gone for the day. There is more to this story but unfortunately there are not enough to characters to explain. So bye bye KOA.

Tight parking spots. The mosquitoes were extremely bad, due to all the rain the site had received recently. Not much the camp ground could do.

You owe me a refund. You told me the office would be open until 8 pm When I got there at 7:10 pm, it was closed. You had left a couple late check-in pamphlets, but there wasn't one for me. I didn't know what site to use. I called and emailed, then had to leave to go find a hotel. Please refund.

Sites are to close to each other, road had many potholes, bathrooms were very dirty, sites were muddy due to lack of gravel/stones on sites, Not your typical KOA

Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Laundry room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Multiple shower options that were clean and comfortable. Kids play area was great with many options. Sites were easily accessible and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. the lightening bugs were abundant.
