We’ve stayed here several times on our way to Estes Park. This time the park was in rough shape! No water in the pool, the grounds were unkept and the seasonals made it look really trashy. Don’t know if we’ll stay here again.

It was just after 4pm when we knew we'd be stopping in GI. No one answered the phone so we couldn't make a reservation. We tried anyway and there were envelopes for 3 open spots. The price was not listed anywhere. Why not write the price on the envelope? They emailed the receipt the next day. $65.89 for 1 night. The spaces are extremely narrow especially for RVs with slides.

Nice, clean and plenty of room for our 35' motorhome towing a trailer. Had a pull through site which was nice. The bathrooms were clean. Nice place to stop for the night, but $75.00/night I thought was a little steep for a gravel space.

Clean and friendly KOA. Great showers with water pressure and plenty of hot water. If you have laundry to do this is the place to do it…very reasonable prices.

This campground has everything. Most importantly a super helpful and friendly caretakers. Wayne got us to our site and answered questions and Reagan made some fantastic pancakes and great conversation. They deliver fire wood, propane and even pizza to your site. Clean laundry showers and rec room . We were very impressed from the time we checked in to when we left We will be back again.

Firstly, I'd like to thank the staff at this KOA. You can check in and out very quickly and conveniently. Even if you're going to arrive late, they have all of your check in stuff in envelopes ready to go. There are BBQ's and grills and seating for plenty of people. The water spigots are either full blast or not enough pressure to flush a toilet. The water itself smells terrible and like sulfur

Female owner was extremely rude. I would have left if not for prepaying for site. First impression is key to service. Her first impression extremely rude. Everyone else at camp was great.

We were disappointed no pool to use, just dirt in the bottom. The men’s bathroom was nice.

Clearly in need of staffing and maintenance. Office does not post hours, was closed by 5 pm on a Friday in June, only ever saw one employee. List of things broken: pool, pizza oven, washer, men's shower. The short dirt road leading to the KOA and the dirt road in the campground is full of potholes.

Was disappointed trying to find you due to lack of signage coming off interstate. When I did locate you, your office was closed was closed at 5:15 PM on a friday afternoon. Our site was quite close to neighboring site. Water pressure could have been better.

No cable, would cut some branches from trees that overhang campsights so they don't hit the tops of RV's. Unless I missed it, add a compass to the park map so people can make a better choise if sites to get satellite

We had had 3 families with 3 different RVs book a stay together for a family weekend. This campground was chosen for the outdoor pool and onsite pizza opportunity. It was very disappointing that neither were available. I would like a partial refund or discount due to non-availability of these services. We could have stayed somewhere else much cheaper without those amenities. We had sites 67 68 69.

Sites are too close. Slides protrude over neighbor’s picnic table. Grass is sparse to none existent. I expect more from KOA. Not a good value for $81.

On our way to and from Yellowstone we stayed at 5 different KOAs across Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. The Grand Island KOA was by far the best one. Easy to get to off hiway, quiet, nice pull through sites with trees. Nice dog park and very nice staff.

We've stayed here many times. Convenient, quiet, easy pull-thru sites. Hook ups work. 2 K9 fenced in areas. Lots of room to walk dogs. Recently graded roads and sites, nice and level. Haven't seen the pool open in years. Haven't seen the pizza offered in years. Park is clean. Arrived after office had closed (4:20pm) Reservation with site info was easily available. I'd stay here again.

Loved it here! Quiet and quaint- older park but very well kept. Staff was very friendly and we stayed a second night. Great dog walking areas too. We will stay again when in the area.

Another great night at another KOA. The staff was very friendly and informative. The property was very well kept. Everything was what we expected. A very quiet night and far enough off the interstate and railroad that we didn’t hear it at all while we were there. I would highly recommend stating here to a friend.

We needed an overnight on the way to Yellowstone. It was easy to reserve on the KOA app, our paperwork was waiting when we arrived, and our site was easy to navigate. The bathroom near our site was clean and stocked.

On the road and needed a place to stay. The campsites are well marked. I wanted a pull through as this allows easier hook up than a back in. Sometimes the hookups don't align well with my camper van. The showers were very clean! The area was quiet. My only complaint would be that they advertise being able to get a pizza. Unfortunately this wasn't an option at 5:30p.m.. Uber eats deliver there!

Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Laundry room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Multiple shower options that were clean and comfortable. Kids play area was great with many options. Sites were easily accessible and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. the lightening bugs were abundant.
