It was muddy around campsite. There was campsite setup that look Permanente as they had a bunch of junk and around them. Also I was afraid to walk around because it looked unsafe.

Very enjoyable, friendly staff and clean park.

We have stayed here multiple times and were disappointed that they no longer have cable TV. However they still offer great pizza delivered to your door.

We stayed at a patio site. There were weeds a foot tall. Dogs barking at us Everytime we tried to use the patio. Spaces were so close people next door felt on top of us. Very disappointing for a KOA.

We have stayed here multiple times and it has been great. Clean bathrooms, quiet and easy off and on I 80.

The folks that checked us in were fine and pleasant we were able to purchase a bottle of local wine from the camp store, which was yummy. We only stayed overnight, but it was a great overnight stay.

Nice campground for overnight stay. Not much for families though.
Apr 22, 2024
We were scrammed in between “full time” residents. Not only did this take away from the camping / vacation feel but the piles of stuff that accumulates around campers when they are residents like that just give the park a ‘low rent trailer park feel’. The extra vehicles made it very difficult to pull our trailer out.

Rolled in after 11:30pm, found an open site and registered on the spot. Nice level campsite, great showers, friendly folks when I checked out in the morning.

Really enjoyed our stay. Your campsites are spacious and level and staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay again and have you down with 5 stars in my travel log.

This campground is very unkempt - definitely lacking maintenance. Sites are very close together. We’ve stayed in many KOAs as we’ve traveled across country several times, but this one is not up to usual KOA standards. On the positive side, it’s a nice location for visiting Grand Island.

Packed in like sardines and iffy water.
Apr 19, 2024
Great camp ground . Level pad & good staff. All you would expect...
Apr 19, 2024
Our visit was off season so some of the amenities were not available. The site was easy to access and the full hookup worked great.

A quick overnight stay close to I80. Staff is friendly.

It was a place to stay while we visited the crane foundation. The ladies in the office were awesome! There was one thing that really bothered me. The farmer next to the campground was spraying his field at night! There was a tractor and a small tank of something. Weedkiller? the bathrooms are in bad need of repair. showers doors don't lock, shower heads are clogged and the controls don’t work

Great location, quiet and clean.
Apr 14, 2024
They have large sites with lots of room between rigs. The staff was very friendly and helpful about local attractions and restaurants.

Nice campground. Full hookups. Showers had hot water. Hard water had rust stains in bathrooms. We stayed one night to breakup or traveling. I would stay here again.

Stayed in April, so water was not available unless you filled up your tank. Not quite the same photos as shown online. A bit run down. Paid more for this KOA at this site at this time of year compared to other KOAs with better amenities at a lower rate. A bit disappointing. Not sure I would stay here again. Needs more TLC.

Beautiful campground and great amenities.

Quick stay. All was good.

Just passing through, stayed 2 nights. The campgrond had just opened for the season and hadn't received their ice delivery yet so he staff was kind enough to pick some up locally, saving us disconnecting our rig to go get some. Thankyou!

Facility is run down, needs restroom/shower upgrades. Small dog park full of poop. Appears to have been a wonderful facility about 25 years ago. Needs maintenance and investment in infrastructure.

It was a bad storm and the freeway had been closed in the next big town, they had spaces available, shortly after I parked we lost power all night. Just a cataclysm of events. The bathroom and club house are very nice with lots of offerings.

We had a great stay, and it's a central location to see the Sandhill Crane migration. The area around the KOA was filled with cranes during the day and it's a short drive to both the Crane Trust and the Audubon site. The KOA staff was very friendly, and they even hosted a Crane reception on Saturday afternoon with drinks and snacks. Bath house was warm, clean and open. Pizza is legendary!

We arrived on a rainy day and the owner was very helpful helping us getting to our site. The sites were level but there were some puddles around the site due to the rain. It was a quiet place around a mile and a half from I 80 so good for traveling. We would use it again.

Good for a one night stay as we were passing through

Just overnight stay but campground was very nice. I had a lovely walk while there. The manager was super nice and helpful in every way. Also met nice campers there. An overall wonderful visit.

Great stay. Very helpful staff and easy on and off the interstate. As well as close to the town.
Dec 14, 2023
Very sweet women at check in. Good sized sites. We have a 38’ 5th wheel and if we hadn’t had to go to the store we would have been able to stay hooked up. Everything in good working order and it was below freezing so kudos to this owner & staff! Thank you for being open in December we appreciated it!

Awesome crew, made me feel at home. Could have done without the snow Ha Ha

Office is nice, staff was very nice. Clean facilities. Freeway was very noisy, even though this campsite is in the country.

Very understanding and helpful when our motorhome slides malfunctioned.
Nov 29, 2023
The only downside is some of the traffic noise from I80. Other then that. Very accommodating, easy to work with

Arriving after dark and leaving before sunrise I can't really rate the campground. However one comment... another camper had a large dog in the bathroom and upon entering I must have startled the dog and it nipped my leg. The owner was apologetic, it did't break the skin and I am accustom to dogs but I suggest a more aggressive policy. Another camper would likely file a lawsuit.

This was a great campground for the Sandhill Crane migration. The bathhouse was open, warm and clean for those who haven't de-winterized. Loads of cranes in the surrounding corn fields, and a short drive to both Crane trust and Audubon. The campground hosted a reception on Saturday afternoon with crane info, snacks and drinks. Pizza is delicious. Lots of areas to let the dogs play in the K9 runs.
