I hate to give a bad review because the staff was accommodating, but the women’s showers were cramped and the bathroom was cold. It was cold outside and so were the bathrooms.

We love Grand Island KOA. This is the 3rd time we have been there this year. I love the park. Lots of walking space and our dogs love the dog park. Very peaceful and lots to do in Grand Island and surrounding areas. Extremely relaxing and can't wait to return.

The campground's showers had only COLD water. I waited 30 minutes for the on-demand water heater (I have one at home) would produce hot water, but it NEVER did. At 10 p.m., after 3 long days on the road, I was forced to take a cold shower since there was no hot water available. Hot showers are a basic expectation when a campground advertises shower facilities and this was completely unacceptable.

We were impressed with tje women who worked there. So friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and the restrooms sparkling.

Very nice campground. Staff is awesome!! Only one bathroom and women's was out of order! Sharing a bathroom and showers... Not cool!

The stay was fine, but the sites are stacked up on each other...and muddy. I know you can't help the mud, but maybe some more stone..and revise the layout to make the site's wider.

Our stay was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza and wings we ordered from the store were delicious. The only suggestion I have is that the sites that are very close to each other, if not busy, maybe they should book every other one. We actually asked for a site closer to the dog park, now we know to take the deluxe closest to the dog park with our big rig.

Check in was fast. Young Lady behind the counter was a charm. Sites on the South Side were a little small and maintenance was a little behind. Although it has been raining excessively last few days so I'd excuse the grounds maintenance crew. Bathrooms were clean. All in all decent campground for an overnight stay.

Sandy was the best!!! She assisted us with great fun, very pleasant to speak with assisted us in finding a very private space so we could relax and camp for the night. The best was, she delivered our pizza which was tremendous right to our campsite. And had a smile the entire time we were registering, which was just great and made us feel welcome after a long day of driving!!!

We arrived Ina pouring rain. It actually rained all night and was rai5 when we left the next day. So everything was wet and a bit muddy. Sites were very level. We dod not get around to walking or anything as it was pouring rain. We have stayed here on the past. Very friendly staff and it has always been an overnight stop. Very convenient location. Will be back on our travels thru this part

1st and foremost I compliment the staff that I encountered as pleasant and professional. Road entering the campground needs maintenance. Campsite #8 had bad sewer connection. Couldn't use the community dump station because the water didn't work. Perhaps the owner could invest in some "Weed and Feed" along with grass seed.....easy to see where that is needed. A bit disappointed.

Very convenient location from the interstate. We came in after hours although I was not aware it was possible to do a self check in at the time. Maybe this is common at all parks?

Park is clean and well kept, but the spaces are WAY too close together. Your stairs will be right next to your neighbor’s pedestal and sewer. Couldn’t even put awnings out because they would be way too close or even hit the RV next to you. Other negative is water pressure was horrible; under 40psi the whole time.

Easy in, easy out from I-80. Efficient friendly staff. Level sites, utilities well placed, restroom facilities spotless. Stayed only one night en route and this KOA was perfect for our plans. Would stay here again..

We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay again. Shower and restrooms were in great shape. The two employees we spoke to were professional and personable.

Best KOA EVER!!!! AMY is AMAZING!!!!! LITERALLY the best customer service and flexibility on earth. I come back to this KOA time and time again with amazing results and expectations. Love Nebraska Love the conservative values amd mind set, amd most of all the people!!! Visit this KOA
