Our late arrival with reservation was very easy. I appreciated the ceiling fan in the cabin, the mini fridge and the outlets for charging. The basic cabin was just what we needed for our quick overnight stay. We were placed in a cabin that was close to and within direct sight of the bathrooms and showers. As a mom, traveling alone with two kids and two dogs, I really appreciated this.

I called ahead of my stay to find out check in time, I was not given a specific time, just that check out is at 11:00am. Room not ready at Noon, person was friendly. When checked in later, found thin mattresses. Then we went to take a shower and the smell of sulfur was horrid. Thankful that we only had 1 night.

The Kabin was very clean and comfortable. The park is in a peaceful and quiet location.

The new owners canceled the cable but neglected to put smart tvs in the cabin. The ants were terrible inside the cabin. Our cabin faced east and there was nothing shading the front of the cabin. The pool wasn't open late enough. Closed at 7. Maybe have some adult pool time in the evenings. It was a holiday weekend and I expected activities.

Beautiful park and loved the fact we could get pizza for dinner and didn’t have to leave the park after a long day of driving. Definitely will be back.

Loved our cabin and its proximity to the restroom since it was a cabin without bathroom. Sunrise over the corn field in the morning was lovely!

Cabin full of moths!

Place seemed abandoned. Cabin was full of moths. 15+ moths were present when we entered and they kept appearing. Multiple were dead on the floor and others were on the windows. Not sure where they were coming from. Also, pool was brown and still closed for the season on Memorial Day weekend and the game room was locked even though hours said it should be open. Dish washing sinks not on.

I had an enjoyable time staying in the Kabins as I don't own a tent or motorhome. I used the provided floor heater as it was a bit chilly when I was there on 5/2/2023. Was surprised that a ready to make pizza was available & it was the best cheese pizza ever. I am planning on returning in June. The only negative thing was the front screen door is in need of TLC before the summer bugs appear.

No shower curtain or cable as advertised. Dillon switched us to another cabin. Still no cable. Hot water not turned on and other bathrooms closed for season. Reserved month in advance. No hot water in showers off office. Ran 5 minutes. Requested refund from Heidi. Said would give discount. Still waiting. Pizza was good. No change given. Broken blinds & futon uncomfortable.

We had a quick overnight stay here. We arrived late night and our key and map were at the front door of their store as promised. April being off season, they have a great electric heater that warmed the cabin almost immediately!! We travel every winter to get out of MN and find the Kamper Kabins fit our travel needs best. Only suggestion, could use thicker mattresses.

We arrived late and our key and koa map were in envelope waiting for us as the office was closed. Cabin was clean - and had a little heater in it just in case it was cold. Staff was friendly and helpful when we checked out.

Got a cabin with full bath. The water smelled strongly of rotten eggs, so bad that we couldn’t use it. When I called the office, they told me they had no other cabins available and just said “sorry about that”. I emailed them asking for a partial refund and they ignored me. Cabin was old and run down, not the cleanest. I filed with my credit card company for my money back.

All was good. Cabin clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a great visit. It was good having 2 dog parks for our dog.

The water was smelly. The tv way outdated, the picture was snowy, the bed was the worst ever. Don’t rent cabins here.

The cabin at $150 a night had no heat and it was 55 degrees and I am not sure how it met safety standards as you could not get into or out of the bed without closing the door from the inside. We've stayed at many KOA both in an RV as well as cabins and have never experienced anything like this. So bad that we left within 30 minutes and drove to a hotel. I hated to waste the $ but it wasn't safe

This was a great campground for the Sandhill Crane migration. The bathhouse was open, warm and clean for those who haven't de-winterized. Loads of cranes in the surrounding corn fields, and a short drive to both Crane trust and Audubon. The campground hosted a reception on Saturday afternoon with crane info, snacks and drinks. Pizza is delicious. Lots of areas to let the dogs play in the K9 runs.
