I can share my concerns, & attach photos. The sofa was in poor repair, rips and worn spots that would flake off on our clothing. IT WAS HOT! The AC could not keep up, and no curtains on west facing windows. The woodwork outside was in need of paint/stain. The shade on the front door did not close-you can look in from outside. THEN I WAS CHARGED a $30 cleaning fee! ASK ME MORE!! PLEASE!

When we arrived there was no electricity in the cabin, tree limbs and leaves were strewn across the deck. I had to find the electric meter and turn the power on. The a/c and fridge were not on of course so had to wait for everything to cool. There was a $30 cleaning fee on my bill even though the place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Otherwise it was fine.

Our cozy cabin K01 was prepped with care for detail, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom/shower rooms were so clean and maintained. A real pleasure to stay again at this KOA.

We arrived at the campsite on Sunday knowing I had a problem with my class A diesel pusher. We had to have the rig towed to York for repairs . The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us in any way they could. We ended up staying in a cabin for 5 days as the repairs were extensive. Thanks again for all your help!

Office hours are not convenient. We never saw an employee because we arrived after office closed and left before they opened. Permanent campers were not expected and grass needed mowed. Cabin and bathrooms were very clean! Not the best KOA we’ve stayed at.

We had a quick stay in one of the cabins while driving cross country. Cabin was clean and nice. The nearest restrooms were not open so we had to go to main building.

First know my poor rating does not reflect the staff. The lady who checked me in and out was very kind. My rating is because all but one bathroom was out of service and the lock was not working on that one making a safety for a single woman traveler a real concern. Also my bed broke in the morning when I sat up. I looked under the mattress and found multiple boards missing.

We stayed one night in a Kamping Kabin. It was warm (despite the 20 degrees outside) and clean. The bathrooms were also warm and clean. The staff greeted us and asked how our long drive in was. Nice campground!

I have stayed at this location before but was disappointed with this stsy. Temp outside on arrival was 25. No heat on in cabin. Small electric heater was not sufficient. Took several hours to get cabin warm. Bathrooms closest to cabins were closed for winter. No light outside main bathrooms/showers to be able to punch in code.

Beautiful property! Quiet even being only a mile off the interstate! Staff is so friendly! They have 2 dog areas as well! The cabins are nice! The only reason for the 4 stars is because the mattress in the cabin was so horrible and uncomfortable we went into town the next day to goodwill to get a bunch of comforters to try and make it more comfortable!

It was perfect for us to stay in a cabin that allowed pets as we were traveling from our cabin in Idaho to our home in Ohio with our 3 cats. We will use KOA cabin in the future when making this trip.

The air conditioner would be freezing cold and then an hour later warm. Needs to be checked. Bathrooms and showers very clean!

The cabin was nice & the location was good. We had a few hiccups with the electricity & our Mini fridge/freezer didn't work for the first 2 nights. We had to throw food out. The last night, we finally got a new on, but that defeated the purpose of me having a Mini fridge. The gal at the koa was nice when I called, I just wish they would've been able to fix the fridge asap.

There were water problems on the grounds. This left us without any running water in a cabin—unable to shower, brush teeth, etc. There was no emergency number posted anywhere to notify employees of problems “after hours”. I get that things happen, but it’s frustrating when you can’t notify anyone of a problem and an apology is very backhanded.

Wonderful! Everything was laid out so clean and tidy. We did late check in since we were driving many states away, and it all worked out beautifully for a cozy place to get some quiet sleep.

Filthy cabins. Kabin one air con has a chemical leak. But I was giving a lecture on how they clean it. Don’t care it’s a chemical leak all the cleaning won’t help. The bathrooms have signs saying, flush hair down drain before leaving. For the price your charging clean your own showers. If you’re charging hotel prices you can clean yourself. We just checked out from our KOA cabin and are beyond pleased! This was our first experience staying at a KOA cabin and we will be back! The room had a full-size bed and a bunk bed, which was perfect for a family! We were a short walk from very clean, nice sized, and well lit showers and restrooms and extraordinarily close to a game room and bounce pad. Awesome friendly staff & comfy stay!

The grounds were impeccably cared for, and of offerings for the kids. We arrived to a sign on the door saying they were short staffed, so we had to find other dinner plans (pizza was closed too). Although this wouldn’t usually be an issue, we were on a road trip home and staying in the cabin, so was looking forward to ordering pizza to our site.

Very nice and well kept park. The dog park was clean and kept up as well. Laundry facilities were very clean and worked fine. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool was closed for repairs, which didn't worry us as the weather was meh. Dumpsters could be more spread out.

Cabins, rv tents, wifi, free showers, a pool, laundry!! Aboslute gem, not a lot going on, quiet, lots of birds chirping. One the most relaxing places I've ever been. Walmart down the street Gas station across from Walmart. Can't find a better spot take a break.
