The staff was respectful and amazing for our needs. We have stayed at 5 different KOA campgrounds while we relocated across country. I would always recommend KOA for a wonderful experience. So many amenities and activities for every guest. Thank you!

Horrible! Dirty, restrooms weren't working. Outside temps were in the 40s, and the space heater woul work for about 30 minutes then shut down. We would have to unplug it for about an hour to get it to, like, reset? Then we'd get 30 minutes or less of heat. We've used KOA for years but this visit was the nastiest, uncomfortable visit ever. Do not stay here.

Bathrooms were closed, cabin is quite well used, one outlet, fan and light, what about fridge or charging a cell phone? AC was inadequate, stayed very warm even with it on full.

There was a cold front coming through and the heater in the cabin didn't work. On the bright side we treated it like a early spring tent camping experience. Note the campground was just opening up so only the main restrooms were open.

Needed a place to crash on a long trip, but now I wish we would’ve saved the money and drove through the whole way. Our cabin was fine, everything else was not. No toilet paper in the men’s bathroom, no soap in the women’s bathroom. The bathroom trash look like it hadn’t been emptied in a week. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom facilities was lacking which was disappointing.

The Keurig was especially helpful when the windchill was especially low. The fact that they honored our request for no air freshener in the cabin was appreciated.

In cabin there’svery overpowering air fresheners, no soap in the bathroom. infestation of Asian beetles and a ton of flys (dead and alive) in the cabin. They also have a list of rules if you don’t follow they charge you $100. Parking on grass, forgetting food in fridge, ect. They charge a $15 cleaning fee and you are expected to clean it before you leave or they charge you $100. Cabin was fil

Wonderful. After hours on the road, Lynn, a KOA employee, helped us have a comfortable night and we can’t thank her enough. Everyone was proffessional and helpful. The campground had many fun things for children to do and many places to stay. Clean and wonderful. We will definitely recommend.

Worst KoA cabin I have ever stayed at. Everything felt off! Screen on door was not attached. Grill and fire pit not clean. Bed was hard as a rock. Boards supporting bed fell off. Swing outside was dirty. If I didn't need to leave so early I would have gotten a refund. I WANT A REFUND NOW!

We drove from Arkansas to Oregon, California, and back, stayed in KOA cabins, in several different states, all the way. Most were excellent. Grand Island was, by far, the worst. The water had a horrible stench of sulfur. We couldn't shower. The toilet had trouble flushing, and refilling . When I took the lid off the toilet tank, , my wife and I gagged. The water in the tank was disgusting. Yuk!

Nice cabin, no TV, basic for sleeping. Pricey for what you get. Ridiculous price to park a vehicle. Would be a last resort if nothing else around isn't available

We ran into a small snafu when another guest inadvertently checked into our Kamping Kabin. Staff member Mike was welcoming, gracious and apologized for the issue. He worked quickly to find a solution that was above and beyond. Folks like Mike are the reason we consistently frequent KOAs.

We enjoyed the 1 night stopovers in the rustic cabin. It was very clean! We arrived & left out of the office hours & had no problem with Checkin & out at all. The shared toilets can use a bit more cleaning.

- The staff at this property are top notch...so nice and easy to work with - Pizza was excellent as well, they even deliver to your cabin! - Bathrooms and shower area were very clean - Only suggestion is an additional lock on the mens shower door, it has a key pad but there is no lock on the inside like there is on the bathroom

Great property. It was the first time staying at a KOA and we loved it. Cabins were clean and quaint. The property was clean and well maintained. When we checked in the two women were so welcoming and fun to talk to. It was a great experience.

At first we couldn’t find our registration information because we were in a cabin, and our information was in the tent sites box. We tried calling both the local number and the 800 number, and never got any response or acknowledgment.

Most of the attractions advertised on the site were not available to us. I was very disappointed that we weren't notified or that the site didn't state that there would be no pool or game room. The park that they had available had a screw loose inside the slide and my son cut his back. Of course there was no on to report to because the office was always closed due to no/ low management.

I stayed in a cabin that appeared to be clean but had a terrible smell. It didn't smell like cigarettes; I thought the smell was caused by excessive use of a cleaning product or deodorizer. I did not complain because I arrived late and I was very tired. I learned after I departed and was five hours away that I was charged a smoking fee of $250! I am now in a dispute to get my money back.

I can share my concerns, & attach photos. The sofa was in poor repair, rips and worn spots that would flake off on our clothing. IT WAS HOT! The AC could not keep up, and no curtains on west facing windows. The woodwork outside was in need of paint/stain. The shade on the front door did not close-you can look in from outside. THEN I WAS CHARGED a $30 cleaning fee! ASK ME MORE!! PLEASE!

When we arrived there was no electricity in the cabin, tree limbs and leaves were strewn across the deck. I had to find the electric meter and turn the power on. The a/c and fridge were not on of course so had to wait for everything to cool. There was a $30 cleaning fee on my bill even though the place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Otherwise it was fine.

Our cozy cabin K01 was prepped with care for detail, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom/shower rooms were so clean and maintained. A real pleasure to stay again at this KOA.
