We just spent 2 nights at Grand Island KOA. It’s a very nice KOA. We used the laundry and it’s well kept and clean. In fact the entire campground is very well taken care of. They have games for the kids. I would definitely recommend. Not far from stores or restaurants if you need anything.

Park was very nice. The best thing was that there were two dog parks and one was certainly big enough for our big GSD to get some exercise. Folks were very good about cleaning up after their dogs.

Liked the clean restrooms & showers, late check-in arrangements & coffee machine in the main building. Gave it an 8 instead of a 10 because the price was a bit high for a truck bed slide-in camper needing only AC power.

Very nice campground but lots were very crowded and tight to get into. They could easily take 3 lots and make 2 lots out of them and it would be much more convenient and comfortable to get into and out. Other than that, they were very nice and campground was very clean.

The camp site facilities were older but clean. We definitely felt it was a safe place to overnight. It was quite and the person checking us in was accommodating to our preferred site. If traveling in the area again I would stay again at this campsite as an overnight spot.

We drove from Arkansas to Oregon, California, and back, stayed in KOA cabins, in several different states, all the way. Most were excellent. Grand Island was, by far, the worst. The water had a horrible stench of sulfur. We couldn't shower. The toilet had trouble flushing, and refilling . When I took the lid off the toilet tank, , my wife and I gagged. The water in the tank was disgusting. Yuk!

Kathy was so helpful trying to find us a site near restrooms. We so appreciate her taking the time to call several times as we played "phone tag". This kind of guest service is rare these days. We'll definitely be back.

Nice cabin, no TV, basic for sleeping. Pricey for what you get. Ridiculous price to park a vehicle. Would be a last resort if nothing else around isn't available

New mgt and employees doing everything they can to get this location back in shape. I’ve been on the road 6 years and it was obvious the former owner did nothing maintenance wise for several years. Great bunch of people there now. Very accommodating.

Was a nice overnight stop to Hermosa, SD. The Host was helpful & pleasant & the Park was well maintained. Would stay here again.

We always stay at the KOA in Grand Island. Everyone is always nice and makes sure everything is ok. The grounds and restrooms are always well cared for and clean.

The Grand Island KOA is a clean, well-maintained RV park with mature trees and a peaceful setting. It features a refreshing pool, a KOA store offering pizza, camping essentials, souvenirs, and sweet treats. Guests can also enjoy a spacious dog park and weekend breakfasts.

Would rate a 4 star if the price per night was in line with what was provided (a very small strip of gravel with overgrown grass surrounding it). Electric & water only.

We were there for a very short time, just an overnight, so we did not use any of the facilities. The staff at our check-in time were very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we earned KOA credits. They make pizza on-site in case you are not in the mood to cook at your camp. This KOA is located close to I-70, with a very easy on/off, but you are not disturbed by Interstate noise.

When we arrived at our site the power was not working. Brett and Mike were there within minutes to diagnose the problem. Brett left got tools and an extra breaker and within 15 minutes we were set to go! Great work Brett and Mike. If your any where near Grand Island KOA I would highly recommend it! Clean, big sites and wonderful staff.

We had a tent site that was close to the clean showers, had electricity, and a flat pea gravel base for our tent. We also had a parking space next to our pad for our two motorcycles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Under new management and they are working hard on improvements. Very friendly, very organized and really working on stocking great things in their gift shop/store. Extremely convenient right off of interstate 80. Hookups in good condition. I would stay here again!

Easy in and out for a one night stay. Friendly staff and well maintained, clean facilities. Even though we were close to the highway we didn’t hear the traffic. Maybe because the corn was high.

Out in the middle of a corn field with very narrow sites and no shade. But friendly staff and I know they are trying to improve the place. Thought it was a bit pricey for what was offered.

Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Laundry room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Multiple shower options that were clean and comfortable. Kids play area was great with many options. Sites were easily accessible and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. the lightening bugs were abundant.
