We enjoyed it, it was quiet, peaceful was able to have a fire in a fire pit. The one thing was pool was not in operation so that was a bummer. If we come back through this area we will be back.

We were happy that there were cabins available at such a short notice. We were meeting family and it was a nice way to be able to visit. We were happy to find pet friendly accommodations. We were hoping to swim and when I checked in, I was told the pool hours, but was never told the pool was closed. I’m not sure why that wasn’t mentioned. We went to check it out and it was locked.

We called an hour before we arrived and the staff person was very helpful and friendly to get us a spot. Thank you! I would only suggest more girl/boy bathroom areas.

Has been a couple years since we have stayed at this locations. The improvements to the grounds and facilities have made this an even better location!!

Tina was absolutely phenomenal and the reason we returned a second time within the month. She goes above and beyond for her guests and is always approachable. We had such a great time here and would stay again as long as Tina is there!

This stay was unusual in that they did not have our cabin ready when we arrived at 8pm. The floor was dirty and the trash did not have a bag. The door was locked and I barely caught the front desk folks before they left. The key was in the key return there. The bathrooms were really dirty this time as well. We have normally had pleasant stays at this campground but this time was not very good.

I had a wonderful stay overnight at the KOA. Everybody was friendly and helpful and it was easy access on and off the highway. Thank you for the stay.

This is the second stay at this campground. Check in easy and quick with a great shady site. Friendly helpful staff. My wife and I are full timers for 11 years and have come to appreciate the safety and security at KOA. Would highly recommend this campground.

When we got there, the cabin I reserved was too small, fortunately, the cabin next door was available, so we moved into it. It fits our needs much better. Appliances could be upgraded at some point, I appreciated having a cook top and fridge, the cook top was slow to heat things up, fridge needs to be defrosted at some point. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the jump pad. The grounds are tidy,

We stayed on our way out to the mid west and we got in around 7 after a long day, the attitude from the host bordered on rude and I felt as though my questions were annoying them. I played it off as it being late and they wanted to close up. On our return trip the same host met us and we arrived at 2pm and they had the same attitude. We felt like we were intruding on their time.

The bathrooms were hot and musty smelling. There was a lot of dust from people driving down the adjacent road at high speeds. Sites were big and overall grounds were kept up.

This is a good one-night stay. The sites are very tight, with little room to settle in for a longer stay. There are a few larger sites for an additional cost. The restrooms are very dated and dirty.

I haven’t stayed at a KOA in many years, but remembered having a good experience in the past. I was not disappointed, finding the same great service as in years past. I look forward to staying with KOA in the future.

Our stay was pleasant. Quite a few bugs, but not KOAs fault. Women’s shower #2 never got hot water. Sink wasn’t draining well. Convenient access. Nice spots.

After staying at a different KOA in Casper, I became aware that Grand Island never offered me a veteran discount. The site we were in had very little grass or stone and was wet. You couldn’t walk around to do rv hookups without getting muddy. The showers were very clean.

Not KOA standards! Staff was very nice, but park sucks! 1st site had power issues, 2nd site too narrow, 3rd had hook ups on same side as table/fire pit, had to pull in wrong direction and run cords/hoses under rig. Lots of full time residents whose lots were trashy and rigs were falling apart. Pot holes everywhere. How is this a KOA park? Shouldn’t be!

The site was level, shady and wide enough. The shower and bathroom were very clean and functional. The pool was refreshing and clean. The grounds were well kept. But most of the staff was very friendly and welcoming!!!

KOA needs to do a better job at making sure the people who are in charge are doing their job!!! We had no 50 amp power and we moved to another site and the lady in charge said she never had a problem. The people in the other sites said they had a problem with the 50 amp power! Stayed in cabin. Screen door was broken so gnats kept getting in. Not as clean or safe feeling as other Koa. Would not return.

Advertised as a grass tent area only to get there and no grass for the tent to go on, it was gravel. We were uncomfortable and left earlier than intended. Will not be coming back, since we were too late to speak to anyone about this issue and we won’t risk it again.

We stayed in their "new" rental house. They're remodeling an older office/residence. Although it still need a little more minor work, this is going to be a gem. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
