This was a one night stay for us. Because it is off season there are a number of workers staying at the camp. Unfortunately they tend to drive too fast in the campground. We were disappointed that the office closed so early as well. I had to stay until 9 to get an answer on my bill.

There was a cold front coming through and the heater in the cabin didn't work. On the bright side we treated it like a early spring tent camping experience. Note the campground was just opening up so only the main restrooms were open.

We stopped for one night on our way through. The staff was very nice and friendly. The spots are very tight. If we would have been staying longer, it would not have been enjoyable. As it was, our back slide out came out to within inches of the water hydrant next to us. Very tightly spaced. All in all, if we are passing through and need a place to stay we would definitely stop again.

Well, for us it was a refuge from the storms we had travelled thru!!!! But truly, its close to the freeway...but you can't hear it...yay.... and it is just right...but everyone we talked to helped us over and above!!!! Thanks to all of you!!!!

Been here many time and always been a good experience, friendly staff etc…no big deal but this time my grille was not working, probably could have got it going or told the staff but rain was coming so I just skipped it…no big deal

Clean and tidy campground with trees. Easy in and out. Good for a longer stay or just 1 night while traveling through.

Needed a place to crash on a long trip, but now I wish we would’ve saved the money and drove through the whole way. Our cabin was fine, everything else was not. No toilet paper in the men’s bathroom, no soap in the women’s bathroom. The bathroom trash look like it hadn’t been emptied in a week. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom facilities was lacking which was disappointing.

Sites were close but had plenty of room for our slides. My dogs loved the 2 dog parks. Staff was great and very helpful when we had a problem

The Keurig was especially helpful when the windchill was especially low. The fact that they honored our request for no air freshener in the cabin was appreciated.

Michael & Stephanie have markedly up graded the campground and improved cleanliness of the bathrooms/showers. Their commitment to improving was obvious by the customer service provided.

Always have a great stay at Grand Island KOA. (This was about my 8th time staying there for an overnight.) Office staff is great.

It was so nice that the office was open , attendant was very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were so clean, spotless, nice hot water! Site was great, overall a wonderful visit.

We were given a full hookup site and arrived at 6pm. Our site had no power and weather predicted to be 10 degrees. We called the reservation #, the after hours #, and the information #. Got no response. Tried the 2 next door sites and no electricity. At 9pm wiith frigid temps my husband walked around the whole camp til we found a site that had power. I complained the next day.

The spaces were cramped, as we were staying for several months. Had been there 3 months and were suddenly charged twice in one month! Staff told us that former management had made an error somewhere, and that we could pay it or else! Since few parks were open during that time, and we were working in the area, no choice! All in all, a disappointing experience. I likely won't stay at KOA parks.

It was a nice location and quiet at night. The showers were clean and well taken care of. The people in the front office were very helpful and friendly!

Level sites, insulated water for year round full hook ups, clean laundry and showers. Right off the interstate. There was a large number of longterm residents but plenty of short term spots also. Only negative is the sites are a bit close together. Would stay again.

In cabin there’svery overpowering air fresheners, no soap in the bathroom. infestation of Asian beetles and a ton of flys (dead and alive) in the cabin. They also have a list of rules if you don’t follow they charge you $100. Parking on grass, forgetting food in fridge, ect. They charge a $15 cleaning fee and you are expected to clean it before you leave or they charge you $100. Cabin was fil

I had a reservation and called on Thursday Nov 6th to cancel and didn’t get a call back till late Friday. Also took 2 days to reply to my email about cancelling. Then get an email to rate my stay. Didn’t even stay there and never will.

A bit in need of freshening up. Washers did not work but management replacing them with new next day. Nice management folks. In the fall, corn harvest adds to the dust in the area. Lots of truck traffic on gravel road next to KOA. Would stay again for one night passing through. Clean restrooms.

Just a quick overnight stay but the couple at check-in were super friendly and made us a great pizza and even delivered it to our campsite even though we got there when the office was closing soon.

Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Laundry room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Multiple shower options that were clean and comfortable. Kids play area was great with many options. Sites were easily accessible and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. the lightening bugs were abundant.
