The area had recently had heavy rain and that might have been part of the problem but the park was infested with mosquitoes. They were everywhere and covered you in seconds. The lady running the place was trying to mow the tall grass but needed help. The water pressure fluctuates so much it was hard to have consistent pressure. There were majority of folks there were full time living there

Probably the last time I stay at this KOA. On May 28th I reserved a pull through with full hookups for one night for June 25th. I arrived to a back-in site with no sewer hook up. The young lady could not accommodate my request and the manager was gone for the day. There is more to this story but unfortunately there are not enough to characters to explain. So bye bye KOA.

Tight parking spots. The mosquitoes were extremely bad, due to all the rain the site had received recently. Not much the camp ground could do.

You owe me a refund. You told me the office would be open until 8 pm When I got there at 7:10 pm, it was closed. You had left a couple late check-in pamphlets, but there wasn't one for me. I didn't know what site to use. I called and emailed, then had to leave to go find a hotel. Please refund.

Sites are to close to each other, road had many potholes, bathrooms were very dirty, sites were muddy due to lack of gravel/stones on sites, Not your typical KOA

We've stayed here 6 times over the last 3 years and it's steadily gone downhill. Staff is nice but the wooded sites are mostly full timers and its a slum. Long grass, trash everywhere, filthy bathrooms, etc... If you have to stay here grab one of the sites in the open area.

I know these are primarily for RVs, but this tent are was especially crowded and unpleasant. Nobody wants to be jammed into a little spot and sleeping right on top of each other's tents. The clouds of mosquitoes seem like a problem that could have been better handled. And the electricity at my site didn't work. Disappointing all around.

The camp store closed early compared to what we are used to. A lot of long term residents and cluttered. The pool was dirty, which is a staple for my kids. Fine for a quick overnight stay, but not up to usual koa standards.

There are a lot of itinerant workers stying in camp - that's not the problem. The problem is they are scattered throughout the camp and many trailers look very trashy. It's an overnight stay so no big deal - but would recommend that they make a space for he itinerant workers like other KOAs do. That and I did not appreciate the pot smoking going on around the camp.

This is a nice location and well kept. We use it as a waypoint on frequent trips to/from Michichagn and Colorado. It’s our 2nd night going west and 1st night going east. The owners and staff are always accommodating and welcoming, we’ll continue to visit whenever doing road trips.

Nice place , very friendly staff, got there 20min before office close ,they made us a pizza and delivered it to our camp site so nice so we did not have to cook after a long day on the road.

The sites were gravel as was noted in description. Front counter clerk was so nice. We ordered pizza and She delivered it. A bad storm went thru and the next morning the kids in the camping cabins had it all picked up! I would recommend!

Sites are very close together. Only saving factor for us was that we paid for a deluxe patio. First gas grill we had wouldn't light and largely rusted out. The helpful camp attendant had to improvise with another which was missing the cooking grates. Washrooms/showers had lots of stains, The dumpsters around the grounds were overflowing. Seems like the owner is reluctant to invest $ to maintain.

Great place to rest for the night, we usually don’t arrive until late so haven’t gotten to use the amenities. Nice, friendly, helpful staff too. We stayed twice, on our way to Michigan and on our way back home to Colorado.

The garbage cans were overflowing and the mosquitoes were carrying us away. I went into one ov the bathrooms right after the cleaning lady left and it was filthy. There was a partial bar of soap onthe shower floor, hair inthe shower and onthe floor and �� stains in the toilet bowl. The staff, especially the lady at the desk was very nice and we ordered pizza made there and it was good.

Surprised to find the office closes early. We arrived at 5:15 pm and the office was already closed. Campground is more long term residence. Trash dumpsters were overflowing. Will look for another place to stay when we travel through Nebraska

Perfect one-night stay for us as we were traveling through. Clean, level sites and pretty area surrounded by corn fields. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful sunset across the road!

Site had mud holes trash bins where overflowing grass was extremely high we have stayed here going on 13 years it has continued to decline we hope it goes back like it was in the past years on a good note the lady that checked us in was nice seemed to be full of full timers

The worst KOA I’ve ever experienced. The worst part was all the dust from the road that never quit blowing. Everything was dusty and dirty during my stay. The staff was excellent but nothing else was.

There was a large group of rented RV’s coming together in the campground for some type of gathering. And they happened to set up shop in a site near us, and were somewhat loud and obnoxious. Another issue is that the water line at the dump station was disconnected, and seemingly had been for some time. This means one is unable to “flush” their black water system. That’s a big bummer!

First and foremost I have to say the staff here are very friendly and kind. There is no issue with the staff, but our stay here was extremely stressful. To no fault of the staff, the sewer connection was clogged and our, and likely others, waste water was on the ground around the connection. They did try to snake it, but were unable at the time, so we ended up moving to another spot.

It was by far the worst Koa I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The pool was an ice box and it had debris in it. The rec room had food messes, dirty, disgusting floors with puddles of water throughout they had water pressure regulators, which made it so that you only got a very thin stream of water in your camper. Even for one night, we would look for a different option if we need a place to stay in this area in the future. The grass (and dandelion puffs) hadn’t been mowed in a while and the long grass harbored all sorts of bugs. The site we were assigned had been taken, necessitating a trip back to the office for reassignment. The sewer connection was broken so leaked. The sites were very narrow.

The bathhouse drains backed up and overflowed out of the shower instantly. A sign posted saying to make sure all hair is washed down the drain is likely the reason for the clogged drains. I'm not likely to stay here again. The owners could Do better.

No hot water in handicap shower even after 10 minutes of waiting; garbage containers over flowing; green areas between campsites not grass but unmown weeds; this place looked like a dump! Close to freeway so a good location and no highway noise; needs a lot of care and refurbishing.

Manager was super helpful and accommodating. Laundry room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Multiple shower options that were clean and comfortable. Kids play area was great with many options. Sites were easily accessible and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. the lightening bugs were abundant.
