Beautiful campground! Everything very well maintained! Sites easy to get in and out and level! Staff friendly with a well stocked store! Pool was beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

The most immaculately kept KOA I’ve ever been. Mature trees, plenty of amenities, and a magnificent hosting staff. If we make the trip we’re on again, Galesburg KOA will be our stopping point. No doubt about it.

Of all the campgrounds we have stayed in the past few months,this was one of the cleanest and best maintained. The laundry area was the same and all working. Thank you so much.

Beautiful property, large pond, gorgeous grounds and pool, with nice space in between guests. Shady, grassy spaces, nice store, comfortable laundry room with games.

We were on our last night of a long trip and Julie, Manager, was so kind and gracious when taking us to our site. Thank you Julie and staff at Galesburg. I made an attempt to catch (and release) a fish in the pond but I only fed the turtles! Thanks again for a great stay and a nice campground.

Campground was great! We really enjoyed the disc golf, and my daughter loved the playground with the jumbo jump. We were bummed that the mini golf was not operational, we did use other game supplies. Ladies at the desk said we could swim until after 11:00. Our camp sight was empty at 10 and we parked in a parking spot. A rude gentleman came to tell us we had to leave! Strict rules!

We're sorry. You were told that it's $10.00/hr after 11am and you refused to leave or book another day.

Beautiful setting with all the standard amenities KOA’s are known for. This is our second time using it as a one night transit stop and will likely stay here again next Summer en route to visit relatives in Indiana.

This is quite possibly the nicest KOA we have ever camped at. The entire campground including the bathrooms were spotless. All of the amenities were well cared for and the staff was extremely helpful. We will return

Very nice campground. Workers were very nice. This did not happen to us but I didn't appreciate the concept of being charged 10.00 an hour for early arrival.

Exceptional landscaping! Almost every lot had a mature hardwood shade tree. Fantastic staff and the facilities were incredible.

This was a one night quick stay. I didn’t use the facilities, but the grounds were very nice. There are lots of mature trees, and the sites are well maintained. Chris was helpful leading me to my site and very polite.

Nice level pull-thought shaded campsites. Lots for kids to do at an awesome playground. Great hiking trail and pond! We stay overnight every year on our way to visit family in MN. Always a pleasure.

Very clean with helpful staff lots of family activities and a beautiful pool. Sites are all mature treed, and gravel. Had a wonderful stay for about 10 days.

Site 34 didn't leave us much room to park, but it did provide a lot of shade and a convenient table and chairs on the patio. I enjoyed getting up each morning to go fishing. We enjoyed the use of the pool, disc golf, and mini golf. We look forward to the improvements to the mini golf.

The campground was very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for the whole family to do and have fun. Has been upgraded recently with plans for many more upgrades. We will definitely be going back.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks and most often stay at KOA’s. We found this facility to be beautiful, clean and well kept. The problem is that the office staff (owner included) is just downright rude. We were yelled at for entering the pool bathroom with my 6yr being wet from the pool because he had to poop. They were rude to my guests after they paid to enter & unreasonably rude about go kar

It was just a quick 2 night stay, wanted to check out all the changes to this KOA. This is close to home and always enjoy the swimming pool.

The grounds were very well maintained. The bathrooms were amazing, and there was a lot to do. My family had an awesome time there, and we will be back again.

We loved it!! There was SO much to do! The mini golf was fun, the pool was great and the fishing was perfect! The camp store was well stocked and the staff were helpful and friendly!

Beautiful campground. Quiet. Appeared recently rennovated. Fantastic, immaculate and beautiful restrooms. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient office staff. Wealth of activities for children and young adults. Catch and release lake. Clean and well maintained walking path. One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in our 44 years of camping.

Koa Galesbug east Knoxville Koa Holiday the best camping shade,streaming, in and out, kids play ground, flat, we go out of our way to camp there.

We actually found this campground using AI to help us plan a Memorial Day motorcycle/camping weekend and it worked out excellent! We camp with a 33' ATC Toy Hauler we tow with an F-350 quad cab long bed. At check-in, we were created by a professional and friendly staff member in a clean and orderly office/camp-store. Our pull-through site was more than ideal and we had enough room to pull the Hauler in, put the garage door down to unload, and park our truck next to it. If you're a motorcyclist and concerned about their gravel drive, don't be. The gravel is well compacted and maintained. Very easy and safe to ride on. Everything at the site worked well and was well maintained. Motorcycle riding in the area is really great by Illinois standards. The campground is ideally located for this. If you need anything for your RV, Galesburg has everything, including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, and is minutes away. This came in handy when we woke up to a flat-tire on Memorial Day. Super clean bathroom here too! Definitely a nice KOA.
