Peaceful and well kept. The staff is friendly and many upgrades. Loved the laundry area with all new washing machines and dryers. Would stay again!

Great pool, great walking trail, pond had bluegill and bass and other fun creatures to discover on shore. Staff was very receptive to our requests. Galesburg has great children’s museum and the packing house restaurant was super neat next door.

Campground is nice. Staff is helpful and nice. However the whole time we were there we were constantly pestered by flies. We left early.could not take any more swatting.

Very clean! Friendly front desk personnel. Beautiful and well maintained miniature golf. Heavily treed. Much nicer then many KOA Journey campgrounds.

We have been traveling across the country and have stayed almost exclusively at KOAs. I can say without question that this KOA is the best one by far. The grounds were well maintained, there were more activities and amenities than the KOA Resorts that we stayed at had, and you could tell the people running the place cared. Wish KOAs closer to home were like this. Thank you!

Just off I-74 at Knoxville, IL. This KOA is extremely clean and neat offering RVers a various activities …….. swimming pool, bounce pad, large tire sand box, miniature golf, free fishing, hiking trails, etc. Definitely a family friendly KOA.

We only stayed one night, but wish it could have been more. The campground is absolutely perfect! Nicely laid out campsites among grove of trees. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The nature trail was a delightful, peaceful place for an evening stroll. There are plentiful activities for kids and families. This KOA is among the best that we have ever stayed at.

All utilities worked fine. Nice grounds with a couple trails that were great for walking dogs. A lot of song birds which was nice. The sites are sort of narrow but not too bad. All in all a nice park. Would stay again when in the area.

Stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the quiet relaxed atmosphere. All the amenities were top-notch and in excellent condition, our site had the cleanest grill grate over the fire pit I have ever seen. Great area for dogs, and a really nice easy nature trail. The only negative, and it is a minor one, pulling into the pull-through sites is a little tight, but very doable.

Great little cabin, lots of fun activities, very friendly and helpful camp workers. The only suggestion is the air conditioner in cabin #3 could use a good cleaning and filter change.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! Everyone was so friendly and nice. There is so much to do for kids! My kids had a great time. The pool area, bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities were very clean!

We had a great end spot with a view of the pond. We walked the nature trail - lots of birds. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through but I would definitely stay again, and longer.

I"ve stayed at this campground with a group of friends for the past 5 years, but I'll be looking for another campground in the future. Pros - new shower house, jump pad and playground Cons - If the group wants to camp together, it is a $10 fee...each. If I need to arrive before check-in $5/hour....If I want a late check-out, I pay for the next day...even though the campground was half empty.

Very well taken care off property. Sites are roomier than most KOA. Someone sure takes pride in there work. The Minigolf looked fun as did the playground and pool. Would recommend and will stay here again when passing through

The Hosts were very friendly, the park was clean with lots of trees. The laundry facility was immaculate, bathrooms/ showers best we have seen. We have traveled from the East coast we will definitely come back. Kim and Mike.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Campsites, playground, pool and bathrooms were clean. We had so much fun. Our first time and we will certainly return. Only negative, for my liking, is how close the sites are to each other.

At check-in was given a "Welcome Bag" with water, cookies, candy bars and a local to-do list, what a nice touch! Sue checked me in and was very friendly and explained all the things available to do at the campgrounds. Talk about a clean park. Bathrooms appear to be newly upgraded and are immaculate; definitely the cleanest, nicest bathrooms I have ever encountered at campground.

This is a campground and everyone was super nice. The site was not level so had to use several blocks. Lots of stuff for kids to do and a nice dog park.

Stayed at this campground on our trip to Florida with a stop at Red Hills SP for the 2024 Eclipse. Campground was purchased recently by a couple who have lots of campground experience. They are putting in a ton of updates. New electrical, new patios. Nice. Bathrooms remodeled. Beautiful showers. Tile is gorgeous! Very nice laundry room. Lots of stuff for the kids. Launch pad, bounce house. Sand pile. Mini golf. Too early for the pool, but the winter cover looked top notch. Camp store is small bit well stocked with food items and a variety of maintenance parts. Overall a great stop. Highly recommended.
