The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The bathroom/shower and laundry facilities were very clean. Pool was awesome. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it made for the perfect weekend.

The place was extremely neat and clean. Bathrooms were neat and tidy. The sites however were very narrow with only a small narrow patch of grass between sites leaving the sewer for the neighboring site near the sitting area of your site. They have a nice playground for children and a nice pool. The mini golf course needs seating, the elderly need it.

Great campground. The renovated bathroom look awesome, they are the best we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful for our short stay over the 4th of July.

The staff were polite, aways with a smile. The grounds were clean ,not litter. The store was stocked very nice and the restroom/showers were always clean.

This was our second stay. First stay was a few years back, so passing thru area I reminded my wife of the campground and how nice it was. And again we were so pleased to have reserved our site. This campground is unlike most others. The amenities are outstanding,it is a beautiful park so clean and so well managed. I have found no other roadside rv park like Galesburg East/Knoxville

The new owner has made this a first class campground! We were in site 2, one of the new expanded sites and it was awesome! We were there with other family members,beers, some who stayed in the new cabin, which they loved! We can highly recommend this campground!

Koa Galesbug east Knoxville Koa Holiday the best camping shade,streaming, in and out, kids play ground, flat, we go out of our way to camp there.

We actually found this campground using AI to help us plan a Memorial Day motorcycle/camping weekend and it worked out excellent! We camp with a 33' ATC Toy Hauler we tow with an F-350 quad cab long bed. At check-in, we were created by a professional and friendly staff member in a clean and orderly office/camp-store. Our pull-through site was more than ideal and we had enough room to pull the Hauler in, put the garage door down to unload, and park our truck next to it. If you're a motorcyclist and concerned about their gravel drive, don't be. The gravel is well compacted and maintained. Very easy and safe to ride on. Everything at the site worked well and was well maintained. Motorcycle riding in the area is really great by Illinois standards. The campground is ideally located for this. If you need anything for your RV, Galesburg has everything, including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, and is minutes away. This came in handy when we woke up to a flat-tire on Memorial Day. Super clean bathroom here too! Definitely a nice KOA.

Cleanest place we have stayed. Amazing employees. We enjoyed the frisbee golf, trail, and pond. Pool wasn't open yet but it looked nice. Mature trees and level spots.
