We stayed at this campground on a trip heading south from CT. We planned on only an overnight stay but ended up extending to a total of three nights. The staff was courteous and helpful with our requests to extend. The campground is well maintained and clean with clean shower and bathroom facilities. The location is off the main road, so it is very quiet but close to anything you might need.

Helpful staff, clean bathrooms, hot showers, and a nice place to take a walk in the group tenting area, which wasn't occupied when we were there. An excellent place to spend the night.

Arrived after hours had already made reservations online days before. Although our packet for the site wasn't in the night box , a campground official seen us parking in a available space and helped us get in a better site, in the morning everything was cleared up with the reservation.

We stayed for a one night stopover on our way to Florida. The campground was very well maintained, the sites were nice, and the office staff friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back.

It was just a quick overnight stop so I can’t speak to the total experience. What I did observe was I received a friendly greeting when I checked in, the space was exactly as described, and the park was very clean. I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

This will be our second time staying here. From the time we arrived till it was time to leave, nothing but pure comfort, kindness, professionalism, neat/clean campground. We will stay here again. Great KOA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent stay! Friendly helpful staff. We had a bad experience 1 year ago. We were hesitant to stay again but it was the location/area we needed. We were pleased when we pulled in & the grounds were in excellent condition, We noticed immediately trees had been limbed up & trees removed. Our last stay the low limbs trees prevented us to opening our canopy. Staff was unfriendly. Nice chang

Very clean amenities, beautiful location and the staff are very thoughtful. They knew my wife and I were in a camper van so they placed us close to the restrooms/showers. We will be back for another stay!

I was disappointed that management changed my site due to a mix up with the KOA App and charged me more for the site. I feel they should not have charged me.

This was our first stay and it was really nice. The area was clean, the people and staff were friendly and helpful. We are already making plans to stay again next year when the weather is nicer and even more to do and see.

stayed a week while visiting Washington DC. This KOA is lovely - November a nice time of year to visit. Friendly staff, most spaces were good sized with room between neighbors. Large grassy area around the pond. We found the park WiFi very good. We would return!

Lovely, wooded , peacefully quiet setting. Great paved roads within park, gravel FHU with 50 amp sites. Immaculately clean spacious bathrooms & showers. Many of each. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. However, poor signage off Hwy. , extremely confusing direction after exit 118. Hwy. 1 not posted. Roads off Hwy. 1 to park are hairpin blind turns, no shoulders & drop offs. $81 overnight, bit high but close to east coast & our Nations Capital

Ran into truck trouble on 95 on a Thursday before Easter. We needed to find something very quickly and close to a dealership to have the truck fixed. Luck was on our side when we saw a KOA 10 miles from the dealer. I tend to over research before picking where to stay, however, we had no time. I booked a site literally 5 minutes before arriving. The grounds are beautiful, shady and tucked into the woods. Plenty of room to walk and for my son to ride his bike. A great playground which he loved as well. There is also a pond on site which adds to the charm. The general store/office was nicely stocked. They did not have milk or butter but had a couple of grocery items such as eggs and hot dogs. It had rained a lot the night before so the grassy areas were pretty soggy but the staff were actively trying to get any sitting water off the sites and roadways. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. If our travels bring us back to this area, we would definitely book again.

Stayed at this campground many times. Great location. This is the first time they charged extra for pets. Not sure why they need to do this. Maybe they charge extra for kids too. Campground prices are high enough without adding extra charges.
