My wife and I brought our three boys there for 3 days. Nice and well maintained campground. Kids loved fishing in the pond, the bikes for rent, and the gem mining! Quiet and very kid friendly. Booked out next trip there when checking out!

Amazing grounds and staff! Surrounded by woods, thick woods. Wifi works well. The store has everyhting you might need. After hours check-in is real easy. Absolutely dead quiet. Staff was incredible.

Stayed 2 nights was very happy with the park. Very clean & well kept. Been there a few times now & always stop on way south & way back home. We haverecommended the park to a lot of people. They have thanked us for telling them about this koa. As long as we travel will stop at Fredericksburg .

Very nice campground. All of campers were super friendly and the staff as well. Showers were clean. My only complaint is lack of cell service and sites are on the small side.

We needed a place to stay close to the convention center in Fredericksburg. While were there we enjoyed several nearby bike trails. A lovely area to visit. Campground was clean and staff was friendly. Exactly what we expect from a KOA.

Set clean campground. The pool wasn’t open yet but I assume it will open soon. Nice campground store and bathhouse very clean.

The check in process was very easy. The staff member that checked us in informed us that we had some discounts available that was great to hear. The store was well stocked with all the essentials. You get an escort to your campsite. They have outdoor activities it was just a rainy weekend so we didn't get to do any of them. My family and I felt safe. The other campers were friendly.

Dangerous, narrow road coming to park. Park itself is okay. Understand that between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM you are on your own - office closed, nobody answers the phone. No quiet hour enforcement with dogs barking constantly at 5:00AM, generators running for whatever reason. All this for $90 per night. Nah, won't be back.

We have stayed at the Fredericksburg KOA many times over the past several years, but this stay was the first trip in our new 5th wheel. We were parked at one of our favorite patio sites next to the pond with great views. The staff was friendly & helpful. Everything was well-maintained & clean. We LOVE this KOA even though it's only about 35 miles from our home.

Stayed there so we could be away from D.C. but have access via the train. Nice wooded camp ground with a fishing pond (My 9 year-old grandson caught a small bass and was thrilled). We played Ga-Ga Ball and tetherball and rented bikes. Clean bathrooms and about 6 individual shower rooms to be used by anyone. Where we were located, the spots were level. Had plenty of room to sit outside.

Beautiful setting in wooded area. All amenities you’d need. Clean and in good repair. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy drive to local history sites. We took the VRE from Spotsylvania to Washington, DC for an easy day trip. Only negative is the campsites are very close together.

Water pressure in showers was low. Also took a long time for the hot water to come out. Other than that good stop over from I95.

Overall a nice campground. Seems like many spots would be tight to maneuver a longer rig, while many other sites seem to have permanent or long term rentals on them (larger standalone propane tanks and numbered unit) - it left being able to book again fairly difficult via the app due to how many sites have long term stays. Great staff, clean facility, clean park. No complaints otherwise.

Cleanest facilities, immaculate grounds and RV sites, easy to drive and maneuver on well marked and maintained roadways for our 40 foot RV, well stocked on-site store, and most of all consistently friendly, knowledgeable staff ! Just some of the many reasons we consider KOA FXBG our home RV campground and stay multiple times each season!

Campground is well maintained!!! A lot of Campground KOA's could use this place as an example of how it is done. Staff is great and always helpful. This will be our 4th time staying here and this campground and never fails at providing good customer service. Keep up the good work guys.

Great hosts, friendly and professional. As an overnight guest I was a bit disappointed in the long overnight sites. They are very level side to side, but length ways are not and require you to unhitch to be able to level enough to be safe. I was able to unhitch and level but there was a very nice gentleman beside me with a nice Newmar that couldn't without having his rear wheels dangle in the air.

I think this location could do a. Better job leveling the lots as well as making the small grassy areas on each site healthier for grass for pets.

Campground staff was friendly. After spending $75 for 1 night FHU, we couldn’t connect our sewer hose bc someone broke their sewer elbow in the ground. Maybe this should be on the check out list for camp workers to look for…bc making us check out for 11am when check in isn’t until 1-2pm, is just absurd bc nothing gets done in that time. Not just at this campground but most of them.

We first stayed here last year, and knew that we would be back. During our last stay the staff and the manager were all so very friendly! The next time we’re there, we plan to stay several days to explore the many historical areas. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in this campground multiple times. Always enjoyed our stays. Do wish the office stayed open a little later than 5 PM. Even with three days of rain, we enjoyed our stay.

Drive was long to DC, 1.5 to 2 hours each way but the campground was great. It is clean and very well maintained. Lots of shade for the RV too.

Nice and quiet. It's little farther off the highway but the drive to the campground is very scenic.

I have been through here in the past overnight traveling from RI to FL it is a wonderful place. I feel safe and jozy and so clean there. The staff is phenomenal. I visit coming and going at various times of the year we've traveled. My significant other passed my dog passed. This year was extra special as I traveled alone. I met a sweet young couple and chatted in the pool. I will always stop here in my future travels. This place makes any road trip fabulous. Fredericksburg VA is Heaven on earth such a lovely area. TY for being there. I can't wait to come back.
