We were there for 2 nights while taking RV driving lessons. The campground is very clean, wooded, looks well maintained, friendly staff. We spent most of our time inside due to the scorching temperatures. The pool & store closed at 6pm, which seemed early during peak season, but it did not bother us. If we had kids/grandkids with us, that would have been an issue. We would stay here again.

This is one on the finest KOA we have stayed at. A very special shout out to Patrick who was a true god-send. He was more than helpful and deserves special recognition for all that he did to help us with our Air conditioner problems. All the folks here are very kind and helpful, park is clean and well kept. Thank you for making our stay here wonderful! We will return ( hopefully with less problems

A very pleasant experience. Well maintained and friendly staff with a well placed location allowing fast access to shopping and sites but private and secluded to facilitate the camping experience.

We were traveling home to Myrtle beach from a family party in PA.. Boondocking most of this trip..So having elec and water and sewer was wonderful ! We spent one day visiting the cival war museum returned to the camp ground to enjoy the pool..Showers were clean check in was smooth it was great.. Thank you

It was the first time we stayed at this campground. AMAZING! We had a late check in and the process couldn't have been easier. One minor complaint..I wish the pool would be open later. We had a great time..WE WILL BE BACK

We had a long due family gathering. Cabins / RV sites were in close proximity and cabins were neat and clean. RV sites were good too. One day we were going to have crabs but the weather wasn't good. We were were in need of a large place to eat. Kathy and staff @ KOA were gracious to let us use the Activity room. They even set tables and put up a Welcome sign. Very pleased w/extra hospitality.

This is a very nice place. Staff very accommodating. The only problem we had was it was hard to find good grass areas for the dogs. We were only there overnight.

Why KOA allows RV’s to leave their side lights on all night is extremely frustrating. It’s why I try not to stay at KOA’s! I’ve stayed in over 170 Rv parks over the past eight summers, and KOA’s are the only Rv parks that I’ve dealt with this problem. My night at your park, my neighbors lights came through my blackout curtains!

We have always like this KOA, always seemed friendly and clean. What we didn’t like this time was I was Not aware that we had to now pay for a second vehicle at 15.00 per night,the rates have gone up by a decent amount,were hit with extra 45.00 charge that we were not aware.camp store now closes at 8 on wknds which makes the pool close early. Need to go back to old hrs so kids can have fun longe

What a great campground. The grounds and facilities were clean. A nice big store with very friendly staff. Definitely come back to spend more time.

The system used to choose the site you get is bad. Large campers barely fitting in spots while smaller ones in huge spots.

This is our favorite KOA. The campground is very well maintained with plenty of shade. It's quiet, so not as much to do for little kids but great for those of us who like a relaxing campground.

Nice clean and friendly park. My only complaint was We didn’t like the cable issue. We thought the park had it included in the rental fees. They explained some sites do and some don’t. My response was either you have it or you don’t. Our site did, but it needed coordination with the cable company. It took a couple days but we eventually got the cable. Wifi wasn’t good. We used our

Only a short trip on the way to and from the beach but we look forward to it each year. It has been upgraded recently. Beautiful flowers, the pool area looks amazing! I enjoy my pool time! My staff came over to make sure everything was good at the pool. Everthing is always clean and ready to represent.

Our RV site was spacious, shady and quiet. The grounds were kept up well. Staff was very very welcoming, informative and accommodating; including delivering firewood. Your pool is pristine! Funny moment is when we realized the beautiful swans in your pond we photographed are Plastic! LOL We will visit again!

A tornado warning was issued for the area, and when I asked about getting a refund or a credit for another night, I was denied. I understand it is in the policy, but this felt like an extreme weather event. I was already at the site, and I was afraid for my safety. Staff did everything right, but I think that for how much money the campsite charges, not having some flexibility is kind of crazy.

We stay at the Fredericksburg KOA 3 or 4 times a year, it's the only place we stay. Great staff ,clean and the fishing is great

The park has stepped up there game with landscape, tree trimming & tree removal. The campground looks very eye pleasing when you enter. The improvements to the pool area are very nice & family friendly. 4 years ago this was not the scenes at the campground. I have gladly recommended the campground .

The camp is beautiful and very clean, the customer service is 5 stars. This was actually the 2nd time we stayed there and the reason we got our KOA membership. However we got the spot #116 but right next to a group of extended stay men who are working somewhere. They kept fishing n walking in our campsite even after the administration told them to stop.They were drinking beer and smoking marijuana

We arrived later in the evening for an overnight stay on our way to the Outer Banks, found our packet just as explained. Had a pull through site which was very easy to find. Bathrooms were spotless!!! Great place!

We were there only for the weekend to attend my wifes 30th reunion at Mary Washington University. It was a very clean and well kept place. Easy and quick to check in and we were lead to our site, which was very helpful. Sites are well maintained and very level for parking the trailer. Will come back.

Pull thru site was not level and on an upward slant. Sites close together. Overall ok for one night stay. I would have liked if it was closer to I 95.

Drive was long to DC, 1.5 to 2 hours each way but the campground was great. It is clean and very well maintained. Lots of shade for the RV too.

I have been through here in the past overnight traveling from RI to FL it is a wonderful place. I feel safe and jozy and so clean there. The staff is phenomenal. I visit coming and going at various times of the year we've traveled. My significant other passed my dog passed. This year was extra special as I traveled alone. I met a sweet young couple and chatted in the pool. I will always stop here in my future travels. This place makes any road trip fabulous. Fredericksburg VA is Heaven on earth such a lovely area. TY for being there. I can't wait to come back.
