Our stay was awful. The cabin was the most uncomfortable cabin I've ever stayed in. My granddaughter had ants in her bed. We sprayed and the next day we told a staff member at the store and her reply was "We are in the woods; would you like us to send someone to spray". The grill didn't work either. In my opinion your KOA needs work, and your staff need to have a better attitude.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Clean and comfortable! KOA is within easy driving distance of multiple national parks. Staff was beyond wonderful! KOA you have a great group of people working for you!

Nice, clean facilities and area in general. Friendly staff. The deluxe cabin was nice for our overnight. I brought linens like the website suggested but did not have cups, plates etc so had to make do with dinner. Would stay again in the future.

They may allow dogs but not pet friendly. Cabins are in rough shape compared to others we have stayed in and had bugs crawling all over floor, which have no experienced before. Constantly policing campground by golf cart is also annoying.

My wife and I have rented a camping cabin 4 times here, and each time has been awesome! We love the area, and we don’t even bother finding another place to stay. Super clean facilities, friendly and informative staff, and each cabin we stayed in was great. Worth it all day long.

I ve stayed at 19 KOA s and this is one of the nicest.Very quiet and peaceful.Stay here for trips to Richmond races.Nice fishing pond and shade thru out.Easy on off with 95.

Had a 2 night deluxe cabin (handicapped & Asthma).So needed closes to the bthrm 2 pm ck in. someone else was in it. Ours had no a/c on and it was cooler outside ( 101°) than inside until 7:30pm . A/c never worked but warm air. Asked for compensation- NO! Call me and I will tell you what she said over the walkie to her employee. Contact me, not enough characters left . Extremely rude!!!!!!!!!!

It was ok but not alot for kids to do and not many fish in the pond it seemed also the cabin number 11 had a ton of inch worms I know your camping but if I wanted inch worms I would of stayed in a tent not sure how other cabins are but that one had a lot on the bed and bunk beds floors bathroom and tub.

Cozy cabin and nice campground. Office staff was friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool, panning for gems, pond, and playground. Great place for a relaxing getaway at a reasonable rate!

It was really nice and we had such a good time. It was only my wife and I and we were in a deluxe cabin. The camp was very clean and quiet. The convenience of the store at the camp was awesome. The staff was very friendly. We are already planning our next get away to this KOA. Thank you all for providing a place for us to reconnect with each other and disconnect from the world.

Was disappointed in not being able to check in until 1:45 pm, cabin was not ready

Loved my stay!! I was very pleased with the staff. The cabin was great and plenty of activities to do with children. The camp store had plenty to look at and prices were not as high as one might assume. I will definitely book another stay.

The employees work very hard everyday to keep the campsite so nice! They even went above and beyond and cleaned off the muddy slide for our girls after a rainstorm. We had the best time!

We had a popup which was inoperable so we switched to a cabin. There is no overflow parking and they wouldn’t allow us to put it anywhere else. Only option was to pay for a water/elec site for the 4 nights. $250 for a site we didn’t hook up to. Plenty of empty spaces for those 4 nights we stayed. Couldn’t put it at a tent site or the cabin, even though it would have fit. Very disheartening f

The mattress in cabin 6 is horrible. You have to sleep with your head at the foot of the bed, othwise your head is lower than the rest of your body. Half the lights were not working. The floor looks clean until you go to wipe something up with a paper towel. The towel is black! We have stayed multiple times . The o ly reason being you allow a dog.

Lovely, wooded , peacefully quiet setting. Great paved roads within park, gravel FHU with 50 amp sites. Immaculately clean spacious bathrooms & showers. Many of each. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. However, poor signage off Hwy. , extremely confusing direction after exit 118. Hwy. 1 not posted. Roads off Hwy. 1 to park are hairpin blind turns, no shoulders & drop offs. $81 overnight, bit high but close to east coast & our Nations Capital

Ran into truck trouble on 95 on a Thursday before Easter. We needed to find something very quickly and close to a dealership to have the truck fixed. Luck was on our side when we saw a KOA 10 miles from the dealer. I tend to over research before picking where to stay, however, we had no time. I booked a site literally 5 minutes before arriving. The grounds are beautiful, shady and tucked into the woods. Plenty of room to walk and for my son to ride his bike. A great playground which he loved as well. There is also a pond on site which adds to the charm. The general store/office was nicely stocked. They did not have milk or butter but had a couple of grocery items such as eggs and hot dogs. It had rained a lot the night before so the grassy areas were pretty soggy but the staff were actively trying to get any sitting water off the sites and roadways. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. If our travels bring us back to this area, we would definitely book again.

Stayed at this campground many times. Great location. This is the first time they charged extra for pets. Not sure why they need to do this. Maybe they charge extra for kids too. Campground prices are high enough without adding extra charges.
