This is our third time staying here. Twice in our camper and once in a cabin. Every trip has been great. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. All the staff is great and friendly. We are already planning our next trip. Highly recommend this Koa.

Loved my stay!! I was very pleased with the staff. The cabin was great and plenty of activities to do with children. The camp store had plenty to look at and prices were not as high as one might assume. I will definitely book another stay.

Friendly staff, everything was well maintained. Pool was clean and a nice size. Our RV site was a little short for a pull through site but still adequate.

Site 101 flooded when it rained and we could smell sewer the first day but I guess the issue was fixed. I enjoyed our stay other than that

Just traveling through furcone night very friendly staff. Ckean and need campground, fun to hike around with ourvfurbanies, we will definitely stop againgbonbourcway back.

Was a little disappointed we were crammed between another RV & the bath house-no good view-look right into bath house window. Wi-fi was crappy We couldn’t get satellite reception

A one night stop for us on way down 95. About 5 miles off highway but worth it!! Great staff. Super clean. Site (pull through) was a great size! Wished we could have stayed longer.

Camp ground was clean and guests were friendly. But Stephanie the manager was a nightmare. She was hovering waiting for anyone to do even the slightest thing wrong to go yell at them. Someone pulled in with a golf cart and she told them they couldn’t have it there even though nothing states you can’t but in the pamphlet they hand out says you can. Low rating just because of her.

Tip for future Campers:" Please view the website and your site map when you stay at any KOA. Golf Carts are not permitted without a handicap tag at this franchise. Camping 101 guidelines and respect for other campers are key when at any campground. Happy Camping!

The employees work very hard everyday to keep the campsite so nice! They even went above and beyond and cleaned off the muddy slide for our girls after a rainstorm. We had the best time!

I love the park. It’s lovely. I just would not stay on site 24 or recommend anyone does. It’s on a hill and very unlevel. Otherwise it’s great there. Thanks

We were very disappointed with this KOA. This was not an inexpensive stay yet all of the "ammenities" are sub-par. The pool was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The laundry machines are very outdated and only 2 of the 4 dryers worked. They have a problem with ducks taking over the grass areas around the green, murky pond and are leaving duck crap everywhere. Just gross!

Tip for Future Campers: All KOA pools meet health department standards. They may need a facelift, but the water will bring you a splashing good time. The geese have finally flown! Happy Camping!

Great little park. Only downside was, cable at our spot, very grainy. We weren't able to get satellite due to all the gorgeous trees. Wifi was excellent. Very clean, well maintained and great staff.

Very friendly and responsive staff! Found us a site for the nite, pull-thru easy access for our rig. Beautiful location to stay longer next time!

We were at the last stay of a 30 day RV trip and we will never return. I wrote this out and ran out of space. There isn't a textbox big enough to describe the intrusive manager and rude staff. I made it a point to let them know that they are rude and cost me unnecessary money bc of their mistakes during registration. I would not recommend if you are looking for a true KOA feel.

Tip for future campers: Rental camping equipment breakdowns and malfunctions are not the responsibility of any KOA. All sewer connections must be fitted to campground hookups to avoid accidents. Happy Camping!

Overall it was very good I hope my club comes back next year. However, my site was not good. I am the wagonmaster for the Blue Crab Fun Bunch and I do breakfast for the club. Site 96 has almost no room for me to prepare breakfast for 18 people. I was lucky and the weather was bad so I was unable to fix breakfast. I have sites numbers in my travel log that are not suitable for me for a return trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Fredericksburg KOA. I think the only disappointing part of the stay was that, in spite of having reserved as a group, our group members were scattered all around the campground rather than parked together. In previous years staying at this campground, our rigs were all grouped together.

The check in was very easy. The cabin was nice and exceptionally clean. All the other campers were very friendly. Great place to stay especially with pets.

This KOA is now at the top of my list for KOA's to camp at with my travel trailer.From the moment We entered this KOA we were both impressed; Everyone at this site were helpful, & friendly (employees) all sites were clean as well as the KOA store with plenty of supplies on hand; In case you forgot something. Even the landscaping at the entrance, around the office, & pool was very appealing; Also the lots were nicely spread apart, & I would guess 90% tree shade cover lots. Another big + for us was wifi, & tv cable hook up if your camper is so equipped. This KOA has made the other privately run campground obsolete We use to stay at; Even though it's a nice campground. I look forward to staying at this KOA in the future. I'd like to add the road to the KOA is very narrow, & a bit windy use caution it is state maintained however. I was a truly happy camper at this site.

As a full time RV'er I have always shied away from KOA due to their cost, location and size of sites however, after staying here for a week I may reconsider it. First of all, as others have mentioned the road is a bit narrow but nothing an experienced driver cannot handle. It is a 2 mile jaunt down the road with very little traffic. After check in we were escorted to a long pull through patio site that had plenty of room for our RV and any visitors. We had shade 80% of the day which meant our Starlink was not going to work and it didn't. T-Mobile had great service and Verizon and AT&T were ok. The campground Wi-Fi was the real rock start and it was the first time I have ever used it or had speeds fast enough to use it. Our site was gong up a hill and it was about 5" off level front to back but nothing the RV couldn't manage. Our escort helped guide us to the most level area. We had no issues with leveling, water, power or sewer during our stay. The CG has all of the amenities (pool, playground, horseshoes, cornhole bike rental, etc.) and we took full advantage of them all with having our granddaughter for the summer. The pool and grounds were always being maintained or improved. Trash is picked up at your site and they even have propane fill station. All of the employees we met were very friendly. Overall we had a really great stay here and I am already looking to book the next trip when I am in the area for work.

This was the cleanest and most well maintained campground I've been to. Excellent service, beautiful pool. Close to anything you need but quiet. A real gem.
