The most level site we’ve ever seen. We pulled in and parked zero adjustments, we were exactly level. Only giving 4 stars because there was no water one morning apparently until the campground pipes thawed out. All campers around us same issue.

This is one of the best KOA's we have stayed at. Very clean, very quiet and peaceful. The staff was amazing!

Very nice area. Water hose frozen overnight. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Steep hill blocking view prior to entrance.

Very nice campground. Showers/restrooms were very bright and clean - although it did take a long while for the water to get hot for showers/handwashing. The laundry room had ample washers/dryers and was also very tidy. Overall a great experience.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a smallish RV park. We came on a weekend that was not super busy, so it was quite but cold.

We enjoy your location to the Fredericksburg area. Wish you had more sites to rent because you are always full so we have to plan way in advance.

Great place the people were great. Coming into KOA is tight with curves and hills but if you take your time to the camp it’s easy to get into the campground. Many good places to visit especially Civil War battlefields..

Great campground. very quiet and easy to get around with a large 5th wheel. Our escort was extremely friendly and helpful. Already booked 2 more stays for next year.

I was only there for 1 night, but the cabin was great. The campground itself was clean and well laid out. Staff was friendly. I love that they are open year round. Will definitely go and stay again.

We had a very nice time, the sites were very accessible and with good hookups. We visited Fredericksburg, mostly the battlefields, which are all fairly close by. We also visited the colonially historic town and Ferry Hill, where G. Washington grew up and which is being very remarkably restored and interesting. The campground served as a nice base, the staff was helpful and always active.

We stayed for three days and had a great time. Visited Washington DC and Arlington Cemetary, very little traffic. Love those express lanes. Thank you, see you next time.

This was one of my favorite KOA campgrounds. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The spacious, level sites and great staff made our stay very pleasant.

The cabin we stayed at was perfect, nicely, secluded, perfect fire pit, places to sit, where we stayed was considered kind of clamping and it was super nice. Super enjoyable time.

Great stay great staff. My only complaint would be the cost for a extra car. I think 15 a day is excessive.

The 2 mile road to the campground is very narrow w/dangerous drop offs into deep berms. Not a good situation for a 40 ft motorhome with a towed. I realize the KOA does not own this road, but I would not return because of it. Arrived early, but was not allowed into site.No overflow pkng.. Had to make another trip out road and back. Otherwise friendly staff. Nice grounds. Well maintained. Good for

I mean cabin camping is so simple yet so many places get it wrong. Not this KOA. It was beautiful, comfortable, heated and just so cozy.

We only saw the camp from the cover of night. We were passing through the area and needed a pull thru site so we could sleep and keep moving. The office folks were friendly and helpful. We pulled in around 10 pm, stopped by the office and got our paperwork. Drove to a level pull through with clean power and water. What we could see, was a full campground of later model campers from Trailers to Class A. The bathhouse was operating room clean. The camp office, laundry and bath house are well lit and secure. Fredericksburg/Washington DC South KOA defines the type of convenience, safety, cleanliness and customer service the camping lifestyle requires. BRAVO!! We will be back for more than one night. We camped at Fredericksburg / Washington DC South KOA Holiday in a Travel Trailer.
