We had a last minute need to change our plans and jumped on this KOA. We got the last spot. We did get by the restrooms, not highly recommend this spot, as it was very busy. The camp was very family friendly place. Lots of activities for everyone. Very friendly staff.

Good location, very clean, restrooms and showers, recreation areas could use a little refurbishing, they looked pretty worn, friendly and helpful staff, good place to stay, if you’re visiting to Fort Collins area! Disappointment in the lake with all the green algae, but I guess there’s not a lot to be done about that!

Clean, well maintained RV park. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the lake.

Stayed for 6 nights and had zero issues. Price was great, staff was awesome and facilities were clean. Plenty of room to get the dogs out for a jog around the lake (on leash) and located close to all the amenities of Ft Collins without having to drive through city traffic to get in and out of the campground. Beats a hotel any day. We’ll definitely come back.

Great stay, well kept park, lots of staff working to keep it clean. Plenty to do. Nice trail walking . The back row patio spots just are too close together, you can't do anything behind your unit without literally being on the next spots patio.

Folks were very nice and park is well laid out. My site was dead level. Food truck breakfast was awesome.

Wonderful spot that backed up to open space. We did not use most of the amenities, as we were busy with other things, but the campground was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

The people were friendly and very helpful. The KOA was well kept. The fees to do the "extra" activities was not expected nor was the daily charge for visitors of $5.00 per person over 18 per day. The cost for my children and grandchildren over 18 would have cost 30.00 dollars extra per day during our stay. This charge was only to visit and did not include the rental fees for the activities.

Two nights with the grandkids. We had a very good stay. Everything was clean, the staff we worked with were great, and all the features we wanted to use were available. Never a dull moment. All was quiet at night. Our group felt the pool was a bit cold. We'll be back.

The campground was exactly what we expected. Sites were plenty large, easy to get in to and clean. The noise level in the campground was very quiet. The staff were excellent. We were traveling with friends and needed sites close to each other. They worked their magic and got us across from each other. Made our 3 day stay much more pleasant. Also, the food truck at the pavilion was an added bonus.

Great campground. Very clean and extremely well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots to do, great trail around the lake, nice pool and water activities for the kids. Pet Friendly. Will be back soon!

The park was great. However the dog park was not looked after very well. The trash can and dog waste bags were empty and replaced which was good. Just a lot of dog waste in the park itself was the main problem

Fantastic Park. Well maintained gravel roads, but nice concrete pads. Could use a little more landscaping care prior to check-in. Fire pits would be a nice plus, although available for rent. K9 is on the small side for the size of park this is, maybe can be solved by a few more K9 Pen sites. Lake walk is nice first thing in the morning and late evening. Thanks for introducing us to Pickleball...

Nice place to stay and staff very friendly and helpful. I couldn't give them a five star because of the bad WiFi service. For what they charge for the night it needs to definitely needs an upgrade.

Amenities & activities are very good. Actual campsites tend not to drain that well and too much dirt (no grass or gravel areas) turn to mud. Gravel roadways need to be maintain better - too many potholes with turn into water holes which turn into mud holes.

Disappointed that they do not have Wi-Fi 5G streaming. Most KOAs we regularly stay in have upgraded with this feature.

We only stayed one night so we didn't have time to enjoy any amenities other than WiFi (which worked very well). Check in process was easy and friendly.

We look for RV parks with pickleball courts and the court material at your KOA is unsafe and unplayable. You could remove the plastic sport court material and paint the lines on the concrete below it. Someone could really get hurt on the slippery plastic, besides the fact that the ball barely bounces but slides on it. Other than that huge disappointment, it’s a pretty place and well kept up.

Excellent stay. Beautiful campground, level sites and plenty of room. I loved the trail around the small lake, especially the unexpected art in the tree stumps! The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Outstanding staff. Park is well kept with lots of activities for the entire family. Foodie truck on-site to serve food and eat in wonderful pavilion. Just a great place to stay and have fun.

We spent 4 nights in the mostly perfect #58. Last year we stayed at #52, second best spot. Looking forward to next year already. Only thing is I wish you served breakfast and pizza\w wings seven days/nights a week like some of the other KOA’s. Thanks again!

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
