My daughter loves it there. It’s her favorite place to camp. We’ve been coming for three years now. And I don’t see a stopping anytime soon.

KOA website said the tent sites ALL had level sand pads. Site number 11 that I was assigned to was “primitive” without a level area. Primitive?!?! Rocky, unlevel dirt area with an ancient rotten picnic table for $55 dollars a night? No water? No electricity? What a spectacular RIP OFF. The owner offered me 5 bucks to accept their horrible tent site. NO ONE SHOULD EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE GOING

I made my camping reservation last minute. The front desk staff was helpful, polite and pleasant in helping me make the reservation. The tent site, T10, was perfect and it overlooked the lake. I took advantage of the nice walking path around the lake. The bathhouse was clean and neat. The KOA store was well stocked and fairly priced. I look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

It’s always a pleasure staying at KOA. The staff is great. But there were some people in cabin a few sites away from me playing music way late Sat night. Someone complained. Then Sun morning I went into the store, Tiffany asked me if they bothered me as well. So told her they were annoying. Then found out from Mark that those people were not allowed to come back. We go there for peace and quiet.

It was a beautiful area & very quiet. The only down side was we couldn't have a fire, but that wasn't KOA's fault. Overall a great experience.

The check-in process was complete and professional and the office was clean and orderly. Poor review reasons: 1 The tent sites are poorly designed. Sand pits are not great for tent zippers. 2. As we arrived, there was a man arguing loudly on the phone with his girlfrend and using obscenities. 3. A cabin of people near us were loud and getting louder--nice people though. We left and went home

We had a beautiful campsite, right by the lake. It was a quiet and serene place, although there were many people staying there. It was nice to have a bathroom/shower area all to myself, and it was very clean, as was the campground. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing such a lovely place.

Overnight tent camping. Tent spot and fire pit cleaned of leaves for our arrival. Lake wonderful to camp by. Bathrooms clean with hot water. Would highly recommend to others

The staff was SO friendly. They were all about service and smiles. My campsite was right at the water's edge, very clean. The park itself is well cared for and who doesn't appreciate a clean private shower/bathroom. So awesome.

I always enjoy this KOA. It is truly lovely and your yearly maintenance and improvements keep this spot enjoyable. I am not, however, a fan of zero-scapes in places I stay. A necessity in cities, but it does not say vacation to me.

Only problem was poor water drainage from rain.. Like that tent areas separate from RVs and cabins, tho would prefer more isolation and shade Need much larger K9 area. All in all a good time .

Lovely facility with lots of activities. Very helpful, delightful staff. Special shout out to Jerry who spent a crazy amount of time and energy helping me to dig out some tent stakes out of the ground! He really went above and beyond. Loved the path around the lake and the walking trail.

We loved our tent site by the water. Staff was great and the clean showers were a plus. The only downside was the smell of sewer from time to time, which I guess is expected with so many RVs. We'd still come back though.

I am a disabled Veteran with 30 % of my Lungs remaning. I set up my oxygen concentratorand and cpap machines then it would not reset. I am still sick. Also I paid extra for electricity

Not a perfect KOA but very nice. It was crowded and larger sites would be nice No shade Store and laundry room were nice We enjoyed the pool and grandkids loved the train ride. Lots of activities to choose from

We couldn't thank the staff enough for the excellent care they take to care for the grounds and their campers! We loved Elizabeth's enthusiasm and patience to the little ones and us. Always happy to help! We highly recommend Fort Collins/Lakeside KOA for family fun.

Sand for the tent sight was great as was being next to the pond. The camp store was reasonably priced with many special items.

This was our first time camping with our two little kids and thus was the perfect place to do so. It was beautiful, fun and such a great experience. Everyone was so nice but Melissa went above and beyond. You're lucky to have her and the rest of your staff.

Disappointed with crammed site for water/power plus rent site option. Thought I was getting a lakeside site and did not realize water was making the site choice very limited to the crowded site. I would have just taken powers only. Hard to visualize actual site til map presented @check in.

Fort Collins/Lakeside KOA has a beautiful location with great amenities and a very kind staff. We were very happy with our camp site and the all the activities. Our only complaint is that "quiet hours" did not seem to be enforced in any way. We were kept up until 3-4am at night by other campers drinking, yelling, and blasting music.

I had a great time. Everything was in good working order. Maint. was active cleaning/maintaining. Front office staff was helpful. I will say if you have mis-behaving pets (barking dogs) or mis-behaving children (throwing landscaping rocks in the lake) they were quickly on top of both issues. I know dogs bark and boys will be boys but when it is disruptive/destructive it needs to be handled.

Very impressed! We stayed only one night in tent, however there is a lot to do for families. Staff was hospitable and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. Highly recommend.

We stayed at a tent site here for a couple of nights while visiting my oldest nephew, who is in graduate school nearby. Our spot was right near the pond, which was absolutely beautiful! The campground itself is fantastic, well-equipped, and perfect for families. They offer a great daily schedule of activities for both kids and adults. We also tried their on-site breakfast—it was reasonably priced, tasty, and nice to have a hot meal option right there. The bathrooms and showers near the registration office were spacious and clean. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool, playing by the ponds with other children, and renting bikes to ride around. They also have mini-golf, though we skipped it this time since the weather was hot and we were busy catching up with family and friends. Most of the staff we encountered were very nice, with just one exception—a few members seemed a bit unfriendly whenever we had our dog out, which was a bummer since our pup is quite well-behaved. Despite that minor issue, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!
