Please note the General Store/Registration Office may be closed or have shortened hours for Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Pool
Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and Last Splash is Labor Day weekend.
The Pool is open from 10 am to Dusk
For the safety of all our guests - the pools & splash pad will be closed during all thunder and/or lightning storms.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available 24/7

10pm - 7am

FIRE & FIREWOOD POLICY

We sell firewood at the general store.

We follow the policy of the Larimer County Sheriff's department and any bans they may institute throughout the year based on drought and wildfire conditions.
When fires are allowed, they must be contained in a grill or an elevated fire ring which can be rented from the main office.
NO OPEN FIRES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.Fire Rules: For a full list of fire safety rules, click HERE.

WILDLIFE AWARENESS

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

RECREATION RENTALS- SEASONAL

Memorial Day to Labor Day: The recreation rental office is open from 9am - 8pm 


Winter Rentals available through the store/office during normal business hours.

PROPANE FILL

Propane fills are offered from 9am - 5pm daily.  Inquire at the Registration office for propane fills.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made starting on 10/1/24):
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground at 970-484-9880 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:
RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
Holidays and special events: 2 weeks cancellation notice required for all site types. Please notify us 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival.

GOLF CART POLICY

Guests must be a licensed driver and have proof of insurance to operate a golf cart on KOA property.

PET POLICY

Cats and dogs are members of your family and are welcome to camp with you!
*Please note there is a MAX of 4 pets per site.

In order for all our guests to feel safe, please follow these rules with all pets at the campground:

  • Pets must be on a 6 ft. or shorter leash when outside your RV, tent or lodging.
  • Dog fencing may NOT be staked into the ground.
  • Do not leave your pet unattended.
  • Pick up after your pet. Doggie bags are located throughout the campground for your use.
  • Aggressive and loud pets of any kind are not allowed. If your pet shows signs of aggression towards other pets or other guests, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your site payment.

Camping Cabin Pet Fee: $10
Deluxe Cabin/Lodge Pet Fee: $25

There are dog and cat boarding facilities are located in the area. No more than 4 pets allowed per site.

VEHICLE POLICY

For the safety and security of all of our guests, please note the following:
Sites are designated for a tow vehicle only. Additional vehicles may not fit on your site.
Due to the lack of extra parking available at our campground, please do not bring extra vehicles, moving vans, trailers, boats, etc. with you to the campground because there will not be room for them at your site or anywhere on our grounds.
We have a limited number of extra parking spaces available for a charge on a first come, first serve basis.

NUMBER OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION:

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 
  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  • A limit of 6 or 8 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced.  That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors.  If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.

  • RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
  • Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and other Lodging are limited to 6 people with exception of the Deluxe Cabins which sleep 8, these are limited to 8 people.

  • If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $5 per person fee. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk. For the safety and security of all our guests, all visitors must check in at the registration office and get a car pass. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets with them on the property. All visitors must depart the property by 9:00pm. If your visitors are just picking you up at the campground, you are welcome to meet them at the Registration Office or at the Guard Shack.  Note that you are responsible for ensuring your visitors follow all the park rules listed on the website & in your site map. Person site maximums include registered guests & their visitors and may not be exceeded.

TRASH POLICY

Please put your trash out in front of your site between 8am to 10am so the campground staff can pick it up for you.
All trash must be in a secure box or trash bag.
After 10am, please locate a dumpster on the site map and place your trash in the dumpster.
Do not leave trash out overnight - we have raccoons and bears that patrol the area.

If you arrive after the Registration Office has closed, there is a night registration desk available with guest information and campground maps.

Tiffany feels any job where you see families laughing and smell campfires 24/7 is the best kind of job. She truly loves providing a memorable experience for all her guests and staff.
