Eric was very helpful getting our tv service fixed! Best location for us to be near family in Fort Collins but a little pricey being that we don’t have a need for all the amenities us being seniors. Thanks!

The family bathroom near the pavilion was disgusting. The cleaning seemed to only hose the rooms down, I don’t know. There was wet paper etc after cleaning. The bathrooms by to office were very nice.

Park is completely run down. We paid extra for the hot tub site and the cover was in horrible shape. Inside the hot tub was old and had duck tape holing something together. Black hair floating. We did not use it. Mini golf course was in horrible shape. Pool needs resurfacing. We will never recommend this place.

Was nice at one point. Park had lots of loose boards and nails and screws poking out. Seems like no maintenance has been done. Splash pad was a hit. The kiddie pool was in some need of repair, lots of plastic coming off the bottom. Main bathrooms were nice and clean. Over all was nice but some maintenance is needed

The site was not clean and overgrown with weeds. This is the most expensive KOA we stay at. Differently not worth the price KOA charges. When I complained to one of the workers nothing but excuses. To his credit he weeded the area and KOA gave me a day credit however the sites should be cleaned and weeded before arrival. Worked harder to make the area look better.

Many wonderful activities including fishing and boating. Is located about 0.25 miles from one of the prettiest bike rides in America. Have stayed here several times and will most likely stay again.

We've seen many changes over the 15+ years. We actually left one day early. We were disappointed with the condition of the park and grounds. It was second visit in a row that the pool was dirty. And the food truck lady was so rude to us that we packed up and left early. The food was mediocre the music blared and so rude. We will not return until they clean this park up. So disappointed.

We did this stay as part of my 80th BD celebration. All the kids and grandkids were with us at one time or another. It was great!

I have been back 4 years in a row and the property has gone down hill each year. Not kept, things degrading, and the biggest thing was all the dog waste everywhere. It seems the focus is on the pool and store. The pond and dock need serious attention, and the walking paths and grass areas are full of dog waste. The K9 klub needs serious help and all the attractions are in need of upkeep.

This is one of the nicest KOAs where we have stayed. We are tent campers and really enjoyed being near the lake. The grounds are very well kept and there were lots of amenities, particularly for families with children. The only negative were the bathrooms because they had no windows and got very hot, and the hand dryers did not dry well. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff willing to help you in every way. Great accommodations especially the deluxe cabins. Our only disappointment would be the hard bed and couch. Also loved the large pavilion with the chuck wagon. Would liked to have seen a few more food items from the chuck wagon but still a nice variety.

We have been to Lakeside before, but a lot of stuff wasn’t open yet, so we were excited to go back to enjoy more activities with my family. It was advertised as the “Barnyard weekend”, but that was not to be. Petting zoo was scheduled to be 7/14 - 7/16, however in reality it was only the 14th and 15th, not “through” the 16th! Grounds are attractive and well maintained, with lots of activities for the kids. Two areas for improvement are the internet and bathrooms. The internet is pretty unusable and cell service is spotty. There are limited showers for as many sites.

We stayed in a cabin and there was no hot water at kitchen sink or bathroom sink. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm up then the water pressure was none existent. Should not change for the putt putt golf (course needs a lot of work most of the greens have holes in the green turf). Bingo was fun and the train was enjoyable. Pool was freezing. Fishing was great!

We loved our stay here. We met some nice people staying there. Sites were level and spacious. Food truck food was good for an easy breakfast. Loved playing barnyard bingo. Centrally located and easy to get to Estes Park and Rocky National park. Grocery store nearby and so are some nice breweries. Intersect brewery was vey good and pet friendly. Old town was fun to walk around.

The condition of the campground has really gone down in the current years. The benchs in the play area are warped, the weeds are out of control and the grounds as a whole need some TLC. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent!

We love KOA’s. This campground was beautiful! Lots of amenities, which we loved. Lots of things to do with kids. The term Lakeside in your name through us off because you aren’t really on a lake, it’s a pond. Also we were a little put off when we checked in. We were early and were fine waiting. We loved this park and we will differently come back. The staff was wonderful. The only thing I would say was bad was there was not a lot of signs on the roads to show where to turn to get into the park, the sign was very small. And they were not on both direction on Taft Hill Road.

Great campsites for a little time away. Lots of activities for the kids with a food truck on site. Pool was nice, although a bit small for a KOA Holiday, although there is also a splash pad and wading pool. All staff was friendly and welcoming. There are some amazing sites with hot tubs, and if we come back through the area, we will definitely try to get. Thanks for a great experience!

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
