We had a really nice camping space. It was very clean and spacious. The walking distance to the bathrooms and dog walk area were reasonably close. The little market where you check in and some nice things if needed. It was accessible to everything in town. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great camp site. Very accommodating to all visitors. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to Lake Estes Marina. Loved our stay and most definitely will be back.

I was not informed my tent site would be so close to the main road. I had several restless nights trying to sleep over the sound of traffic and semi-trucks at night and early in the morning. The highpoint was the Elk roaming so close by! This KOA is very clean and organized, and a good location to the town. The group restrooms and dishwashing station were spotless.

After days of traveling, all I wanted was a shower and a quiet tent site. Because of the “timed” private shower, I was all soap/shampoo’d up and ready to rinse. Only to unfortunately discover that the cold water faucet was inoperable and the hot water faucet allowed just a tiny dribble that lasted about 30 seconds and shut off!! Rinsing off in a sink is not recommended!! Extremely disappoint

Dad said shower 4 lacked pressure but my shower 5 was good, hot and steady. Clean campground and would definitely camp again.

Wonderful! The campground was clean, the staff were SO friendly and the space was beautiful. Loved having access to electric, hot showers, dish sink. The gazebo was awesome for cover from the rain. The location is close to town so we made trips in for coffee and other things. We will absolutely be back next summer!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, place was clean and well kept. The only downfall is the tenting area showers. They need work! 7 minutes on a timer is ok but not when it takes nearly 2 of those minutes to warm up. Shower 2 is the only one that gets hot. Shower nobs are wore out and there is a lack of pressure. Shower house needs some updates. After all day travel. A good shower is welcoming.

This place is great for its proximity to Lake Estes and easy access to Estes through its free shuttle system. There is quite a bit of road noise, which is to be expected. The tent sites are VERY close together, and the provided table is cheap and plastic. They closed and cleaned the restrooms midmorning, which was frustrating, as that is peak time for campers to want to do dishes and shower.

Campground was extremely clean, but the tent sites are next to a horse tours location. The smell was very strong in the evenings. The showers down by the tent sites were also on a 7 minute timer, with 5 minutes in between uses. Showers took a couple minutes to get warm. Overall it’s a nice campground, well kept, but highway noise and horses will probably keep us from staying again.

Our tent site was spacious and had a great view. The staff were very supportive and welcoming. However, the tent area sits right beside a stables and smells of manure. Also, the road noise is constant day and night. Yes, if you have a camper… no for tents.

We loved our campsite, T23 on this, our second stay here because of the privacy and proximity to the playground and main building. The staff were amazing and we enjoyed the train rides, the ice cream social, karaoke, and pancake breakfast.

Not spacious, feel like we were on top of each other. Quiet time is too early for friday and saturday. Manure smell from horse stables. Not enough parking. I called and told them about how many people would stay but then we were only allowed one car while other spots had multiple vehicles.

The park is very nice and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I chose this campground because they had bathroom facilities. The facilities were great. The only negative is the showers have a 7 minute timer on them. It takes over a minute for the water to even get warm which leaves you less than 6 minutes to shower. I’m fast but that is ridiculous!

Need more parking Spaces on the tent sites , on the showers for tent sites only the times to used water it’s not enough , in the Cabins you need to have water and electric outlet out side ,

Tent Site T9 was absolutely stunning. I can not recommend this enough. Us and our two boys stayed a week and could have stayed a month. The shower house and laundry facilities were great as well. Definitely coming back.

The whole family had a great time camping here. The playground and games area was super fun. Everything was in great shape, friendly staff, and the bathrooms were so nicely cleaned. It was super convenient to get into this downtown area as well as Rocky Mountain National. There was some road noise, it definitely died down as the night went on, but just something to consider if that bothers you..

The place itself is well-maintained, the sites are neat and spacious, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The facilities are also pristine. I rate it 4 stars because of the lack of empathy during the cleaning and grounds maintenance. 1) The hut bathrooms were emptied before 11 am, super inconvenient. 2) The bathrooms were cleaned before 11 am; no room for a last shower before the trip.

Did not live up to KOA standards especially for being in Estes Park. Rocky, not grassy, tight driving and parking spaces. We were in a tent site right by the highway, nothing but traffic noise and the noise of our neighbors because we were so closely packed in. Worst KOA we’ve stayed at. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We really enjoyed this KOA! The play ground is maintained well and the laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. We will be coming back. Staff greet you with a smile and helped us back in. Thanks again.

Very clean bathrooms and showers with coded entry. Very tight for RV parking. Many cabins of different types which looked nice but we did not use them. Full hook up rv sites. Some sites had campfire rings while others had propane fires. Playground, small dog park area, LP refill. Located in Estes Park and close to Rocky Mountain National Park.
