The grounds & facility were great! We enjoyed our visit here. We had 1 encounter with the neighboring dogs barking nonstop (inside their camper) for the hour or so while we were back at the campground. We let the staff know but they suggested we move but you could still hear them there. The next day they must have taken their dogs bc we didn’t hear them when we came back. It worked out!

This is one of the most friendly, beautiful KOA’s I’ve ever visited. The views are spectacular and access to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn NP is incredible. Al them fav park!

Everyone was very courteous and pleasant! Bathrooms were very clean!! Matt was SO helpful when we had some issues with our camper!! A great experience!! We WILL be back!!

The owners and staff are amazing. The campground looked fantastic. And we saw elk every day right from our camper.

This campground was one of the best we’ve been to! It was clean, well maintained and included lots of little thoughtful extras. A fair warning however, the campground roads are extremely tight and require precise maneuvering! Backing in can be a challenge for some of these sites.

The Kampground is spotlessly clean and neat. I had interaction with four different KOA employees and all were friendly and helpful. One in particular, Anthony. He cheerfully came to my rescue after hours to resolve a utility problem that turned out to be caused by my own ignorance. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

We have stayed several times but never again. We love the views but this trip was too much-too close quarters, kids running through our campsite, neighbors with 3 large, loud dogs, dogs aggressive as they passed by. Why have rules if you're not going to enforce them? It was very unpleasant. We left early as our relaxing weekend was not relaxing...neighbors with guests parked at our camper.

We liked that the walking trail around the lake was across the street. The campsites were short but room to park pull vehicle beside. Enjoyed watching the elk and deer walk through the park. The individual bathrooms with shower were clean and very spacious.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The campground was clean, well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated how clean and accessible the bathrooms were, with reliable hot water and no long waits. The store was great too. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay at another KOA again and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

The camping stay as always was great and wonderful. Matt was fantastic and very helpful and friendly/ The park was very clean and all staff very friendly. They helped make another reservation at Grand Lake.

We are looking for a spot to go to for full hook up and this was a spur of the moment and they had after hours check-in, which made it convenient for us to go to. This place is very nice and convenient and clean. I would go again.

Great location and facility. We’ve stayed here in the past when we can’t get into a park campground and have really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and helpful, loved our dog, and do a great job keeping up the park.

Smaller campground, but the facilities are nice, and you cannot beat the view. Staff were so friendly and so amazing. They make the stay worth it before you get to your spot.

The staff are super. Very helpful and nice. However, the campsite are small and because of our slide outs we were unable to park our vehicle there and off site parking very limited so we had to walk from parking at entrance to park. We will never stay there again.

It’s very crowded, campers are on top of each other. The neighbors Smokey fire infiltrated our camper and you can hear everyone at the campground. It’s so crowded you can’t park your vehicle by your camper. It has to be at the end of the row of campers and those spots are so tight I had to wait to get into the truck until my husband backed it out of the spot.

We have been here once per year for the past four years. Always impressed by how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. Our favorite part is the pancake breakfast! So close to RMNP as well. One of the best KOAs we've been to

This is likely the best KOA anywhere. People are easy to get along with and the facilities are very nice and clean. Large sites and easy to get to anything you want to do in the Estes Park area. The new deluxe cabins are really nice!
