I have stayed at this KOA twice and this site was too small and we were basically on top of the tent site that was next to us. I felt bad that it was so close and neither of us had any privacy . We were both in electric sites Everything else was great!

#26 was challenging to back into with a 30’, even with your help. Suggest a slightly shorter trailer since the site is a little narrower.

Very friendly owners and staff. Are we parking spots are cramped and difficult to move around the property. Our RV door opened directly on the main access road… Little privacy.

Your facilities are good, but no-one should have to stay in spot 17. Every car that came in shined their lights on us and when sitting in our trailer we had people sitting at a table three feet from our window. It's not a decent spot to put customers. We'll never stay there again because of spot 17. It's not what we were promised.

awesome ammenities and campground location! super clean. Only bad thing is that we had a tent site and they put us by the road which was loud. I would recommend putting tenters further away from the road.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. We liked the deck above our campsite where our table was. Very convenient to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Thanks for a great stay!

This KOA has a great location for public transportation into town which is important if your trying to park a big truck on a busy weekend. Very nice people run it and we're great to help and answer our questions. I did a few loads of clothes too. I highly recommend this KOA.

We were warmly greeted by Dianne and shown to our sight by her husband Louie. They were both extremely friendly. Our parallel parking sight, #31, was great. The shrubbery surround gave our picnic table and fire pit some privacy. We saw elk grazing nearby one morning! The blueberry pancakes on Saturday morning were huge and delicious! Overall a great stay. Great job!

Wonderful and helpful staff!. Clean, well-appointed site. Elk visits, pancake breakfast, even a much needed sewing kit, iron and great laundry facilities! Stayed there for wedding in town. Very satisfied.

Amazing stay, was greeted even though late night arrival. They showed me to my site and even helped me park the rig. Overall fantastic stay.

The park is quite small and cannot handle much bigger rigs than 36' (which what ours is) but they had room for us, got us in our spot perfectly! The park is very well kept, with great views and visiting Elks! Only minutes away for Rocky Mountain NP Visitor Center and entrance into the park!

The sites are very tight. Our neighbors and I could hear what the other was saying. There was barely enough room for our 26’ camper.

Neighbor had to open his camper door onto traffic lane. Could not extend his awning. Could not park my tow vehicle next to my camper. My awning could not be fully deployed because it would hit camper next to me. Hard to negotiate corner when leaving. This is the worst KOA I have ever been to and one of the worst overall I have stayed at.

Everyone here was so friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of activities for the kids. We stayed during Labor Day weekend & they were busy but the staff was handling the crowd with a smile. We had to change our reservation more than once & Diane & Kiersten made the process very easy. Everybody here was extremely accommodating & made our stay great. We would stay here again.

We live in the Western slope which is beautiful, but this is completely different face of beautiful Colorado. Absolutely wonderful place and great campsite. Can’t wait to come back

I loved the campground. I just wish there would have been grass at my site for my dogs. We made do but they had to sit on a rug.

Nice Park, but space very limited for backing in your RV and parking tow vehicles. TIGHT turns for larger rigs. Campground is very clean, individual campsites and cabins are very nice.

A very nice RV park. Great staff, nice gift shop, clean bathrooms and a good location. The blue shuttle bus will take you to the visitor center and connect you with other busses to various sites.

Nice park, although small sites. We were unable to park our truck on our site which was a bit cumbersome when we wanted something from our. Staff was really nice.

Upon arriving we were greeted by the site guide & everyone in the office. Our site was on the upper tier and was perfect. Not too close to other campers but close enough to say hello. There were three restaurants close enough for a quick walk. We picked the pizza and it was awesome. Can’t finish without mentioning the laundry, best I’ve ever been to! Clean & reasonably priced & the comfy chair

Very friendly team, clean showers and restrooms, full hookups. For us it was an ideal final stay after visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and before returning the rented RV the next morning.

The positive—GREAT staff, GREAT location, nice facilities! The reason for the rating? Terribly small campground, cramped spaces, can’t park the vehicle on site. We have a 35 ft fifth wheel and it was tight. In order to get out of the park we had to wake someone up to move their truck. If you RV is 30’ or less you are probably ok but I would think twice about this KOA if you have a larger uni

Check in person was quite rude. Our spot was changed, and she was not willing to fix the problem. Turns out they had three different one-night campers with small units in the spot we reserved six months ago for three nights. She offered our deposit back and we could leave. Being unfamiliar with the area (first time to area) this was very condescending. At this point where would we go?

We had a wonderful stay at your KOA. Our camping site was great. The restrooms and showers were extremely clean & neat. The staff were always smiling which says to me they really love their work. We already made reservations to return next summer. This KOA is the best one we have stayed at.

Sites are a bit tight & average. Staff very friendly & helpful. Sorry for Low rating but a result of substantial price increases this year & projected again for next. This year $83 per for a lesser spot & $98 per for another. August 2026, are $125.83 & $198.56, depending on day, for same site. We’ve stayed in EP KOA several times, but not sure we can justify the new increases. ����

This location was exceptionally clean and provided outstanding customer service. The RV sites were spaced too close together and for some spots there was no where to sit.

We have been here once per year for the past four years. Always impressed by how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. Our favorite part is the pancake breakfast! So close to RMNP as well. One of the best KOAs we've been to

This is likely the best KOA anywhere. People are easy to get along with and the facilities are very nice and clean. Large sites and easy to get to anything you want to do in the Estes Park area. The new deluxe cabins are really nice!
