It’s very crowded, campers are on top of each other. The neighbors Smokey fire infiltrated our camper and you can hear everyone at the campground. It’s so crowded you can’t park your vehicle by your camper. It has to be at the end of the row of campers and those spots are so tight I had to wait to get into the truck until my husband backed it out of the spot.

Beautiful Area! Campground very nice, very friendly people, the only thing is the sites themselves are very very close to one another and feel cramped...and kind of hard to get into. Some so close to one another that you cannot put your awning all the way out. We had to inch back and forth to back into our site. Many of the sites are so small you cannot park your towing vehicle on your site.

It is the second time I stay in a KOA camping (RV camp) and I fully recommend it. Friendly staff, everything is well organized and prepared for campers, in a gorgeous location and the restroom/shower were impeccable! Least but not last, it is great to see recycling containers for different trash.

The staff was so pleasant and accommodating! I liked it that they led me to my spot. The bathrooms were very clean yet a little cold for a shower. The sites were very, very tight. When I rolled in and parked my vehicle, I got a very bad look from my neighbor. Out his window was the view of my vehicle, not my fault. I had site 20 which had a fabulous view. Overall it was a great experience!

Sites are very close together. Parking lot size. Large pickup truck parked in thru way to shower/bathroom butt up next to our slide out making it impossible for campers to get by. Staff were very helpful assisting with parking the RV because the sites are so narrow. Restrooms and showers very clean.

I rented a camper van and I stayed at this campsite when I wasn't out exploring Estes Park and RMNP. The campsite is very well taken care of and all of the staff are very very nice and helpful. The bathrooms/showers are also well maintained. I was there during the Elk "rut" and we were visited by an entire herd a couple of times. Beautiful!

This is one of the most beautiful KOAs we e stayed at. I highly recommend the patio sites with scenic view. Staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. Close to everything you would need and close to Rocky National Park.

The couple who checked us in and showed us to our spot were so nice and extremely helpful!! We loved the outdoor patio area with the barbeques and fire pits to use!! The restrooms and showers were very clean and conveniently located! The park was extremely quiet and also very clean!

Location was convenient to RMNP. Showers were clean. Site was level. Staff was friendly. Small sites on gravel and popular/full. WiFi worked. Not great value — you are paying premium for location.

This is one of our favorite KOA's! The trees, facilities (VERY CLEAN), and lots are very nice. The hosts were so nice and friendly. I dont like having our camper next to a "car" camper... I feel like they should have their own area, as we felt very intrusive.

Our first time to Estes Park and KOA did not disappoint. So accessible to the RMNP as well as downtown EP. Dianne and Louie were amazing as park hosts, tour guides and everything else we asked of them. Their personal attention made the trip. Thanks again and highly recommend

Everything went really well. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we had no issues. The staff were very friendly and it was nicely located near Estes Park. Clean bathrooms as well. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. The escort to the site and leaving the site was amazing. Not sure how I would have entered or left the campground without his help. The campground is too small for most trailers such as anything greater than 30’.

Site 40 on the terrace has a great view of town and mountains. Park is kept very clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Location convenient to town and RMNP. Some spaces can be a tight fit so choose carefully.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Campsites are clean with hookups. Conveniently located to the downtown area, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Sky Tram. Elk roam freely next to and in the park.

Great location, sites with terraces are good but the other ones are a little awkward / exposed. “Dog park” is a dirt patch, artificial turf wound go a long way. Staff was amazing, they were helpful, friendly and kind. Matt was great! I would stay here again and recommend if the sites with terraces are available. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and a great location. The sites are pretty small and close together but they were set up with privacy in mind. They had privacy screens and simple table and fire pit set ups.

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
