This is by far our favorite KOA to stay at, the staff is excellent, the cabins and accommodations are well kept, and they always have activities on the weekends for the kids like pancake breakfast, etc. We make at least one trip out each year to visit!!! Thanks again for the great trip and family memories.

LOVE staying at this KOA!!!! I am a return customer, and will be back!!! I actually was looking for an RV site for there in October, but unfortunately there is nothing available!!1 The only issue I had this trip was the bed in Kabin 2 makes a HORRIBLE sound every time you move. Perhaps need to look into this.

Clean, well-kempt, and friendly staff. The laundry room with sink to do your dishes was a nice feature. Easy access to walking path around Lake Estes. There is a well stocked outdoor supply store across the street.

It was a good time and enjoyed the park- the had everything you need and it was very clean and well kept. It was awesome to see the native wildlife- elk crossing right in front of the cabin!! Nice walking trail right across the road - beautiful morning walks. My only negative is I was right next to the highway and it was noisy at night. I will know to request another cabin next time �

Great place. Great people. Like the small improvements being made like the light above the bed. The only thing I would say needs work is the lights along the walkways at night did not work.

All the facilities that we used, laundry room, a place to do dishes, bathroom and shower room, the gift shop and staff were excellent. It is a KOA that a traveler will remember.

Kamp K9 was pitch black(down a hill&stairs) dangerous for many patrons. Please add a light for safety. Pancake breakfast offer was nice although we didn't partake but the 7:20am text on Saturday morning was a big bummer. I would have opted out of texts given the chance had I known. I was on vacation & a rare chance to sleep in. The camp is nice & well run otherwise. We're old repeat customers. Tks

This camp is run with pride and joy and you can feel it! I love this camp ground! Also, if a family is traveling with a special needs kiddo, this is a great camp ground to bring them to…… you will understand why.

We have been staying at the KOA for about 17 years once a year sometimes twice I love how friendly and clean and how they're to do activities we stayed in a different cabin this time and the mattress was very uncomfortable other than that I would always give you guys a 10 or or hired love the pancake breakfast and talking to the owner and all the employees who work there are very friendly.

Awesome view! We were in Deluxe Cabin 1. Only draw back was the sun from about 4p to sunset. That sun can hit you right in the eyes. So worth it.

The cabins were so cozy and clean. The restrooms were close by, clean and easy to access. The location was great, close to shops and the lake. We enjoyed having the fire pit and the beautiful views. The park had something for everyone and the train rides and other community events were really nice too!

Loved it! We stayed at a basic cabin the first couple of nights due to our last minute reservations and then finished the last three nights in a deluxe cabin! Super clean, friendly staff, quiet campground, well stocked, well maintained KOA! Will stay here again, for sure!

Beautiful property. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Comfortable Deluxe cabin very well stocked. Super comfortable futon bed!

We have stayed at this KOA before and were happy to return. We are kabin campers and this KOA is all that we want it to be. Super clean bathrooms, attention to detail with all of the amenities, great staff, and a thoughtful kampground. The locations of this KOA is ideal for days of fun. There is also a great view, wonderful wildlife. This KOA conveys the standard that all KOA's should strive for!

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
