Staff and facilities were amazing! Convenient for exploring the area without dealing with your vehicle. The FREE Edtes Park Visitor's shuttle stops AT KOA and takes you into the EP Visitor's Center at the edge of town. From there you can hop other free routes or walk around town!!

Traffic noise, people walking through my site, and the bathroom door being left open multiple times during a three day stay. The staff at the KOA was great as usual.

Great campground in Estes Park—it was close to the lake as well as close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall the camp was clean—the bathrooms weren’t bad (I imagine a challenge to keep up with that many campers coming though). I was surprised at a 7 minute timed shower but it’s been a while since I was at a KOA. We had raccoons in our camp. Staff was great-very friendly and helpful.

That was grateful for the military discount, however $71 for an overnight tent site day I think is ridiculous for a price. The only humanity was a hot shower that only lasted 7 minutes. I understand the need to conserve water, and I don't take long showers. Just a minor inconvenience, the staff that check me in was courteous and polite and inquired if I had any need. price is the only issue.

Tent sites are very cramped at a dead end. The toilets and showers are together and there aren't very many so if you just need to pee you might have to wait for a while.

Excellent !! Koa campground is awesome. It is a small and family place, with or without shelter. It's clean, the welcome is great. Highly recommand !

We very much enjoyed our stay with y’all!!! We were very sad to be leaving…. The entire staff was friendly, pancakes were delicious and grounds were very clean well maintained!!! We always have a great time staying with y’all hope to see your smiling faces again next year cause we do make this our yearly vacation and you always love to stay with you! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

Everyone was very friendly. The bathrooms in the tent area need to be cleaned more. With the dirt at the campsites they get dirty pretty fast. Liked the dishwashing station.

We used this KOA as our home base for our visit to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed full hookups for our camper, the kids loved the playground, and the location is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner even made time to ensure our stay went well and gave us passes to a nearby mountain coaster! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except the late check ins at 10pm setting up 6 tents and banging on the tent posts and being loud. But our stay was good and we had plenty of space.

The staff were the absolute best! So friendly and funny!!! So much family fun activities that we never participated in at other locations. Plus the spot with its own lounge area was such a nice touch. Would love to go back!

Wonderful people at this KOA. The crew is absolutely "Outstanding" the are great with my great grand kids. From s'mores to the fabulous train rides, ice cream social and the fantastic pancakes you couldn't ask for more. The kids were extremely happy and if they are having a good time that's all that counts. We will definitely being staying here again. Bathrooms are absolutely spotless,

Beautiful and clean facility! So easy to access Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP. Louie and his wife were amazing hosts. Everyone that works there is so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Fun meeting fellow campers at the socials.

It was wonderful seeing the children riding the train,the pancake breakfast and watching families walking their dogs. We will definitely be back in a couple of years when we’re coming through the area.

Staff (Diane and her husband) were fantastic with great recommendations about various hiking trails and things to see and do within the area. You can tell they really enjoy what they do in helping others have a great vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed this KOA, and we observed that all the kids were having a blast at the playground and with the fun activities! The views were beautiful. We loved that we could ride our bikes or walk the trail around the lake, with the access directly across the road from the KOA. Fishing was just as easy as that, too. We can’t wait to go back!

The cabin, campsite, bathrooms were super clean. The store had everything you might need. They had paid attention to the small details like providing a big jug of water at each camp site and having an indoor dishwashing station with a very clean double sink and drainer-soap too! The staff was very helpful. Oh and the views!

Wonderful! Friendly Staff from time of arrival to our departure. They make sure you have everything you need. Beautiful, clean campground, spacious RV sites with Terrance and picnic tables. Lots of trees for privacy and scenery. We will be back and I will recommend this site to others. 5 stars and more �����

The management at the Estes Park KOA was exceptional. The facility was run like a Swiss watch. It wasn’t the newest facility that we have stayed at but it was by far the cleanest and most efficiently run RV campground that we have visited on our multi location trip across the country. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend a stay at this facility.

The camp sites offered an excellent view, surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes that made each morning feel like a picturesque postcard. The facilities were extremely clean and well-maintained, with tidy fire pits, clean bathrooms, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free camping experience. While the sites are small they are set up well. There is literally no road noise even though it's close to the road. Showers are very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and the sites were level. The location was absolutely perfect... Right across the street from Estes Lake. Views of mountains all around. 15 minutes to RMNP. We highly recommend!

We’ve been staying at the Estes KOA since 2014. It’s It’s always been a great experience. The staff has always been amazing. It’s a great location for a base camp into RMNP. Again thanks to the KOA staff!!

I am always impressed with KOA campgrounds. We go to KOAs almost exclusively now for family vacations and the RMNP one is top notch. Extremely friendly staff, clean cabins, close to the park. We will be back again!

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
