Very friendly team, clean showers and restrooms, full hookups. For us it was an ideal final stay after visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and before returning the rented RV the next morning.

The positive—GREAT staff, GREAT location, nice facilities! The reason for the rating? Terribly small campground, cramped spaces, can’t park the vehicle on site. We have a 35 ft fifth wheel and it was tight. In order to get out of the park we had to wake someone up to move their truck. If you RV is 30’ or less you are probably ok but I would think twice about this KOA if you have a larger uni

Check in person was quite rude. Our spot was changed, and she was not willing to fix the problem. Turns out they had three different one-night campers with small units in the spot we reserved six months ago for three nights. She offered our deposit back and we could leave. Being unfamiliar with the area (first time to area) this was very condescending. At this point where would we go?

We had a wonderful stay at your KOA. Our camping site was great. The restrooms and showers were extremely clean & neat. The staff were always smiling which says to me they really love their work. We already made reservations to return next summer. This KOA is the best one we have stayed at.

Sites are a bit tight & average. Staff very friendly & helpful. Sorry for Low rating but a result of substantial price increases this year & projected again for next. This year $83 per for a lesser spot & $98 per for another. August 2026, are $125.83 & $198.56, depending on day, for same site. We’ve stayed in EP KOA several times, but not sure we can justify the new increases. ����

1st time at Estes Park & stayed in K11...your newest & coziest cabin. The cabin itself was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The bed & lines were wonderful & it was nice having a little fridge in addition to our cooler. Air conditioner/heat great. Deck & shade was fabulous. Bathrooms clean as a whistle. Staff helpful & friendly. Proximity to road (noise) was the only negative.

I want to give you a 5, but what knocks it back a star is the futon in the living area. Those are so hard to deal with, especially as we are getting older. We're so glad you got rid of them in the bedroom. Another solution for the living area would be welcomed. Otherwise everything was really good.

This location was exceptionally clean and provided outstanding customer service. The RV sites were spaced too close together and for some spots there was no where to sit.

First time staying at a KOA. The campground is super clean, from the bathrooms to the cabins sites -- we loved staying here and regret that we only booked for one night. We enjoyed everything the campground had to offer and we'll definitely be back. Super family friendly campground!

Loved the people and the area. The park was really crowded which caused some worry about getting out of our campsite on moving day.

Hosts are fantastic, so accommodating and considerate. Above and beyond, escorting me to my site and visiting outside the office to be sure we knew the ins and outs of the area. Much helpful information! Bathrooms &showers scrupulously cleaned. Lower showers have timed showers that don't function properly, often out of hot water, have broken knobs, no place to hold soap. Loud guests at nite.

Staff were friendly and very helpful in getting us into the very narrow and short site. Campground is well maintained as a KOA should be with sll the expected amenities. The location and demand for this campground combined with the lack of space are the major drawbacks.

We have been going to this KOA for the past nine years. The family who runs this KOA in Estes Park go above and beyond for their campers. It is obvious that they care, and genuinely enjoy what they do. We will continue to go see them annually for as long as we are able. Best place ever!!!!

We had a wonderful time at your place! All the staff extremely so nice! I felt like part of the Estes Park KOA family! The only thing I would change would be to stay longer next time!

We have stayed in many camping cabins at KOAs through the years. This one had the best mattress and the best view. The staff were very accessible, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

Could not have asked for a better stay everything was great and I totally enjoyed my time in Estes Park. I will definitely be staying at the Estes Park KOA again in the future

The campground staff is very courteous and the facilities and grounds are well maintained; however, be prepared to be up close to your neighbors. Spaces are tight! If making reservations, be careful to observe posted length restrictions, and do not expect to remain hitched overnight as tow vehicles must typically park separately. All that being said, would we stay here again, absolutely!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin like we do yearly for the wine fest. The toilet wouldn’t flush; Greg kindly came twice to get water running. Only way to flush was removing the tank lid, which worked half the time. Greg and Ann were wonderful—this was not their fault. But 3 women, including a pregnant guest and elderly guest, trekking downhill at night was frustrating after paying for in-cabin ameniti

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
