The blonde lady working the counter is extremely rude. The passive aggressive notes that she tapes to car windows is unprofessional. There is plenty of additional parking around the entire place. The parking situation is beyond ridiculous. The cost is outrageous for what you get. Not many amenities and you're on top of each other. The pancake breakfast is a scam too.

Best KOA in the US. We love the staff and the owners. Clean, fun and a fabulous view of the Rockies. We can't say enough about this campground. Highly recommend and is a favorite destination for us every summer. Thanks Greg, Jaime, Lynette and Henry for a fantastic summer.

Great cabin with wonderful views. Everything was incredibly clean! Got a little loud on the weekend but understandable. Would definitely camp there again!

Thank you for everything! I only wish we could have stayed longer. The friendliness of the place and the professionalism of the staff was absolutely amazing. Also, very kid-friendly. We loved the "train"!

The Deluxe Tent Site was the best campsite i have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean, and the views were worth a million dollars. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The campground is conveniently located by the lake and provides easy access to the lake loop and Estes Park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The pancake breakfasts were icing on the cake.

This is one of the most excellent KOA experiences I have ever had! Cabin was immaculate and even had a nightlight in the cabin. It was conveniently located to the bathroom and showers which were also updated and immaculate! There were also hairdryers in the bathhouse. The campground is very conveniently located. My only suggestion would be a fridge in the cabin.

Great friendly staff!!! Great karaoke night and amazing all u can eat pancakes with coffee or juice for $7 adults….then a church service on Sunday morning. Super clean as well.

We couldn't have asked for any better treatment while we stayed there. We pulled in with a camper that we pulled behind our motorcycle and everyone was so interested in our camper. The staff was awesome and so friendly. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

The owners were so sweet and helpful! We tent camped at T20, it was a nice big spot and right next to the shower house which was really convenient. The showers and bathrooms were really nice. There were 3 private bathrooms with a shower in each which was nice. Our tent site had a picnic table, 2 side tables and a fire pit that you can cook on as well as your own parking spot. Also had electricity

Friendly staff. Tom was awesome in helping me back into my site. I loved the little extras like a bottle of water to douse the fire and a step stool in the bathroom so littles could wash their hands.

Awesome KOA!!! Love the managers, Henry and Lynette, love the owners, Greg and Perry - and we just love this place! It is so well run, so much to do and the KOA staff takes such good care of the clients. We ARE coming back next year.

We stayed for 3 nights. This was just a mini vacation for us. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park, spent time downtown shopping, and had wonderful food. The KOA is a perfect location for all kinds of family fun. Our last night there a spike bull elk visited our camp site and was 12 feet from our camper steps. Just an awesome KOA and a great place to visit.

Friendly staff, very clean, Nice Campground, very good situation, but no wifi at our tent site and noisy because of the Highway just beside the tent sites (noisier than usual).

Beautiful campground, great views, awesome amenities, the kids especially loved the train and the pancakes. The adults were grateful for the propane fire pit provider for our tree-canopied site so we could still have a nice fire at night. Would definitely stay here again! Really, really enjoyed it. Thank you!

This was the best KOA experience. Minimal amenities, but the view from our cabin made up for it. The cabin was spotless and had all the right touches. I would only state the teflon pans in the cabin are needing replacement. Otherwise we had everything we needed to have an amazing stay.

Amazing!! The Staff was friendly and professional and camp grounds were kept clean. I loved that there were get togethers for the campers to socialize also!! Can’t wait to go again next year!!! Loved it!!!

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
