We came in after hours, road weary & without reservations. Our concern was there would be no available sites. Though the office was closed Greg showed up at our door and sowed us to a site. He was so polite & helpful & the facility so organized & clean. I highly recommend this campground.

Our tent spot was not sheltered from winds and it was extremely windy one day. We didn't like that the road was so close to the campsite. There were cars almost nonstop. At night I heard cars and motorbikes revving their engines presumably to see how fast they can go. Family bathrooms were great, well maintained and nice showers. Staff was nice and helpful. Smaller campground than I thought.

Excellent stay! Our cabin was very clean as well as the bathrooms! My wife and I have only stayed at this KOA when we come to Estes Park and we live it! Thank you for the hospitality!

The staff was very rude on the phone and in person. We have stayed here in the past and have had a much better experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The KOA is so well run. We loved the pancake breakfast, the propane fire pit at our site, and the clean showers and bathrooms, great location, with a trail just across the street for a walk or to walk to town. We will be back!

Small sites with limited parking. Park does have a great location, close to downtown Estes Park & entrance to RMNP. Great views from the park. Have gas grills available to use too.

This KOA is located on a beautiful site. It is very well maintained and cared for. There are multiple yellow KOA golf carts that jet about, and I felt safe regardless of time of day or night.

The sites are ridiculously configured. In order to fit our small(25ft) trailer and ram truck we had to back in over the space where the picnic table and fire pit are (weirdly behind). Our neighbor had no room to park. But clean showers/bathroom. Nice staff. Great location.

We stayed at the KOA while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The KOA was well kept, clean, and had friendly staff. We look forward to staying at other KOAs in the future!

Our cabin was on a high tier with a beautiful view of Lake Estes/mountains. The cabin was clean & warm with the heater. The shower house/bathrooms were warm & clean...with warm water. We took advantage of the Free shuttle stop to the E.P. visitors center. Use of the propane grill/microwave was convenient. Pancake breakfast was a plus. Friendly staff! Great location! Played bags onsite as well

The accommodations were fine. It's just pretty crowded compared with other KOA locations. Personnel was helpful, friendly.

Only in desperation would I park a 35' travel trailer in this place. You can hear your neighbor fart you're so close! If KOA says they have WiFi be assured you will be casting using data as wifi is miserable too. For a "Holiday" level property it left alot to be desired.

We have always enjoyed staying in the KOA cabins. Wanted to let you know that the furnace in DC 5 makes a very loud vibration sound when it is blowing heat. Also, the propane tank under the grill has some kind of leak. When we turned it on for the firepit, it smelled really strong. New mattresses would be nice. This one was very uncomfortable this time.

We felt the campground overwhelmingly prioritizes kabin guests. These were the smallest campsites I've ever seen - too short to accommodate our tow vehicle without parking it on our patio, and too narrow to avoid walking on our neighbor's patio to access our utilities. Our nextdoor neighbor's slide overhung our patio, and their storage doors almost hit our truck when open. We won't be back.

It’s hard to have a bad time in Estes Park and the campsite in general is a great place. We don’t understand why the covered sites for the tents. People are coming in one day leaving coming in late at night even sleeping in the car and then leave the next morning, we’re gonna be there for several days and can’t get a covered site. There’s no option when we did it online

Loved how convenient the park is to biking/walking trails around the lake and into town - perfect for walking our two dogs. The park was compact but very nice, clean and quite. The laundry and restrooms/showers were clean and nice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, which always makes a stay good. Thank you for providing a great place to stay. We will be back again!

The site is very clean, with excellent rest room and shower facilities. We stayed in a tent pitch that was very close to the main road running outside the camp site. Consequently, it is quite noisy at night time when you are trying to sleep.

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
